Always love coming to eat here. The food and the atmosphere are always a 10/10 which is what makes me always come back. I usually ask for a specific server to take care of me and my friends whenever we go and DeeAndra always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, her drinks and service are phenomenal!!

I have never been so frustrated with a manager who basically said tough luck for my server ringing up my drink order wrong. Its their fault and because of tabc laws I cant discount your drinks. I told her what they charged me in Houston. What? It was not some fancy drink. The food was ok. At least, it was hot, but I feel scammed and very distrusting based on the lunch managers handling of the situation. Manager you get an F+ for not being proactive, not supporting your employees and obviously needing another line of work. Bottomline, think long and hard if youre thinking of going to this location especially at lunch. Sidebar server apologized and was going to give me his tip money. I said absolutely not! The solution soley rested with the manager. Period. SHE FAILED.

Disappointed, we came in for National S mores day to get some pizookies. We got 4, every single one of them was uncooked, the cookie mix in the middle was just liquid. We asked to speak to the manager and she told us well it s not gonna be cooked however it is you want and if there s nothing else yall could leave . i m sorry, we just wanted a cooked pizookie and for you to inform your staff as to who is preparing it but instead decided to be very rude and aggressive when we let you know so other people wouldn t get sick eating RAW eggs. Hope to never have to deal with that manager again.

Honestly idk why I never hear more about theyre wings, I mean no it might not be more than bdubs on buy 1 get one free night, but the quantity is reasonable and the kicker is the quality is 200 times better in my opinion. Also loved the online wait-list. Being a person that doesnt necessarily like calling businesses in general, the fact that it shows a wait time on theyre wait list online was extraordinary for me. I also feel bad , lol because I wish I could remember our waiters name because he was probably one of the best Ive had if not the best waiter. The man needs a raise for sure.

My kids and I just stood at the front hostess stand for over 5 minutes with zero acknowledgement from any of the staff walking by. There were barely any diners at the tables and now I know why. If nobody can take the trouble to come seat us, the service must be pretty horrible. We left and went next door to Chuys.

I had a very uncomfortable experience with Tiera. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Despite my politeness and being a regular customer, she was unpleasant. Unlike the other staff, who are always pleasant, Tiera expressed that she didnt want to be in her job, using crude language. When I tried to offer some encouragement, she ignored me, made no eye contact, and walked away. I spoke to the manager, who said they would talk to her. This was concerning because Tiera represents BJ s and her behavior affects customer experience. I hope the manager addresses the issue appropriately, considering Tieras conduct towards customers.

Went to get the Prime rib in the weekend special, but I was told it was not available yet, even though it was during the stated time. Any advertised special should be ready when advertised. The food we ordered was good. Our waitress was very nice. Our pizookies didnt have much cookies or brownies, all ice cream and whipped cream. The brownies were raw in some bites. Dont get me wrong BJs is great in most respects. The frustration being there is always something wrong with the order Especially a deterrent when ordering out, missing fries, the wrong cheese, missing ingredients, ingredients that we didnt want and so on. Its never anything critical but is seldom what we paid for. All are easily fixable if dinning in, with correction required 2/3rds of the time. Use caution when taking out and check everything since most parents know how problematic the lack of your childs French fries can be.

Normally we love this BJs, but today was ridiculous. Went around 1pm, wasn t too busy, were seated immediately, but it took our waitress 15 minutes to come to our table and take our drink order. Then she only brought our waters and we had to remind her we also ordered a sweet tea. She blamed this on them brewing a new batch (if this was true she should ve let us know when she brought the waters). We ordered an appetizer and that was great. We ordered our entrees and she didn t write them down (this is fine IF you can remember what we order- which she did not). She brought me a salad that I did not order and said oh I must ve grabbed the wrong one . So then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my actual entree. When we went to pay, we couldn t use the online option because she had BOTH the salad that I didn t order and my correct entree listed on there. So we paid in cash and left. I wish I could remember her name so I could warn everyone to avoid getting this waitress.

