I had a miscommunication with the public defender he ended up getting my case took to trial I ended up hiring Mr ivey was able to get me to take some class instead of going to trial and my case was dismissed with that class

Good afternoon, to whom it may concern, I have a relative in prison and this lawyer has not done anything at all, you do not even see his face nor does he do anything to find out about his detainees, in my opinion I do not recommend it, he practically leaves people to their fate lying there and it is sad that one has to go through that because the court was the one who gave you the lawyer, terrible service, I hope they change in day

Unfortunately, as a family member, you are desperate and they dont even give you encouragement if they are prisoners but they are human beings and the fact that your lawyer doesnt give you even hope and doesnt do anything to move your case is painful and I asked the person who answers your phone and he doesnt understand. Theres nothing you talk about or someone who doesnt understand does it. I dont recommend it to anyone. Its embarrassing. Its just a name.

Even if things dont always turn out in winning a court case or what soever, Mr. Ivey will still be there for your services. In life, justice will always be met in the eyes of morality. Worst lawyer ever. Spoke to his assistant Luis which I paid him to hire them to take my case. Answer phone calls and messages up until I payed them in full then Luis started avoiding me. Talking to his other assistance Sam they wanted me to plead guilty to charges. I had to fire them hire a new lawyer and now they don t want to refund any money. Over all they have been lying about back and forth giving me separate stories. Small cases they might be able to help and handle big cases like criminal charges they do not know how to handle. Heads up so you guys don t get screwed like I did

Words can not describe how thankful I am for Mr. Ivey and his associates. From the beginning they have been nothing but kind, honest, and respectful. They took such great care of me and guided me through everything step by step, I was terrified and they just kept it honest, and did what they could to make me comfortable. The content of Mr. Iveys character really showed in court yesterday, when someone showed up to court and their lawyer didnt show, he stepped in to represent this man and go over everything with him. Horrible experience. 1st time in court he was a no show. They sent someone to cover him n ge was late for the trial. Never answered phone calls or responded to messages. Luis Soto his assistant lies and lies n never comes through with what he says. He doesnt respond to messages, texts or phone calls either. DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. BAD SERVICE!
