AMAZING drinks. We got the spam muisubi tacos on happy hour menu and they were also killer. They serve drinks in awesome mugs too, something a lot of tiki bars arent doing anymore. Our server was super nice and was happy to talk about recommending drinks and food to us. My only gripe is the room is too big and too fancy, it doesnt feel tiki enough. Still going back and still recommending it to others, though.

What an incredible gem in El Paso! We wanted to diversify our cuisine and atmosphere (not Mexican). This place is perfect for a date or just a fun night out. I had to try the Spam fries- who knew that Spam could be this delicious! Every dish was very fresh and full of flavor. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious. To top it of, the prices are very reasonable.

Planned a last-minute date night with my honey and We just really did not expect This FIVE STAR experience! Being a native El Pasoan, I m alway late everywhere so I did call in advance to let them know I was running a few minutes behind on my reservation. They were super accommodating and that was just the beginning of the wonderful service. I mentioned I was allergic to pineapple (I know who comes to a place like this with THAT allergy lol) but unfortunately, I m a sucker for Tiki themed spots. The whole staff, including our server Cameron was so kind and helpful on making recommendations. He was awesome!! I LOVED every drink that I had and that it was safe for me to drink we didn t get to try the food this time, but it looked amazing! Our favorite part was that we could have an entire conversation with the volume of the music and were still able to enjoy their awesome playlist, my boyfriend and I loved everything about this place and the atmosphere!! We will definitely be coming back! 10/10 YOU NEED TO try it!! my favorite drink was lime in the coconut

A Polynesian tour-de-force. I sampled just about everything on the happy hour menu and was blown away. Macaroni salad, of all things, was exciting. The tiki drinks and the ambiance are tip top. The music soundtrack sounds like its out of pulp fiction, in a good way. When people visit, I always tell them taconeta is the one must visit place, but this place may even beat that.

I had an event here back in June. The service was AMAZING from the moment my organization reached out to plan to the last minutes of the event. They were so tentative, they went above and beyond. We needed a microphone to give remarks and I think they purchased one so that we could do that. The food was amazing (Im still thinking about their mac). Drinks were perfect (they made a special democrat cocktail for our event). Overall cannot say enough good things about them. PLEASE SUPPORT THEM!!!!

You get your moneys worth for the drinks and they are delicious. The food was delicious as well might not be for everyone but cant deny it isnt tasty. The service was fast when it came to bringing ordered drinks/food and employees were polite and witty. My only complaint is how hot it is in there after mentioning they said the A/C was on but it felt as hot as it was outside. I personally dont mind but If I would have known I would not have brought my mom so fair warning Would definitely go again personally lol

All around a great vibe and great service. Loved our waiter! Doesnt have military discounts, but the food is good and so are the drinks. Little pricey, still worth the experience and definitely a good date night spot. Theres also an option to buy the chef a beer. Overall the tiki room exceeded my expectations. The drinks are classic tiki done very well with top notch bartenders and a friendly staff. As a huge tiki head I ve visited dozens of tiki bars across the US and the vibe here is as good as any, and will transport you to a new place. The food is ridiculously good - I highly recommend the ribs.

What a hidden gem! I randomly wanted to try this place out so we went. Its downtown and you have to use the parking deck which is close by to park your car. We went on a Thursday night, so the place wasnt crowded and its best to book a reservation because seating is very limited unless you want to sit at a bar. Our host, which I forgot his name was absolutely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere gives you a vibe like you are in Hawaii, and the decor fits the theme perfectly. I will definitely visit this place again. Parking: If you go after 6 on the weekdays parking at the parking garage is free. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. More of a date night or out with friends

Atmosphere is super cute, but they definitely have some things to improve. Service is hit or miss and per their policy you only have 90 minutes to dine (which I totally understand, but if half of your restaurant is empty I don t think you all need to remind the tables several times and have us rush out when no one s waiting). Also, the food situation is not great. The last two times I ve been there you all run out of everything, which I don t understand since you all require reservations. Great food when it s available.

