I had previously used another firm to get tickets dismissed but forgot l lost their info so thought I would try this one. Unlike the other firm which got tickets dismissed completely with no defensive driving or court fees, this one stuck me with both... which i could have done myself and saved the cost of hiring this company. As far as I could tell they only appeared for me twice in court before settling for defensive driving... where the other firm filled extention after extention until dismissal.

DO NOT USE! They didnt get my ticket dismissed. Instead i have to pay court costs of $134 and another fee of $75. Pointless to use these people as they wont get your ticket dismissed. Youre better off going to court yourself as it will be the same outcome. Would give them zero stars if I could. Also, if you call to see why they failed at getting your ticket dismissed, they automatically screen your phone number so they place you on hold for a long time and then eventually disconnect the call. Very crooked place.

Years ago was great, then all of the sudden has become very expensive. I experienced and many friends that I recommended paid attorney Navar, then you pay high cost for the court, then you pay the defensive driving class. The only so called benefit Navar mentions is that you can take a defensive driving class everytime you need it and if you request the court yourself you can only request it once a year. I AM TRYING ANOTHER ATTORNEY NEXT TIME TO SEE IF THERE IS A DIFFERENCE.

I ended up having to pay the court fee and to take defensive driving course( and to submit the certificate). Didnt get an email stating the outcome of my ticket. Instead I got a postcard from a local defensive driving course in the mail. When I called to check on the outcome, they stated that they were in the process of sending out that information. You would think, they could get you the outcome quicker than regular mail.
