4 weeks in a row Ive come to your donut shop and you dont have any vanilla cream filled donuts. Should be a easy learning curve if you want to make a profit and stay in business. Your customer should matter if theyve asked you four times to get cream-filled donuts and theyre out again. They keep saying that the manager didnt order or make enough.. doesnt seem like a very good manager. Maybe you should look at your last five ratings. All one Stars definitely tells you something about management. I do have to give credit to the manager she did call me back I had some donuts held back for me to pick up the next day. The other good point is I started losing weight maybe it is a good thing youre out of cream filled donuts? lol

I know this location gets a bad rep sometimes, but my son and I had one of the best customer service experiences the other day. My son and I went after his baseball practice, so it was a little late (after 8pm). Kamryn and Cameron were the 2 employees working and Kamryn was so patient and helpful with my son (10yo) while he was trying to figure out what to order. She offered suggestions, didnt mind letting him samples flavors of ice cream, and most importantly didnt make us feel like we were burdening her. Very good experience

I enjoy getting ice coffee from different Dunkin s every now and then but this location always gives me pure milk or creamer when I ask for an ice coffee The girl at the window was super rude and seemed like she didn t care to help me. She gave me my iced coffee and it looked like there was way too much milk so I asked if she could please give me one with less milk/creamer and she hands me this. I ended up just leaving. I didn t feel like going back-and-forth.

to Carmen, the comment below. I know the manager personally, and what I can tell you is that she runs the business very well and her employees love it here. You are not in the business so you don t know what goes on there. If you have ever worked fast food you know there is a buzzer that dings through their headset to let them know you are at the microphone. So maybe next time instead of driving thru. Actually go through the process of a drive through. Also stop lying on people. It s not cute. I only this because I was in the lobby and witnessed this. The girls would have have made your drink over no problem. Again I am an everyday customer. As far as a positive comment the new manager has been putting in a lot of effort with the store and it s slowly turning around. Her and her team are doing an amazing job. The menu is surprisingly good! Exceeded my expectations, and the lady that served us was wonderful. Kid-friendliness: My son got treated like a little king. He got to choose donuts to celebrate an accomplishment. It was a nice experience for him.

The WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. I literally had to wave down someone at the drive thru window for them to see me, because of course everyone was just standing around. I Waited 7 minutes for one cold brew that wasnt even made correctly. The bagel I ordered was horrible. When I let the girl know she made my coffee was wrong she had the manager give me my corrected one which was just as poorly made because it was the same one. There wasn t even ice in the cup. I guess she thought I was going to yell at her so I m assuming that s why the manager handed it to me. I would honestly have asked for a refund but from the looks and attitude of everyone there I wouldn t have gotten far. I understand kids work here but the manager is a grown woman. She should take pride in her employees and her store. What a shame. $8 down the drain.

This location seems poorly managed. Came in for a drink and some doughnuts and the employee checking us out didn t know what she was doing. Seemed like everyone was running around not knowing what to do and it wasn t even busy. Waited 15 minutes just for one drink as well. Floors and tables were absolutely disgusting.

Worst place to come! I love Dunkin Donuts Iv worked myself for almost 7 years! I enjoyed working there and making coffee and food for my customers, so I know how the food and drinks should be and taste like . This place just doesn t care and it s sad people are still going here! Iv ordered three times from this store and almost every time my drink is not what I wanted or taste like it! Also any sandwich or food I order here is either burned or not cooked at all. I know it s not for them but people actually pay for this . It s not like we re getting it for free! And it doesn t seem like the owner or management team really cares about losing customers. Don t even know why there open. Rude staff, shitty customer service! you d be better off getting anything else. dutch bros across the street, 151 down the road, even starbucks! or just a different dunkin location. this place is full of kids working here not one headstrong worker. the dumb little girl taking our order was laughing the whole time didnt even understand anything she said. then it went silent for 3 minutes and we said hello then another kid answers asking if we already ordered and we said yes but the previous worker didnt even tell us to pull up or anything and just ended the conversation so he says ok come around. then we get to the window and they are asking what we ordered, confirming that the girl wasnt even paying attention, didnt take our order at all and goofing around. they are asking if we have a mobile order and what the name was. 1 they didnt even ask our name, 2 wasnt even a mobile order we quite literally had just ordered in the drive thru. if they d been professional and paying attention. then they give us the wrong drink, he says keep it and gives us another one all while the girl is still teehee ing in the back like an idiot.

