Patient, competent and demonstrates genuine concern for the patient. Ive been going to Dr. Jamal for about five years. She has never rushed me out the door because she was running behind, which may work to her detriment with patients that werent seen at the scheduled appointment time. I have complete confidence that she will take all the time needed to address all of my concerns, but I can appreciate why patients that waited too long would see it the other way. A couple years ago I was sicker than a dog on a Saturday. I was able to get in touch with Dr. Jamal, who was out shopping. She went to her office, initiated a TeleVisit, called in prescriptions and got me on the road to recovery. For those looking for a good doctor that accepts Medicare Advantage, maybe you can find someone that is a better fit for your needs. Maybe not.

Superb service and expertise! Dr. Saira Jamal is so professional and takes time to discuss things with you. I feel so taken care of and confident in her care. The office staff with Christina and Hope is a well run machine. From the minute I walked in . It was such a nice clean environment, no waiting, very efficient and everyone is making sure they are taking care of you and what needs to happen. Dr. Jamal also has in-office lab work, so convenient. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate Dr. Jamal putting the patient first, great customer service and immediate follow-up. The on-line portal is used and has all information available! Thank you so much!

Be careful! I was told to pay $250 up front even even though my insurance card says visit is $25. I came home and called my insurance they said it should have been $25. They said they would refund it took forver and the check didnt clear. They also have issues with keeping appointments.

Dr. Jamal is one of the best Doctors i meet without her knowledge and experience I would have cancer all over my lungs she convinced me to do a lung screening and they found a small spot and it was cancer . early detection saved me . thank you again Dr. Jamal and may God bless you

Extremely poor follow-up and zero communication from the office. Staff is also unapologetic about their lack of responsiveness. It takes repeated calls and portal submission to get any type of response back. Extremely unethically behavior and that too towards caring for the elderly.

Dr. Saira Jamal has cared for both of my elderly parents for the past 2 years. She is an outstanding doctor and practitioner of the highest medical, professional, and ethical standards. If I could give her 100 stars out of 100 stars, I would do so. She has excellent diagnostic skills, and uses them to gather pertinent information leading to well-informed decision-making about the next steps to take to meet the patient s needs. She is exceptionally well-versed in a variety of medical specialities (e.g., diabetes, dementia, breast and skin cancers, kidney failure, etc), and also knows when to suggest adding a specialist to the team . Her treatment recommendations are thoroughly supported by her diagnostic work and consideration of evidence-based, efficacious health, therapeutic and medical interventions. The other care partners, including Nurse Practitioner Patel, and office staff members Christie, Erika, and others, respond quickly and compassionately to requests for clarification of terms, possible side effects, and outcomes. They regularly go above-and-beyond to help my parents get pharmacy refills, explain orders, and know how to get to the offices of new specialists and diagnostic labs. I give Dr. Saira Jamal my highest recommendation. Dr. Robin Miller Young

**STAY AWAY** If I could give zero stars I would. Do not waste your time with this doctor, she is unprofessional, my grandmother is a patient of hers. I took my grandmother to her appointment and the doctor was performing a COVID test outside and noticed my grandmother walking up to the door and approached her with an open swab to tell her she should be wearing a mask, I then stepped in to tell her she forgot her mask and she was going to ask for another one, Dr. Jamal begin to argue with me outside of the clinic and told me how irresponsible I was because I was not wearing a mask outside and we cant go in her office without one. I informed I was not going inside just dropping my grandmother off and my grandmother was not refusing to wear a mask in her office, in fact she was going to ask for one. But if anyone is irresponsible its her for approaching my grandmother having an open COVID swab. Then proceeded to tell me no doctors office will allow this, I informed her I work a doctors office and never has our staff treated a patient or their guest like she has. If a patient or their guest forget a mask we provide them with one we also dont tell them what to do outside our clinic. Also this doctor does not care for her patients and forces tests not needed. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Jamal always spends the needed time with me, pays keen attention to the issues, very organized, absolutely knowledgeable & thorough as a physician. She is very particular about her staff who are by the way the best of best. They have moved to a new clean and larger location that is very spacious. I have been with her for nearly 3 years and am very happy with the Doc.

Saira Jamal is one of the most thorough, comprehensively patient-focused, doctors I ve ever seen. She doesn t let the grass grow under her feet! When told of an appointment with a recommended specialist, she checked on her own and found he was actually out of office all that week. So she got an appointment with his associate immediately that day. Appointments there usually are at least 2 weeks out. She probes and questions to uncover everything and spends whatever time is required and listens carefully.

Her staff lives in Black or White world, for example. I need a script renewed, simple. Dr Jamal will need to see you and run labs before we can renew the script. Noted I did all of that 6 months ago. No Visit, No Script. This was not the only time they have held a script hostage so they can book appointments. So many other options they could choose, say 1 month renewal but you need to get in during that month.

Rude and will do anything to get money out of your pocket. She stopped my wifes thyroid medication and asked her to pay a visit if she wants prescription in these COVID times. Earlier for a test result she told her that it might be a cancer and she must visit her refered gynaecologist. That gynaecologist didnt even checked my wife and told us nothing to worry as the results are just a little bit off. She will do unnecessary tests and everything she can to get some more money.

I have been seeing Dr. Jamal for a few years now & Ive love every experience Ive had with her, as well as the staff. They always treat me so kindly & listen to any worries I may have in regards to my health. Dr. Jamal always does her best to help me with any struggles Ive had to be a healthier person. Ive never had a doctor make me feel as valued & validated when Ive brought up my health concerns.

Had been looking for a primary care physician for some time. Dr. Jamal was recommended by a friend physician. She is amazing!!! Takes the time to talk to you and listens to what you have to say. Explains everything in detail. Her staff is very friendly...front staff, assistants, laboratory lady, everyone is great. Plus...no long waits to get you in for your appointment. I m very happy to have her as my doctor!

We love Dr. Jamal, front office staff is to the point, I can see how its viewed as rude by some, but more often than not, they work us in, let me talk directly to a nurse, give me more than enough information and thoroughly answer all of my questions. She and her nurse practitioner are phenomenal.

Called to make an appointment. Receptionist was exactly as rude as other reviews suggest. Website says they are open until 5pm and have Saturday appointments, but I was told neither of these things are true and they are only open until 4:30pm. If you decide to go here, I would be wary.

I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Saira Jamals office. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and it was good to be treated with professionalism and care. Dr. Saira took plenty of time to talk to me and I never felt like being rushed. I recommend her!

My wife visited this so called doctor just now. She said this doctor didnt even come to see her. She send her nurse practitioner to look at my wife, while this doctor was busy with her friends. She saw my wife multiple times in the waiting area, but pretended like she didnt even saw her. She would tell her nurse practitioner to check things and tell her about it. It was complete waste of time and money. I think the positive reviews here is from her relative or friends. My wife said this so called doctor is RUDE, MANNER LESS, AND ARROGANT.

Dr. Jamal is awesome! She takes her time with her patients, her staff is courteous, and she truly makes an effort to keep her practice running smoothly! I came to her with a medical issue and she talked me through the whole treatment patiently while anticipating my questions, cautiously ordering labs and reassuring me throughout. 10/10 doctor, would recommend!

Its been a long time since a Dr actually asked me questions and listened. Dr. Jamal took her time with me and had real solutions. I didnt feel rushed, felt very well taken care of. I finally found some answers.
