Thank you for proving beyond a reasonable doubt that my husband was NOT GUILTY of assault. TLDR: Hire Ms. Bernstein We learned of Ms. Bernstein through her community advocacy work and found her Instagram to be an amalgam of legal topics, cats, and other errata. Hooked. Throughout the process, Ms. Bernstein was receptive to our questions and answered all queries with speed and clarity. It gave us reassurance we were heard and despite our limited knowledge of criminal proceedings and the justice system, she did not show any frustration with our ignorance, rather she gave beyond satisfactory responses to all our concerns and questions. We were most impressed with the speed in which the jury decided the verdict (8 minutes- 3 of which the jury were locked in the chambers). Our upmost gratitude and tip of the hat to her co-counsel 2, Mykal Fox for a job well done.

Professional, Honest, & Compassionate. Jessica Bernstein is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) Today, I had a felony DWI dismissed that has been clouding my career and personal life advancement for close to two years. Not only did she exceed my expectations she also was realistic which is something I appreciated since I hired her to represent me. She is not like these other lawyers that promise you the world and do not deliver. She sets realistic goals, breaks down worst case scenarios and works with you to find a result that is realistic for both parties. Lastly, If you are ever in trouble. Mrs. Bernstein without a doubt saved my life. I had 17 felony convictions and was facing another 13 felonies in Travis County. Instead of looking at what was in black and white she judged me by my heart. She seen the addict and alcoholic father of seven children and fought hard for rehab instead of incarceration. Its because of her that Im able to be a sober father in my childrens life and life has never been better.

One of my favorite people in the world found herself in jail on Thanksgiving for some ridiculous THC charge. A second degree felony. I picked Jessica because of her stellar 5 star rating. Also, she graduated from one of the top law schools in the country, The University of Texas! She got her out of jail and eventually got her charges dismissed. She is the best lawyer ever.
