I m very displeased of this company, I m a veteran and still they were adding VA funding costs to the closing costs, for a home appraised at 205k the wanted to sell it to me for 218k, with closing coats of 16k, that was outrageous, saddenly I lost my hard earned money of 2500 I paid of earnest money, plus they wanted me to get the services mandatory that they wanted, electric, gas and internet, I thought wer were living in a free country. Please don t get involved with this company. I went to another company and I only paid 4500 closing costs with no HOA. They are taking advantage of naive people. Find something better, do your research please.