Decided to give this location another chance and I wish I didn t. Ordered my usual (medium iced coffee 1 cream, 2 pumps French vanilla swirl, 2 pumps donut swirl, 1 liquid sugar and marshmallow cold foam). Get my drink it looks beautiful take a sip and instantly gag because there s no flavoring in it at all not a single drop. It tastes just like black coffee. I have my partner take a sip to make sure I wasn t crazy and even took two more sips after stirring just to make sure before I went back because I hate giving drinks back. I go back to the window and I say very politely, I just got this and there s no like flavoring in it. It s missing like all the pumps and for those of you who have gone here I m sure you ve met the lovely lovely blonde chick that greets you with a yeah at the window and she says well I made that so I know I put it in there. I said I took a sip and I promise you there s absolutely nothing in it. She tells the manager and the manager makes it and then when she comes to the window, she s like have a sip before you drive off so I take a sip and I m like yeah sweet now and she s like OK. Well that s because you ordered it with two pumps of this and two pumps of that and that s why it s not gonna be sweet I said no no no it had absolutely nothing in it like I have no reason to lie and no reason to wanna come back around to you losers for a second time unless it was actually not made correctly and she s like well I put three pumps of each so now it should be good and you know it s just that s what happens when you order it with two pumps so next time order it with three pumps and I said no ma am this is how I always order it. I used to work at Dunkin Donuts back in the day. I know exactly how it s supposed to be made and she just wanted to still act like I was ordering it incorrectly when I order it like this all the time and no other location gives me an issue. I don t understand the disrespect in the lack of customer service when someone is just telling you like it s it s not made correctly even if you feel like you did make it correctly. I still feel like you re supposed to just say OK like I ll definitely remake that for you like it shouldn t be an issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Drive to another one or go to the other six different coffee shops nearby

Truly the worst place in town to get coffee these days. Used to be my go to til it became an every time thing to have to wait over 15 mins just to get one coffee. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. There was no other customer. Took forever and I had to keep asking for my order idems. And I guess ordering a large ice mocha drink was way to much for them. They couldnt even figure it out. Keep asking me 10 times what drink was it. The manager was very rude. Stay Away!!!!!!Horrible service with Teens running the show. 4 workers only on a Sunday 11:45am. I spent 30$ on 4 donuts and 3 coffees. Everyone waiting and a couple that had been waiting for 20 minutes for 2 cups of water!!!. They left without water. Very disappointed for our first visit. The girl that took our order was very rude. We looked at the menu online before going since we have never been, when I asked if they had the bagel sandwich (because it was not on the menu) she replied yes rudely and like I was an idiot. We got our drinks and was asked to pull forward and they would bring the food out. When we got the food, the eggs were ICE COLD! Absolutely disgusting! First time coming here and probably my last. The restaurant was clean and inviting but when placing my order, the girl behind the counter seemed like she had no idea about anything on the menu. All of the workers were just lollygagging around. I saw one girl make her OWN drink while there were 3 people in the lobby and several people in the drive thru. They ended up giving my order to someone in drive thru and didn t even realize so I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before they actually re-made my order. I used to work in fast food so I don t want to judge too much but I also know that it was all very unprofessional.

Carmen (name on receipt) was nice, friendly Donuts are what I expected. Coffee was so weak, I gave it back and told them it was too weak to have enough flavor to drink. The girl looked at me with a shocked look as a new calf would look at a new gate. I didnt say it mean or with anger, just as a matter of fact. They couldnt make a frozen coffee correctly. They had 2 chances. Ordered 2 frozen mocha lattes. Got frozen whipped cream. Even said to the young lady behind the counter that the contents of the cup she handed me doesnt look right. Usually it is a medium brown color due to it having coffee in it. This was white. Looked just like whip cream blended with ice. Then I look over at the doughnuts. When I say they have cut back. You have to see for yourself to believe. I thought they were making mini doughnuts. Figured it was something new. So I asked are those something new? To which the young lady replied. No those are the size of them now. Then she politely asked if I wanted one. To which I said no. Ive been to dunkins all over the country and some in other countries. This is unironically the worst one Ive ever been to in every possible way. Everyday my order is wrong, cold, or taste like a mooses knuckle. Im genuinely impressed with how often its possible to screw up coffee. Ive been given the wrong size coffee, cold coffee, not flavored with what I asked for coffee, no cream coffee, no sugar coffee and asked to pull up for coffee with only one or two people in the drive thru. Place is an absolute zoo.

I went through the drive through this morning at about 10:30. There was one car in front of me and the line didnt move for 5+ minutes. So, I walked in and the cashier told me to hold on. 2-19-24 You all are stepping up!! Am loving it!!! Thank you to the owners, managers and employees!!! - 2-11-24 I stopped at the drive through to get something to drink. They re taking some orders through the drive through for certain people. And had a car they handed food to through the drive through and did others while they told me the drive through was closed. When I went to use the restroom, they laughed and said there s no toilet paper. Then when I asked if they had some to replace it. The one young girl came out with a bunch of rolled up paper towels or something. Both of them had no cares and laughed. The one girl said oh I m sorry will be right with you while she was making a drink I believe for herself? Because if no orders are being taken through the drive through and nobody is in the lobby but me and another gentleman who are you making a drink for? I have heard that this location is terrible. Finally tried it out. And yes, it isn t good at all. The man behind the counter was kind of quick. But nothing was right. place donks. we were the only people in line and two drinks took like ten or fifteen minutes. literally was just watching the dude standing there looking around and talking to coworkers cluelessly. they were out of all ingredients other than mocha and caramel. my mocha latte was straight up milk and ice. cup wasn t even completely full. so bad this experience was a core memory for my partner and i for how hilariously awful the drinks were.

