Me and my family had a blast at this place!! The puzzles in the games are so original which is so refreshing for an escape room because it challenged us more. Operation Outbreak is so much fun! I cant wait to see what new rooms they have in the future! I love the price point and it is definitely worth going- every group Ive gone there with, has had a lot of fun. Arty is the bomb dot com. I hope we get him every time we go over there!!! This is the second room weve had where Arty is the host for the escape room we chose. Hes very polite and professional and gets us hyped for the room we are about to take on. The place is clean, it also gives off a taken care of type of vibe. You can tell that the employees care and enjoy their job.

This escape room is better than Red door from somebody who has done most of the rooms at red door. The room is so much better, and the experience just felt much more comfortable than red door. Everything really emersed you in the story. It was very realistic and the decorations were very realistic for Alien 915. It was really cool. Alexis was our game host, he was really good at explaining everything and providing our clues.

This was my first escape room and Fabian was our game master. We had an absolute blast. The rooms are amazingly designed, the sound, color and visual effects are immersive and compelling. The game was very creative and challenging. Fabian managed the game so well, he gave us just enough help so we weren t stuck for too long while also not making the game easy. The whole expierence was so well thought out and worth the price. I was pretty blown away. This a great way to kill some time and have fun! Definitely recommend doing it with as much people as possible as the extra will go along way! Don t hesitate to try operation outbreak!!

There was for sure an insane amount of thought put into designing each of these experiences. I am really impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms and also in the storyline and challenges for each of the experiences they provide there. So far we have done 2 of them. The first one is called Last Breath and the second one is called Area915 and both were really very well done and alot of fun. My 7 year old son already wants to go back for more. I would 100% recommend it to anyone of any age looking for a fun and unique experience. We will definitely be repeat customers. So much fun. Great fun for families and friends too.

I love this place it is truly a hidden gem of El Paso. The owners are the sweetest most creative people. Ive been to red door escape room multiple times, as well as a place in las cruses but Operation outbreak is hands down the best in the city. They have the most fun and challenging puzzles for a great cost. I have been through all the rooms here except area 915. All of the game masters are wonderful but today Oscar was just lovely! Highly recommend. Unless you suck at escape rooms it will be worth while

My friend and I enjoyed ourselves at the Operation Outbreak. Our Game Master Norbz was very kind helpful and professional. Our experience was fun and eventful even though we were not able to solve the problems and break out! We had fun! We will attend whenever we are in town and also recommend this place. Extremely fun and immersive experience! I did their robbery scenario and filled out the waiver ahead of time. The game started right away and was extremely challenging. Clues and puzzles were very cryptic and there was no clock or clues really. It was all trial and error but that just increased the sense of accomplishment. The inclusion of actors and role players was an awesome addition. They played their part well, but the police were a bit rough. Might not be super suitable for children or elderly individuals. Maybe they just saw my Adonis physique and figured I could handle a little roughing up. Still trying to figure out the second stage and get out of custody... *UPDATE: It turns out I broke into the insurance agency next door and committed a felony. No one was acting. Still not sure how I was able to solve the code to the safe but I have bigger problems now. 4/5 would try again
