I am black and I came to bring my wife to CFA and we ve had to wait 30 plus minutes on food. White people have came and gone and we are still here waiting on food. Employees and operator came outside to greet their own people made sure their order was right and on time. I don t recommend anyone of color to come to the location on limestone.

Food is excellent! Largest problem at this location is the lot and traffic flow. This is the most difficult CFA location in the area that Ive been to to get in and out of. Traffic flow is practically constricted to one way and has to merge both drive thru and regular traffic through the back closing off the enter portion of the main entrance.

Once again this Chick Fil A has proven that the worst CFAs are located in TEXAS. On top of screwing up my 1st order. Today must be Burnt Fries day. Drive through is absolute insanity, people drive like donkeys and don t move forward and leave a cars length in front of them which causes a chain response of being further back which eventually leads to blocking drive through exit which grid locks the entire line and area/parking lot because it makes people irate and to make stupid decisions They need to put cones up on the entrance on the side closest to the highway to prevent two lines forming rather than 1 split into two because then it blocks EVERYTHING and there s no room to back out if you parked. I get that it s busy, but god damn yall gotta figure out how to fix the traffic flow cause frontera does it 10x better and has 3 lines. Close and renovate to what they did or move quicker, not taking my business here anymore though. Parking: Parking is egregiously bad, good luck getting out

We all know already that Chick-fil-A food tastes great. This isnt about that. This place has amazingly impressive service. We went at the busiest possible time, and were just floored with the attention to detail, patience and kindness of the staff. Did not think that was humanly possible. I have always loved everything from here but today was a big disappointment. The Cobb salad had lots of brown around the edges of the lettuce, the chicken pieces were so small I wasn t sure there was any chicken it seemed like mostly the batter. This store by far must be ran by the absolute worst manager in the era of fast foods. Her poorly trained employees had me wait for 40 minutes in a parking spot and not deliver the food order. This place is frequently crowded whenever I happen to crave Chic-fil-a. Don t know if that is by design or not. Mobile ordering leaves some to be desired. Place it ahead of time but the app tracks your location so it s not prepared until you arrive. Quoted time is 3-7 minutes. Unfortunately my order took closer to 20-30 minutes with having to check in with staff only to be told they don t have it. Their app was having an issue with showing the previous transactions so I had to find the conformation email. Thankfully they send one because the manager was able to qui resolve the issue afterwards. If you come here, be prepared to wait. Parking: Plan your escape route before you find a parking spot. This is not a location you can just pop in and out of quickly due to their parking situation.

You can order what you want, when you get to the window, its something different. They always run out of spicy chicken biscuits, which requires you to be pulled to a parking spot. My first meal in Austin and I was greeted by Liz. She noted I was English and asked why I was in Texas? When I said I was visiting for the eclipse, I was introduced to the manager, Cathy, who showed where I could charge my phone. On saturday I went to take to eat my kids and play. While they where playing my little girl hit by accident another little girl but my daughter He apologized several times to the girl. The girl went to her father and told him what happened. The girls father went to complain to a chick fil a employee and told him that my daughter bit and hit the girl. The employee was very upset towards the games and yelled at my daughter and told her that she was going to call the police. My daughter is 8 years old. My daughter is traumatized, crying, thinking that the police are going to come for her. I feel that it is not fair that have a person like that working for a family restaurant and he is yelling at the little children telling them that he is going to call the police. The bad thing is that I already had a tradition for several years of going to breakfast with my mother, my sister-in-law, my nephews and my 2-year-old boy every Monday. Im not going to go to that chick fil a again or any other location, Im disappointed.

Unfortunately the cost of the food is just WAY too much for what you get. I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal so it did have fries and drink and the works. The size of the nuggets though...well, are you old enough to remember the Wheres the beef? commercials? Same same! These nuggets were barely bigger than marbles. Doubt I will be returning. I have so many issues at this location, especially when I use DD for delivery. This is the ONLY location that I consistently have delivery issues with. They NEVER have all the food. This time there were 6 meals that we ordered. 2 were delivered. Seal CLEARLY broken on the bag. They never answer the phone. Will not be ordering from them again. May not actually be the location s fault but it s funny how the problems always occur when it s delivered from here. Tried again on a redelivery. Every time I eat here they forget something or something is wrong with my order. I normally would not leave a review but I feel the need to address some concerns that I experienced tonight. The boy that took my order was very sweet. However, it is 47 degrees and raining, I am sure these kids are freezing. The boy seemed to overwhelmed when cars pulled up behind me. Two other workers came out, and instead of helping him they just stood there, and said they were not going to help bc the cars did not pull in their lanes. I thought this was rude. He asked them three or four times to help take orders for the vehicles waiting. They did not move. They were very rude to this gentleman. As I pulled up to the window. There was a young man standing outside. He did not have appropriate clothing on to be standing there in this weather as it is raining. He didn t have a rain coat or gloves or a hoodie. If you are going to have these teenagers work outside you should provide appropriate clothing to ensure they are not going to get sick. Not only am I disappointed in the way the employees are treated but I got the wrong salad to top off this experience. I have always heard great things about chick fil a but my experience at this location has always been a disappointment.

Went in late and asked if I could wait for a freshly cooked and made sandwich. I was told yes .. they brought me my sandwich before I found a seat :( it was soggy and not at all what I ordered. I opened it and started to bring it to the counter but the atmosphere at the counter by the staff sent a message of it s not worth the effort :( Seriously folks, I lost taste and smell during covid and my eating pleasure is texture these days . Looks like Popeyes is going to be my go to chicken sandwich for a while disappointing and definitely not the kind of service that CFA has offered in the past. Food made quickly enough and seems fresh but very disappointed in the quantity of fries in this large. Half the space in the fry container was used to hold the napkins and sauce. Not pleased after spending $30+ on the meal. Parking: A long time ago they had a traffic monitor outside to force people to round the building and stay in-line . A while back they opted out of it probably for safety and cost savings and now it is every car for themselves getting into drive thru. People who enter from Limestone Commercial Drive are in the right. People jumping line by coming from the Panera or Whataburger side are just bad people.

This establishment should be ashamed of carrying the chick fil a name and logo. Looks like there has been a change of management or something. Order takers are rude and don t acknowledge you, and are horseplaying around the back, food takes forever, for some reason chicken isn t ready yet, and they have me park somewhere while my chicken is being prepped, I didn t know they sold beef here. Service quality has been decreasing at this location, hopefully this isn t a corporate thing. Management needs to do due diligence on who they hire. I am willing to work Friday-Sunday (yes even Sunday to show my commitment and service)