Location isnt the best but Im sure thats all they had to work with as for budget. Customer service at this Burleson location is good but could be a little better. As for food, sadly this one has left a bad taste in my mouth and Ive given them a handful of tries. The donuts taste very dry as if almost a day old and the icing is definitely not what I know from Dunkin locations to be. Not only is the taste of the icing as if a day or older but the color is super light brown when its normally a dark rich color and leaves a taste as of being freshly made. Vegetarian options: I click clearly labeled as Ive seen whats vegan stated on the menu before even though not all products are for vegans.

We ordered coffee and some breakfast sandwiches. For the time it took to heat up the sandwiches I was disappointed that there were cold spots in the egg still. And there was no where to get creamer for my coffee and I was not asked or offered any when ordering. There were also no stir sticks at the area with the sugar packets so I had to use a plastic straw to do so. The service was very pleasant I was just disappointed in the details.

I HATE having to leave a bad review. Honestly. But this location CAN NOT get my coffee order correct even if I tell them what color the coffee should be. I order this SAME coffee every single day all over the country. This location NEVER adds the correct amount of almond milk or cream for it to match any other location. When I tell them it should be a light tan and NOT the color of burnt sugar or creme brûlée and they STILL hand me a coffee like the one pictured, I serious have to wonder if they are doing it just to be funny. Make sure to check your to-go order before you leave. I had ordered a strawberry and chocolate sprinkle donut and my donuts didn t have any sprinkles on them. Very disappointing. If corporate knew, how much money they were losing with these lazy employees that dont wanna make donuts bagels or anything, everything you order. It doesnt matter what it is. They say that theyre missing something. If you order a ice coffee , they tell you they dont have the flavor for it. If you order bagel , they dont have that flavor dont get me started on the doughnuts and then you get to the point to ask them what they do have, and they reluctantly, tell you, and then they dont even wanna give it to you the time they spend arguing with Me, they could make me to fresh batch. They sell diluted coffee and price as high end coffees. Kitchen is nasty dirty because no one ever cleans it on a regular basis. Donuts are not fresh. Saw some cleaning rags that looked like they were made before I was born...very unsanitary. Seems to be a new manager every week which tells me either they hire the worst people in leadership or they dont offer their managers the correct training/support to be able to keep the storefront up. Do yourself a favor. Go anywhere else for morning coffee and donuts but this place.

Bless their hearts. You never know how each visit will go at this location. There seems to be a lot of employee turnover. So sometimes service suffers a little. Management has been good about making the order right if something is messed up. Plus, you better get there early if you want a popular item. They seem to run out quickly of some things. Luckily, they offer a wide variety of donuts and coffees, so there is always an acceptable substitute. No sense ranting about the small stuff. I still do business at this Dunkin and give them 5 stars. Simply because I refuse to give Starbucks my business.

Service was so ridiculously slow. And this is not during a heavy time that the car behind us actually left. Thinking that maybe someone was placing a very large order inside. First time here. Went to try it out because were having a mommy and kid day with my daughter and we are supposed to get a free donut today for national donut day but the lady at the register is a bit rude so we didnt even bother asking for the free donut. This isnt the first time we have had problems with this location. The drinks come out pretty fast, but if we ever order any food, it takes at least 20 min or more. Today, we had to leave without part of our order just to get my kid to school on time. When we told them just keep the food we were still waiting on and give to someone else, all they said was OK. Todays trip was almost 30 min wait. For these times can go to an actual restaurant. Their response only tells me that its not a first-time people have given up on their food. Thats just not good customer service. It would be understandable if their was few employees, but there were several people there.

Last night was officially my last time coming here. Warning if you use the app to order. I ordered $13 worth of drinks only to get there and they told me they couldn t use the espresso machine and they were out of everything to make coffee except for oat milk. I was extremely upset, when asked how I get my money back they gave me a careless I don t know maybe ask the app . I ve been coming here daily for nearly a year and a half and I ve gotten tired of them being nearly out of everything. I ve only been coming here to save money, but last night was my last straw with this place. I ve started going to Dutch Bros, they are only a few cents more expensive but their service, drinks, and quality far exceeds that of this specific Dunkin. I almost always have to have my drinks remade here because it s hit or miss on who makes drinks properly. The workers obviously don t follow the coffee recipe guides. I still haven t figured out how to get my money back. No longer going to support this horrible location. Whoever runs this shop is lazy and obviously doesn t care about any of their customers, otherwise something would have been done about their horrible service and even worse of an inventory as the bad reviews here go back years. Used the drive through for a quick breakfast. Small and very busy drive thru. Ive become an obsessive compulsive disorder person since COVID. My experience was less than great! The cashier passed my card and purposefully avoided touching any part of my hand when giving me my card and when i asked for some napkins. This young lady stood back when she passed my items. Went in to get coffee this morning as I had been given a gift card so I thought why not use it. As I walked into the store, I saw one car enter the drive through. We waited at the counter for about 5 minutes, nobody else in the store. Made eye contact with the lady behind the counter so she knew we were there but didnt even acknowledge us.
