It was a memorable experience. I recommend this place for your event. The chairs were a bit hard to sit for a long time. It had clean bathrooms. Dance floor was big. There is sufficient parking.

There are 2 rental halls one large and one small. Ours was a boring company meeting so I cant speak on entertainment or catering. However; the place is convenient to access. The grounds are kept up, the interior is clean and so are the bathrooms. It seems to be well managed. I would definitely consider this hall for my next gathering.

I want to give this place a 5 star just because Liz is amazing and will help ans accommodate you very well. Its a good price, the bar service was great and everyone of my guests said it was a beautiful venue. I cant give it 5 full stars though because the DJ that was provided to us decided that he wanted to play a 90s hit playlist that had nothing to do with our playlist. He played a couple of the songs when called out on it but then quickly reverted to his own songs. I specifically asked for Payaso Del Rodeo to be played and he did not play it until everyone had left (some of the wait staff started picking up tables early and our guests thought the dance was over and left) and I was outside crying because he wouldnt play songs that were important to me and my groom I dont like leaving reviews in general, especially negative comments but its been about a month and Im still really upset about that situation. On top of that, as we were trying to get everything packed up and outta the venue the policewoman there for security started yelling at us as though we werent already trying to rush out. Ms. Liz did apologize and again she is amazing snd the Venue is Lovely but if possible ask for a different DJ or provide your own because that guy caused me to cry on my own wedding instead of being out there dancing the songs that were important to us. I am writing this review (I almost never write reviews) because a month later it still kinda sucks and stings that my night got pretty much ruined because the DJ decided he wanted to play something completely rando and I feel frustrated that there is pretty much nothing I can do about it except write this. Tl;DR: Lovely venue, amazing management. ASK FOR A DIFFERENT DJ.

Beautiful venue, customer service is at 100% , Restrooms are beautiful and clean, my daughters day was just an unforgettable event as she turned 15. They worked in very which way with me to make things exactly as requested. The venue has a very elegant look. The vip room is large and comfortable. Buffet offered by the venue was delicious. If you have doubts between this venue or another I assure you choosing Memorial Hall will not disappoint. Book your event here! Definitely recommend

It seems too small for an anniversary, maybe for a social gathering for a small company (50 or less) because there was no space to dance and the bathrooms are small....it has kitchen service, drinks and a DJ.

We are from Oklahoma but both my wife s family and mine are here in El Paso. We were able to make arrangements with Liz Gamboa so our family members could see the hall. She was very attentive and friendly great person to do business, all the staff was very accommodating. Specially Mrs Gamboa. Mrs Gamboa Went the extra mile to make sure we Felt like we were back home and treated us like family. These days is hard to find dedicated employees. She is certainly dedicated that if I had a business I would love to have her in my team. For those people responsible for her wages take care of her, she is worth every Penny you give her and more. Thank you to Mrs Gamboa For making us feel at home and taking care of our daughters sweet 16. Let me not forget Danny the DJ was great too. Very accommodating super Great DJ. If I can give you guys a higher Rating ,all of you deserve it. They rate 6+

Very nice hall, didnt know it existed. Perfect for your weddings, anniversary or birthday celebrations. Very well kept, bathrooms clean, nice bar area, separate area to take pictures, good size dance floor. 1st DJ that Ive heard in a long while play good music. Dont know the hall price, its worth it though. Check it out.

Let me begin by saying that Liz (the person who manages the hall) is God sent. She is one of the most sweetest persons to work with. From day one I was looking for the perfect hall for my wedding and thanks to Liz she made it happen. She worked with me in how I wanted everything and provided me with the best recommendations. The ballroom looked amazing for my daughters quince. Liz was extremely helpful at all times. The only issues the day of the quince was the dj and the service. The dj, Jesse, kept the dance floor empty most of the night with not much variety to dance to, and didnt seem like he wanted to be there. Another thing is they started cleaning tables and taking off linens almost and hour and a half before the event ended which made people leave really early.
