Everything was great with my first attorney. He followed up well, and I felt very supported. When he left, the ball was dropped on my case so much so that the new attorney did not complete pending projects, such as an Affidavit of Heirship after probate but sent me a completion of work notice. They didnt even notice they had not finished everything. The new attorney did not care to follow up with me and the communication was terrible. Im taking the remainder of my case elsewhere. I had a very poor experience overall. Save your money on Affidavit of Heirships. Other groups have this available for a flat rate.

Of many online Attorneys that we attempted to contact, review and/or shop, This firm was very professional. They offered a free consultation when others wanted up front cost of $400 pay in advance to even speak to anyone. Erin (Hope this is correct spelling.) was very professional, courteous and was very specific when answering our questions. Erin made us feel very confident in knowing what to expect. A family member was referred to Caitlin Revanna for a probate appeal case. She contacted family and advised she will contact once she researches case. re-contacted family and advised she could take case. Received full payment and two days later, she said she could not take case because it was beyond her scope. She recommended seeing an appellate lawyer. She then said they will look at refunded the money paid up front, minus the amount that was used already. Who takes a case and payment upfront to later come back two days later and say I cant take it but took the money. We still have not been refunded the money paid up front. I called to speak with Caitlin on numerous attempts but was told by the secretary she is in a meeting and we will have her to contact you. We were told this each time we called. Still have not heard anything or received out refund. Drove to Dallas office listed on web site. There is not an office at location. Have to contact by phone. Very unethical and unprofessional. If you want to sit down and talk to a lawyer, or receive returned calls, this is not the place.

I chanced upon Krieg LLC when I goggled for probate lawyer in Texas. They scheduled me right away for a FREE consultation. Kristina Munoz talked to me for a good 30 minutes. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction even though that session is for FREE. She even took time to look up the probate case in the system. I did not have an impression that she is in a hurry to end the consultation just because it is a free one. I am VERY IMPRESSED. I have been dealing with another lawyer from another firm who never returns phone calls, doesn t do what he says he will do and was a waste of time, caused my family nothing but grief. He was to probate a will in 2010 and another in 2012, but we just found out 7 months ago that he never did either one of them. For 7 months we have been ignored, told lies, false promises and he never came through with anything. He started a process and never pulled through on any of them. We were stuck with him as we had no other alternatives according to him. When my mom needed to move out and sell her house she couldn t due to both wills never being probated. The Realtor and title company recommended finding another lawyer. I called Kreig LLC, scheduled a 30 Min consultation, and was given 3 options to pursue.