What an absolute gem this place has in her! After 35 years combined in service between myself and husband, this girl is every restaurants dream waitress! She gave excellent Service was very knowledgeable about the menu and making suggestions,, very relatable, and has an innate ability to read people which is extremely important in this industry you. This location is VERY lucky to have her! If she lived closer to Houston we would shark her for the hubby s bar! Lexi, thank you for a wonderful Mother s day meal after a wet soccer game for my kid! Stopped in for a beer since we had our doggie with us. At first we re told no servers for the patio, but when I went back in the general manager got us a beer and took it out to the patio for us. The Rib eye was excellent, very good flavor and finished but the service was very bad, they dont wait for you to finish they bring you your box, they dont give you time to enjoy your food, you havent even finished ordering and they already bring you the bill. First time here in College Station, but not at BJ s. BJ s is our favorite family dine in place back home. We were surprised with the horrible service we got. We waited 30 min to get a table . We also waited 30 min and no waiter or manager came to inform us that there will be a delay. We walk out without anyone even bother to apologize after my husband ask a front end person where our waiter is. I will never recommend this BJ s. If you come to North Texas all three Bjs from Denton, to Southlake and Keller have great customer service. Can t compare this one to them. We end up at Olive Garden with 2 min wait and wait came right away to greet us and take our orders right away. BJ s you lost a loyal 8 customers. So if you want to be treated with with respect don t go to this specific location

I m used to come to bj s weekly. I loved the atmosphere, but circumstances have dictated that I order out now instead of being able to come into the restaurant. I have tried DoorDash, but BJ s won t let me order things like extra sauce, which I did in person every time. So I decided to do an order on-line for pick-up. But hey, guess what? I be still cannot order extras. There is no option for me to actually order what I want. It makes me sad because I did enjoy many items on the menu. I have tried to order things such as spaghetti or scampi, things I ordered frequently in person. But the on-line menu options will not allow ordering extras like just extra sauce! just like they wouldn t allow it on DoorDash. It makes no sense! I do not understand why a restaurant limits choices when ordering to-go whereas you can order anything in person. If they think that will make me physically come into their space, they are wrong. I m sad because I cannot order from them anymore. They are making their demise even quicker by not allowing changes to on-line orders. It really pisses me off when any restaurant says no subs or extras because I m ordering take-out or delivery!! There are reasons why some of us cannot come into your restaurant physically. However, you limit our ability to order what we actually want, when you have no problem subbing or adding things if we come into your place. Sad.

On Monday evening we went in to enjoy a nice meal and what we got really was anything but. We should have known from the ten minute wait to be seated when we could only view about a dozen or so patrons in the restaurant at the time. The staff while friendly and as attentive as could be, but the one waitress we could see seemed to be overwhelmed performing multiple duties in addition to trying to be attentive to her tables. We ordered a Mediterranean Tacos and Ribeye. The Mediterranean tacos came with a cuscus salad that was uneatable due shear about or vinegar in it, and the tacos had so much acidity to them they actually irritated the skin. The ribeye was of significant size and perfectly cooked; however there was not an ounce of flavor to the meat, the visible seasoning did nothing to enhance the flavorless meat, and the only saving grace was the mushrooms and onions I ordered to go with the steak. Simply put, if you are going to charge steakhouse prices for your steaks, it should have steakhouse flavor. Due to the issue with the Mediterranean plate, we finally flagged down an employee to the let overwhelmed waitress know we needed some attention. And while she didnt hesitate to try and make the issue right, we now had two different meals at two different times, and it turned what should have been a plesant evening into an evening of regret. While its been a while since I have eaten at a BJs, I have never had such issues before. I dont know if this is a location issue, or a one off situation. But given this experience I would not recommend.

Hands down the worst dining experience I ve ever had. We went to celebrate 4 birthdays and had the worst customer service we ve ever experienced by the server Fatima. Several of us ordered items we never received and never had a chance to tell the server as she hardly visited the table. She had a terrible attitude and was pretty snippy with the table. Many of us went without drinks as she never checked in. After we asked for the checks we waited 20 mins for checks that ended up wrong. After letting her know they were wrong, we waited an additional 20 minutes before we had to find a manager to help us get them fixed. Took us 2 and a half hours for entrees and to go desserts simply due to waiting for her to return. Not to mention there was auto gratuity of 18% for the horrible service. It was a very disappointing experience considering 4 of us were celebrating our birthdays. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

I have been to BJs a couple times (both here and out of College Station) and this wasnt the most enjoyable. I went with some friends on Friday, and our waitress seemed annoyed at all times. The system went down and we couldnt give our order for a long time. I am not sure why our waitress just couldnt take our order with pencil and paper, we were hungry and annoyed. Once we finally were able to place our order and were served, the food was great, no doubt at all. The last thing to mention is that it was darker than normal in there. I understand wanting dim lights for ambience, but once the sun went down, we were needing our flashlights to find stuff on the table and everyone around us needed flashlights to read the menu. I think thats a little excessive for ambience. Will I come back here, though? Probably.

