The Party Zone is by far thee best Hall to have any kind of event. The owners/hosts are so nice and ready to cater and handle and take care of whatever is needed for your event. I was beyond content with everything they did for me from there awesome decor to the delicious fruit trays. They offer great and reasonable packages to fit to your need. The hall overall is very clean, spacious, and cant forget the awesome refrigerated air. Happy customer and deserves more than a five star.

This venue was part of the reason our event went on without a hitch. Our guests enjoyed themselves! Everything was ready by the time we arrived, tables, chairs, everything was clean. The refrigerated air helped keep our hosts comfortable. The kitchen are worked out well in serving our guests. Couldnt have asked for anything else! The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, such a pleasant woman. Excellent service at an affordable price is unheard of these days.

What an absolutely professional and accommodating! The quality and cleanliness of their tables and chairs was refreshing. I rented last month from someone else and I was so embarrassed. The cost of their packages is the lowest in EL Paso. On a side note. I should have just rented their venue, I would have saved so much money and labor.

I had my daughter s baby shower at The Party Zone and it was a success. The hall was arranged and decorated as agreed upon per contract. Elizabeth explained in detail everything I needed to know. Elizabeth helped ease my worries that came with planning this event. She also shared ideas for the occasion. I will definitely utilize the Party Zone for future events. Do not judge a book by its cover! Best priced packages in town! Get more for your buck. The Deluxe package had it all and fit our needs to the T. Great customer service, CLEAN facilities with a kitchen and 2 restrooms which is a huge plus! Comfortably fit 100 people even with 2 big jumping balloons on the floor. Connect to their Bluetooth and enjoy the loud and crisp sound system! Matching curtains, dance lights, Aguas frescas, popcorn to name a few, this hall has it all! Thank you Party Zone for providing such a great atmosphere for our sons party!

I fell in love with this place the minute I walked in. It s very clean, great kitchen space, and great staff. All personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. Elizabeth who is in charge of the decoration did an amazing job. I must say she helped removed a big load when it came down to decorating. The staff decorated my baby shower and everything was so beautiful. There was always great communication with any questions they had prior to the event. I definitely recommend this place, and looking forward to hosting more parties here.

Had my sons birthday party here and will be returning if I ever need a hall. Customer service was great, very clean and I had no issues with anything. The little things included in the packages like the curtain color changes, table cloth colors make such a huge difference in your party fitting your theme! Never got those services anywhere else! Look no further and just book it!! Great prices, great host, even the security guard was like a host and helped with small things!! (he even helped bringing in items and blowing up an inflatable!) Everything was ready for us when we got there at 11:45 (15 mins before start time but could be there an hour before start time. Liz helped us accomadate all the food and plugs. Jumping balloon and jumping obstacle course entertained about 15-20 kids for the ENTIRE 4 hours. im talking about high energy some neurodivergent children who sometimes dont even like being out of the house. no fighting, no crying just FUN! We had tons and tons of fun. played musical chairs while liz was our dj most of the time. Liz and co helped do all the clean up and didnt rush us out even tho we took long to clean up and she had a party after. All around great atmosphere. balloon package is a must she did exactly what i asked. Will book and refer again!

The only reason on why I m putting 3 stars it s because of the information she has in the website, where it states prices include 1 hour of decoration and she charged me 50$, per website, it states prices include 1 hour of decoration, which is not true. Also, if you re taking your own taquiza, she was charging me another 50$. Due to a miscommunication between her and me, she discounted 50$ for the taquiza. Also while the party was going on, she was in the videos that I was recording during the clown show and she had the kids picking up the balls in the video. Other than that, the hall is fantastic and very big!

Me and my wife had previously used this hall before and was nice, this time we used it for our kids birthday party. The upgrades the new owners did are awesome, refrigerated air makes the hall comfortable and refreshing, the staff was friendly and attentive, the hall fit almost 70 of our guests comfortably, the kids had a blast with the inflatables. Didnt like the idea of having it at a hall, Ive been to a few and it was basically an indoor swamp kooled, painted plain warehouse. Wide open space, high ceiling, occasionally has a rope and pully for a piñata. This place was really nice, had AC, microphone/ speakers and well worth the cost. I dont know about the piñata but I wouldnt doubt it, it was clean, well kept and tidy. Side note: I did get yelled at for leaving the back door open. It is actually AC so I understand and Im sorry... (They took care of everything my pregnant grumpy wife wanted/needed and they were amazingly kind.)