We came in with reservations for quite a large party (20 people). Accommodating us was challenging since the restaurant isnt really that big, however, they figured it out and seated us in a cluster of tables and booths all on the same side of the room. Our server Jason was friendly, prompt, and above all, organized. Many servers would have struggled with a party that size but he handled it like a champ. On top of that, he was extremely knowledgeable, going out of his way to suggest different beverages and banter about cocktail composition, and even build a drink request from one of our party members that wasnt on the menu. Now the food. Everything was excellent and far more filling than I expected. Across our party, I think we ordered almost everything on the menu, but the Pork Belly Bowl and the Bao Buns were the clear standouts. Would definitely recommend if you like Polynesian flavors. You pay for the Tiki gimmick, but I think its worth it. The cocktails are fantastic and crafted with care. They arent just a bunch of sugar juices and a dash of liquor, they actually combine flavors to create a cocktail that is both alcoholic AND enjoyable. Parking: There are a few metered street parking spots located around the block the restaurant is on which are free during certain hours/days. Maybe a block away is a decently priced parking garage ($10 all day if I remember correctly).

It s always a great time at the Tiki Lounge. I m a big tiki lounge enthusiasts and El Paso has a real gem. Usually tiki places have great drinks and very average bar food but the Tiki Lounges food is good enough to visit for alone . I love their hot dog and their coconut shrimp .

Great Experience with a Few Unique Twists A Solid 5 Stars I recently visited The Tiki Room and walked away quite impressed, prompting me to give it a solid 5-star rating. The highlight for me was their Old Fashioned cocktail it was exceptionally smooth and had a delightful flavor that set it apart from the usual offerings. This place is easily one of my favorites in town. The ambiance is unmatched, the drinks are strong, the music is killer. I d make it my regular hangout if it wouldn t bankrupt me. I took my wife here for date night and we had a great time. The drinks were not as strong as my experience in other tiki bars but they were very tasty. My wife likes tasty drinks and I like strong drinks. She was happier than I was but we both had a great time. One of the many hidden gems of El Paso. This review is dedicated to booking a party for my girlfriends Birthday: The staff had considered every guest arriving and had our table secured and ready to go for us to sit and have our experience. Giving 4 stars because the atmosphere was fun and something you don t really see much of in EP. I did not order food, but it looked very good. What I didn t like was that the drinks are mostly ice. I started off with an old fashioned which was good and then went to a mixed drink which I was only able to get 2 sips out of. $16 for 2 sips, yikes! I also didn t like that there is a 90 min reservation time. When the waiter came around letting us know we have 30 min left we were caught off guard and he said not to point fingers but you should ve read the email. A but rude, but ok we accepted that and we ordered one last round, but by the time he came around we only had like 10 min left so we had to rush. He then said the next party was there and we needed to leave, but when we walked out we didn t see anyone waiting. Not to mention there were still many tables available so I really don t understand why they would rush a party out when it s not a busy night. They also didn t inform us of the 20% gratuity. But I guess now we know, I m glad we tried it out regardless.

Usually when a place moves to a bigger location and expands their menu the quality of the food, drinks and service suffers that is NOT the case here. Weve been to the new place a hand full of times and everything is always killer. As always, do yourself a favor and come to one of the best tiki bars in the country. This place is top notch, its easily the best bar Ive been to in El Paso. They have well balanced deliciously strong drinks and beautifully executed food. The Tiki Room is a great tiki bar and restaurant in El Paso. You wont find your typical Malibu rum pineapple based drinks here. They focus on unique drinks made with quality rum. The food is a refreshing take on Polynesian cuisine in the southwest border town of El Paso. Weve had been wanting to try this place for the longest time. And we had a different, but fun time. Drinks are exceptional, the coconut shrimp is to die for highly recommended, the ribs are fall of the bone good, the edemame is delicious. I removed a star because of music and macaroni salad. The macaroni salad was inedible, I would recommend a little less mayo & seasonings, was too salty. We thought the platter was a bit pricey for what it was, we didnt get full, and we dont eat much. Prices on drinks are reasonable. Owner is a sweetheart though. Very attentive.