I deliver for Favor and was picking up an order for a customer. I come here a lot during the night shift. The business is always clean. I never had a problem with that. Tonight, I was greeted by QUENTIN. He was quick and to the point. He found my order and brought it out to me. He offered me a drink and apologized for the wait. Ordered takeout with the wife. We got the fish and chips, appetizer hamburger sliders, and the new chicken tortilla pasta. We also got two drinks, lemonade, and root beer. The hamburger sliders tasted microwaved. Fish and chips were insanely greasy, and they forgot the tarter sauce, and coleslaw. They also tasted like they were in the freezer too long. Wifes Pasta was mid as she put it. For the price it was def. not worth it. The drinks were pretty bad. Her lemonade tasted like mikes hard lemonade. Which we didnt order. My root beer tasted horrible. All in all an expected experience from BJs. I used to love ordering food from them, but now I will probably be looking elsewhere for my fast casual food. Id strongly recommend any college students look elsewhere for their food as well, there are better options in the BCS area.

What a mess of a visit. Youre ruining my five-star streak here. Hostess good. Waiter and Cooks, horrible. The burger and soup in a bread bowl were good. But food did not come out together, had to remind waiter of sides, one didnt get to the table till we were done with the meals. The steamed broccoli wasnt steamed, one brussel sprout was crazy hot, and the next was crazy cold. All raw in the middle, though charred on the outside. The veggies again were raw. My drink sat empty the entire meal. Im pretty disappointed for 120 bucks. We will shy away from here for a long time after that. Take some time to do some training.

Helpful staff for a Mom and her Toddler on Valentines Day! Great for Pizza and Dessert! I don t feel bad bringing my toddler because a booth helps keep him contained and less disturbing for others if he gets tired. They are quick to help and to get the bill paid so I can get him home after all his fun! We had a great Mommy & Mini Date Day! We walked right in and were seated on Valentine s Day (with a Toddler we eat around 6:30/7PM) Always an option for me when I want to take him somewhere to eat!

To start off, the hostess placed us in a booth but I immediately requested a table and there are only a very few people in the restaurant. It wasnt until I sat down to show her that I am uncomfortable in a booth that she spoke up to move us. I was about to leave and hindsight being 20/20, I should have left. Looking at the menu through Google maps I found food that I knew I would enjoy and my mother, this was our first time to visit here. Unfortunately the menu online has not been updated in the foods I expected to find were not available. We settled in a couple of things but not long after, our waiter came to the table to inform us that one of the basic staples every restaurant should have, gravy, was not available today. My mother ate her meal without the gravy on her chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes. By fish and chips were average at best. The waiter did come by to check on us regularly and he was tipped above average because the problems were not his. Also it was raining in the area and there were numerous places throughout the restaurant where rain was coming through the ceiling. I was alarmed by this, it was so pervasive i expected the restaurant to be closed. My mother and I are both up in age and I was worried when we walked across the floor once we discovered the rain but we were not advised by our hostess. Simply put, I should have left and I simply will not be back. This is just not a good fit for me but it may be a great fit for you.

It was a Friday night and crazy busy. Brandon our server was the best server we have ever had! And we come here often. When I say crazy I mean crazy crazy. He kept his cool the entire time. And had such a radiant positive energy. He was phenomenal. Honestly, if I go back I only want Brandon as my server. He was so attentive and took care of all our needs. Seriously this guy deserves a raise. The food was also super good, considering how busy they were. The kitchen did amazing job. Over all just great experience. Thank you.

We went to eat there tonight but left due to hour wait for table which we could sit at due to my son s wheelchair. There were multiple empty tables and some were right next to people eating but when I asked why we couldn t sit next to other people we were told we would have to wait because there weren t servers assigned to the adjacent tables several feet away. Doubt we will return.

Our waiter was EXTREMELY slow and unattentive! We spent over half of our meal without drinks. It took 15 minutes to get our check after we asked for it 3 times. And they were NOT busy!

Everything was perfect the service was nice,Kind, and friendly the kind lady made sure we had everything we need at all times I dropped my cup of ice and started to pick up the spill and the manger came and saved the day he was very nice and kind even asked if I spilled some on myself very helpful man! The food was 100% Delicious order the Thursday special Slow roasted tri tip and it came with a pizookie! My wife got the Slow roasted tri tip with baby back ribs amazing! Good place to come with the friends or family and just relax and have a good time. Keep up the good work guys .!

