I came on a Sunday morning and wasnt feeling well at all. I was attended with empathy and care by everyone I met and spoke with. The physician on duty even got me appointments with an internist and a cardiologist the next day and later in the week respectively. It was truly amazing. The sweet nurse called me later in the day to ask how I was feeling and to inform me of my cardiologist appointment later in the week. I am very grateful for their professional and kind attention when I was feeling so badly. I really think its the best care I have ever received by medical professionals in the US or anywhere else for that matter. Thank you and God bless.

Honestly, its one of the best ER facilities Ive been to. I was taken care of by the night shift crew and they were very nice and polite. I also didnt have to wait too long for my lab result, scans, etc. These guys were on top of their game! Definitely recommend this facility and staff.

I had to go to Victoria ER since labor day weekend and couldnt see my doctor. I needed to get checked before my shutdown had severe pain in groin, like I pulled something. Hoping for best but had to get checked. Glad I went medical staff very nice and pleasant, and professional. Used my insurance a physical was done, an ultra sound which led to a Ct scan for further evaluation. I was treated for pain which gave me huge relief and finally got results waiting a sort period and was released without needing surgery. I did get prescription for dealing with pain. I was also made aware of things I didnt know of which was good to follow up with my doctor. I definitely recommend Victoria Er. On 8-31-24, Dr. Steven Gartzman and his nurse were great and I thank them. Mr. J.P.

My sister came here with a severe migraine and I took her. While I was there I was blown away by the staff, nurses and doctor. The facility was clean, organized and thoughtful when it came to the patients. They had snacks, suckers and complementary chapstick anf refrigerator with water in the waiting room. They provided my sister with a copy of her scans as well as a copy of her blood results. I dont think I would take my children or myself to any other place other than Victoria ER thank you guys for helping out my sister and impressing me.

She has a medi port implant, because she is a different stick, and the staff did not waiver in accessing her port, with positive results. Victoria ER is the only ER I go to. Nobody wants to be in a ER at 1 AM, but I was through the door and in a room in less than 5 minutes. Jennifer and Lindsey got me in and as comfortable as they could while waiting for the doctor. Lacey from ultrasound was super sweet and made a very uncomfortable test as tolerable as possible. Quick, caring, concise, and thorough! Treated me like the intelligent being I am. They kept me overnight treating me with four doses of IV antibiotics trying to keep me from going septic due to an abscessed tooth. They listened to me and gave me pain and anti-nausea meds as well. I had a incident at work and needed some advice on if I needed to come in...sure enough I do. The doctors and nurses were very nice and helpful for my hop along Sally self. There was hardly any wait time like a normal hospital ER. Both the nurses and the doctor answered all my questions regarding my injury. They gave me some helpful reading material to help with my injury and also a recommendation for a follow-up with a Orthopedic doctor. I will definitely be coming back for all my emergencies instead of a hospital er. Thank you again for taking good care of me during my fun accident. I will be recommending this place to others.

We were camping at Lake Texana, my son fell off the playground and felt we needed X-rays for his leg. We were in and out, the receptionist, nurses and doctors were THE best! They were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Luckily we did not need X-rays, the doctor worked AMAZINGLY with our 6 year old to examine the severity of the leg to rule out needing X-rays. Hands down the best service we ve ever received! We re originally from Houston so being out of our comfort zone, the night shift team made us feel right at home! So blessed to have trusted them with our boy.

But perhaps if the knots on my head had been checked when I told him instead of dismissing it as wry neck, maybe I wouldn t have ended up at the hospital 2 days later, spending yet again more copays(bet I don t get that refund for misdiagnosis and failure to check the patients complaints), and maybe I wouldn t be in twice the pain as when I went. The nurse that was assisting me was not very professional at times as she administered the shot she actually asked me where to stick the needle? I told her idk? I laughed it off but was very uneasy being asked that then as I was leaving I wasn t sure what door was the exit and she tells me the same door you came in. It was Christmas Day and I was 8 hours from my home in La suffering from poison oak. The front desk staff was so nice and professional getting me processed. Greatest ER Visit I have ever had. The office is cozy and the staff was friendly. The nurses weee legit and communicated and didn t mess up. Very caring staff. The doctor and nurse was patient with my granddaughter that had a side effect of her medicine which also caused her to have anxiety. The nurse sat with her patiently until she calmed down and made sure she was ok before we left.

The care was good. The negatives were that I was convinced by the doctor to have an image done that I didn t believe was necessary. I agreed under duress. The image was not clear, not usable, yet I was charged for it regardless. Dealing with Gwen in billing was a nightmare! I have still not received a receipt by mail as I requested after paying in full. I have been waiting over a month so far.

All the staff was very kind and helpful with good attitudes! The nurse Melanie was especially helpful to us when we had a hard time finding our son s medicine. She called around for us and gave us the necessary tools to help us adapt to this issue. Overall great experience!

Had to come in at 430 am for what turned out to be slipped disc. They saw me quickly, were very polite and accommodating. I was given x-rays and a scan on site which were then digitally sent off to be reviewed. About 30 min later i had my results and all the information i needed (diagnosis, work note, medication list, dr referral ect). I dont think a single thing couldve been done to make my visit any better. If you require ER services Id definitely recommend.
