Your service is wonderful Robert, Elizabeth,, Megan and Sam are a well oiled machine... greeting customers as they walk in the door with a cheerful HELLO!. But whats with your dogmatic refusal to make plain oatmeal? Is it really so hard? I get it at all the other Craves.. Just keep a box of plain 5 min oatmeal on the shelf. This would be a 5-star review except I was overcharged for my food. I ordered online. The order included crispy artichokes. However, when I went to pick up the order they said that item was not longer available. I simply asked for a refund for that item. They claimed there would be refund within 24 hour to my credit card but there was not. Otherwise the food was excellent.

This place went straight into the dirt chasing the gentrification vibe. How is Crave advertised as a breakfast restaurant, but when I come to order breakfast I m told it s gonna take forever because it s lunch time. No more brunch at Crave I guess? Whatever. That s not even my biggest issue. $44 for ribeye tacos ? Yall should be ashamed of yourselves lol. Unless you re rich and got money to blow on mediocre food, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Got here during brunch, will return for breakfast tomorrow, it is that good. It is a relatively small place, but enough room for about 30 people inside plus a nice setup for outdoor dining. We all loved the food, salads, sandwiches, and the pleasant surprise of sweet potato fries with marshmallow dressing. Dietary restrictions: Few vegan options. Parking: Paid street parking accepts, coins, cards, and app payment. Wheelchair accessibility: Both outside and inside areas are accessible.

Good tasting food I give 7/10, there is some room for improvement on taste, the menu; and how they describe what you order.. their cucumber water is not a ague Fresca it is literally just water with some slices of cucumber. I ordered the chilaquiles, not spicy, ok. You were able to order jalapeños toreados. Overall I recommend it s a decent place, I can think they can step their game up though to become a great place. Now it s just ok good. Staff was great.

This evening I had a shareable seared tuna ceviche served with tostadas as an appetizer, the light peppery, citrus and herbal flavors really satisfied my appetite. My grilled Salmon entree was cooked to perfection along with the roasted carrots and asparagus in cream sauces, I just had to get the thyme herb roasted mushrooms as well.Really looking forward to exploring the other lunch/dinner menu options. Crave Kitchen really lived up to its names meaning and embodies the nature of what a craveable experience should be. The open-air front patio at sun down, personable staff and fresh lemonade put a cherry on my dinner are definitely worth a second trip.

Great outdoor breakfast experience. My eggs arrived cold, but we were a large party so it was probably inevitable that someones food would be. The staff was great. They did not come around too often so as to be constantly interrupting conversation. They did forget to refill my coffee. Even though the eggs were cold, my food was great. Love their bacon. I would definitely eat here again when I am in town.

My friend was trying to come for her birthday on a Sunday, and the hostess was extremely rude and not helpful. we tried to make a reservation and she said to go in person, so we did. She originally said 25 minutes and then changed it to 1 hour and 30 minutes when we got there. We put our name on the list and then she never called, when we called back to check she said we needed to put our name on the list again. This is very disappointing considering we love Crave and eat here all the time. They need friendlier staff if the want people to come back.

As others have complained the food is very good but the service is awful. I arrived before the person I was meeting and was told to take a seat right away I ordered a ginger lemonade which I never received took almost 45 minutes AFTER my party arrived to get drinks, including tap water we had to order food at same time because we had been waiting so long. We had to pay at the front because we waited almost 1 hour and were visibly done yet no one brought us bill. The table next to us was getting agitated too. Their bill was brought to them 3 times and was incorrect all 3 times. The poor service is going to run this restaurant into the ground, no matter how good their food is. This is not the type of restaurant you would expect to spend 3 hours at.

I am usually a big fan of Crave, and used to love stopping by the one near home with my mother. But this particular branch is not really my vibe. I usually have meetings right after lunch, and am usually not too bothered by wait times but when a place is so small, youd think things would be more organized. We visited twice, with one visit ending before we got to order because it took an hour to even order food. The second visit, we actually got to have some food, but the wait was quite annoying yet again. I had assumed two hours would be enough for a lunch break given other restaurant wait times, but once more, it took an hour for someone to come take our order after they had seated us. The food arrived much faster than the table service, but at this point I was going to be late for my meeting and had to eat in a rush. I will say that the food is not bad, but it isnt absolutely wonderful either. They are average tier soups and sandwiches at best, and definitely not worth waiting an hour and a half for. Overall, I dont recommend this restaurant unless you have a lot of time to kill. The food will be tasty, but youll definitely be wondering why you didnt just go home and make the same thing for less trouble. Vegetarian options: I cant speak for certain if there are sufficient vegetarian or vegan options (maybe just some salads and quinoa) but a lot of meat is cooked and fried here. And it is a small space, so cross contamination is a high possibility. Parking: It is a peculiar, sort of slanted parking space. The space you want to enter is never convenient to get into from your side of the street. But the meters are relatively cheap. Kid-friendliness: Its a very small, often crowded space. Its not that there are a lot of people but the area gets cramped easily and children would likely be uncomfortable.