Shared a wonderful birthday party dinner with my a&m daughter....service was great ! Prime rib that I had was huge disappointment . Not prime beef at all, seemed like grass fed beef. Large tough lean slab. Great service though.

We were there on June 26, 2022 with our two grandchildren and we had a very pleasant time. My only complaint was that it was too cold and we all wished we had light jackets. My wife had their gluten free pizza with sausage and extra cheese, she tells me it is one of the best gluten free pies she has every had, and that it is consistent regardless of the location. I like their mushroom swiss cheese burger with crispy fires, never disappointed and the grands had chicken fingers and fries. I have been a member of their club for years and had several $10.00 rewards, so I used one which brought the bill down to $56.13 before tip. I find the prices reasonable and for those who enjoy their brewed on location beers, its a great place for a break, a full meal, dining out or even special occasions! Our server was Lucas D., did a great job and he will take care of you, ask for him.

Really unsatisfied with the service and the waitress. They took a whole hour to bring our food out which made us late back to work and when asked she said because it wasn t ready yet Shelby s tone was so unacceptable she spoke like she didn t feel like taking our orders they even took 30 min to bring our drinks we were parched took almost 10 min to get refills. Didn t even ask constantly if we were ok or needed anything. Very VERY UNSATISFIED they need to do better

I must say I pleasantly enjoyed my dining experience at this specific BJs. Dylan, our server, was very personable, detailed , professional and efficient. He made me feel as if I wasnt in College Station eating, but rather Dallas or New York where service is expected. The food and cocktails were great of course as usual the dessert was fantastic and sweet. I will definitely come back and ask for Dylan. I highly suggest you do the same. He needs to be a trainer of servers as he understands SOP and customer loyalty ENJOY!

The host is rude and has a poor attitude. But he was young and most likely poorly trained. We asked for a booth in a 30% full restaurant and we re told it would be 15-20 minutes. So we said fine we will take a table. When we were attempted to be sat I asked to speak with the manager to which the immediate reply was I can sit you in a booth Another employee (short almost shaved head) towards the end of our meal walked by and said bye Felicia to us. Honestly, I m not offended. Both were young and simply shouldn t be working in customer service but if I don t say something then management would never know. Our visit was 4/3 at roughly 2pm. Our total was 73 bucks so as to drill down on who we were. But if you just ask the host I m sure a solid eye roll and an oh those people would be the response. On a very positive note our server was fantastic and prevented this from being a one star review.

The food here is excellent. I had the BJ version of the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and it was great! My dad had the BJ crispy chicken sandwich, my mom had the flatbread appetizer for her meal, and my brother and his wife split a pita taco dish. All of the food was very good. everything was well prepared and appetizing to look at.

It is my husbands birthday and he wanted a nice treat so we ordered pazookies and ice cream... my ice cream had been melted and refrozen so it was icey and weird and the pazookies were burned and not good... we got the sample of pazookies and they just werent good at all. I got the salted caramel and it didnt have any caramel on it and the monkey bread one was really dry.

We have eaten at BJ s all over the state of Texas & you could always count on a good meal. Now live in College Station, TX & still in process of moving in. I ordered via Uber-Eats & it was delivered all the way across town by a cyclist (to me Uber means a vehicle) the food was stone cold & worst thrown together mess of Nachos I have ever seen. The tortilla soup had about 2 small pieces of chicken in it & not much else. Lesson learned, not ordering from Uber Eats again & be leery of any to go food from BJ s.

The wife and I order dinner from bjs pretty often and while the burgers are pretty good, they never fail to forget something small, like a order of fries or bacon on a burger. While most of the time is not a big deal, but when you have a hangering for a couple of slices bacon and you open up that burger to find everything but the little slices of joy, its really makes pitbull cryyyy.

The grilled ham and cheese grilled cheese was good, different but good, better dipped in the dipping mustard...not sure why they loaded it up with mayonnaise. My husband enjoyed the club sandwich. The service was fabulous!!! Our waitress was exceptional...I wish I had caught be name!! Im sorry I didnt get any pictures too. If you like Root Beer, try theirs!!!

Asked for a medium ribeye and got blue rare. Over 50% of it was fat too. My asparagus was completely raw as well. To be honest, this has happened to me more than once and its incredibly disappointing to have to pay so much for a piece of fat slapped on a grill for a few seconds.