The chef needs to seriously consider taking the chicken parmesan sandwich off the menu. It was what I ordered, and it was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever had. To begin, the sauce was tasteless, it had the tomato peel, chuncky in a not texture pleasing way. No notes of having any spices added. The chicken was breaded, not crispy , it also lacked spices. The bread was bland, not toasted, or warm. Overall it was highly disappointing. I will definitely avoid this restaurant. Also, the prices are unreasonable for the quality of food. Crave a small restaurant and the seating makes it almost impossible for wait staff to move around. My waitress was nice. I ordered the chicken and waffles. It looked delicious , but the. More senseless ramblings from your wondering pilot. Today I m brought into the Crave Kitchen and Bar. Right off the bat a very relax and cool vibe. People are friendly. I have ordered their Harvest Grain Bowl. Quarters are limited, but i arrived at 11:25am. And bowl has arrived! A lot of good leafy greens. A small dab of guacamole:( carrots slices, quinoa, seeds. Looks good and let s dive in. Now, I did not order any salad dressing. My wife said she did not marry a fat man, so one must make adjustments. I digress. Salads can be boring. There is where eating a dry salad can separate the worthy from oh well. Crave has incorporated various spices and herbs into their salad. That coupled with the other items bring forth a yummy lunch. I ordered a side of sweet potato fries. This helps round the meal out for me. The atmosphere, staff, and quality of food, I ll be back. You should give it a try too.

Just had drinks here on the rooftop and it was definitely a cool vibe! Low key, but with great cocktails and a view of Ciudad Juarez. Inside the bar area was great too. I thought going off peak would work to my advantage, but it didnt. There was one table with about 3 to 4 customers. They were already eating when I arrived alone. Asker for a side salad expecting it to arrive before the meal but it all came together. No big deal at least fries were hot but my hamburger was burnt! I thought it was the bacon so I removed it, only to discover the patty was black in some areas. Waitress never appeared to check on me, she was too busy talking with her co-workers. She finally checks on me, I ask for a refill and let her know I dont want the hamburger. I ask for the bill and get charged for everything, even the burnt hamburger. Almost $30 for a burnt hamburger. Came to crave because i usually love it. I ordered the usual with the green chili Mac n cheese and the cheese was rotten. It tasted horrible, the waiter not once approached us, until maybe 25 minutes later, when we made them aware of the situation he said he couldn t do anything about because of the time that had passed since i had received my food. Even though it was not my fault at all. I m very disappointed at how the whole situation was handled, all that was offered to compensate for the horrible flavor and rotten food was water. Its a cozy place, and the food I have tried to now is great. The service is always nice, I go at least once a month for the burger of the month (Its a different creation for a cause). And they serve pancakes (nice variety of flavors) all day!! I recommend it. I came back to edit my review previously overall 5 stars, food, service and atmosphere. This time I had a to go order and ordered the harvest bowl, one of my favorites for lunch. I was highly disappointed! The salad didn t have kale, mint, and the sweet potatoes where not thoroughly cooked. You can see in the picture below. The pork hash never fails! Had just the rite amount of spice! Definitely my favorite if I m craving a bulky breakfast because it comes with a side, I had the blueberry pancakes which also never fail! They are fluffy with a vainilla flavor and the lemon curd with the blueberries give it a special taste! My favorite place for breakfast if i am feeling like something heavy.

Very nice place for brunch in town. Really enjoyed the design of the entire place and how friendly the staff was. The interior place is relatively small, especially for bigger parties, so don t expect to have a lot of personal space. Besides that, the food was delicious and I highly recommend it. Parking: There s some parking available but it s very limited and hard to find. Chances are you ll have to park somewhere else and walk a little. Beware that some of the nearby spots are restricted to residents, and the ones that are not probably require some payment. Wheelchair accessibility: Can be accessed by wheelchairs.

Love this place!!! Best part is there are multiple locations. You will NOT leave hungry! I had the Monte cristo on one visit and it dont remember the name but one of their salads. My husband had their chicken and waffles with an order of sweet potatoe waffle fries that came with my favorite pairing of marshmallow sauce IYKYK !! If it sounds weird dont knock it till you try it!!!! Go! Now!

Went to crave and ordered a few things, I got the chicken and waffles, fries and green Chile Mac and cheese, churro waffle, and cookie with ice cream. Over all I was kind of disappointed with the chicken and waffles, the waffles were dry as well as the chicken. The best part of the dish was by far the mac and cheese. It tasted great and was pretty spicy, just spicy enough to enjoy it alot but not too spicy where I was burning up. The fries were fine. I would definitely recommend the cookie it was amazing. Not a bad spot I will be there again to try something else next time.

El Paso staple. Great food. Service today was spotty. Definitely recommended. All locations are delicious. 6/14/23 Cincinnati location: It was very disappointing. We had brunch. I got pancakes and bacon. The pancakes were dry not warm. Waffles very dry not warm. Everyones food was disappointing.

This place did not live up to its reviews at all. The service was simply bad- our server never introduced himself, did not check up on us, and when he would come to our table he wouldn t speak he just stood there. He didn t seem to pay attention to anything we said- there were 3 separate times he confirmed our order. The food was too expensive for what it was- the chicken and waffles was $20 for two pieces of chicken and 1 waffle. It baffles me that people praised it- especially because the waffle had too much vanilla or almond and it was too overpowering to enjoy. The fruit wasn t fresh either, it was grey and soggy- and the portions were also small for what we paid. We understand the need to increase price, maybe even the 4% service charge, but not when the food was subpar and had no flavor. And for the cherry on top of our visit, the male worker with the bleached hair came out of the women s restroom. Absolutely would *never* return.

I have been here many times and have been a fan of crave since it opened, however, the service at this location is the worst I ve ever seen. There have been multiple occurrences where we sit and the servers see us and they continue hanging out and talking at the bar as if nobody is there . This past time there were hardly any people inside and nobody came by to take our order or anything, so I left . It was not busy at all so I am not sure what is going on as this has happened before. Lately every time I go I hope to get good servers which shouldn t be the case. It s unfortunate considering crave is a great brunch place with great options and the atmosphere is also nice . I wish I could give more stars but the service is really upsetting.

I assumed it was a Crave Restaurant that I have eaten before in the past. The eating arrangements were small, but the employees made it work. Good wasn t terrible, but it was decent. I would recommend it to friends and family if they wanted to go somewhere for lunch.
