Line was long but moved fast. Broista Jay made our drinks very fast and delicious. Wish they would ask for tip after we received our order and not before. Like... we dont know how its going to be to determine the tip amount prior to service . Food

Customer service here has been bad lately! Employees need to pay attention to who s next and I don t understand the zig zag when there s two or more employees outside taking orders just go to the next person. The lady handing out our drinks today was rude as well.

Had to edit to add, I ve become a regular for this location and have come to know the names of servers broistas. long line but hey, you have to wait everywhere you go. You want a personalized coffee from the large array of options they have? Gotta wait. don t go if you re tight on time. I looovveeee this place it s literally my go to, I ve since dropped Starbucks and have not been back! Shoutout to Kelis and Paloma, we arrived pretty late and were very apologetic but they were sooo nice and friendly and welcoming, telling us not to worry about it. We ve been served by Paloma several times late at night and as a pretty shy person she always finds ways to make our conversations enjoyable and entertaining. :) Dutch customer for life. you have my SOUL.

This is the slowest coffee place. I have been here several times and different hours of the day hoping that their service would be better it was terrible every time. I like their coffee but having to wait for 20-30 mins for one cup of coffee is ridiculous. I am definitely done with them, specially with all the others around being as good but a lot faster.

Be prepared to wait 40mins for your coffee . Short line just takes sooooooooo long. Then after they advertised FREE MAGNETS, they ran out.....its the shock of the century. Been here 4 times in the last 3 months waited 40 mins minimum EACHTIME. Wont be going back, not that they care.

I ve been a costumer at Dutch since their first day and let me just say the employees are one of the nicest people ever! Their service is very quick and the drinks are the best. It s so amazing that their workers can put up a smile while being in the hot Texas weather all day! One employee I ve loved that has been taking my orders frequently is Paloma! Paloma is so charismatic and so full of joy! She s so fun to be around and she always lightens the mood!!!

I love the coffee from Dutch Bros and the staff is friendly but in this location not recommended, first of all last time I order my coffee through the app when I was dropping my kids from Daycare , it takes me 15 minutes to get to this location and It wasn t ready when I got there, I have to wait more time in the window when people who was ordering in that moment was taking their drink and mine was mobile app . second one I ask for the iced cookie butter late and it wasn t even looking as I ordered and I ask them to re make it again and besides to re do it.. they was adding more and more of the sweet stuff in the top till my husband told them to re make it

Stopped by today around 10am. I ordered a golden eagle and it was horrible. Ive had this coffee plenty of times but today it was sour. Not sure if the cream or the milk was expired but thats what it tasted like. I took 2 sips and threw it out.

My Mom & I been coming to this location since it first opened. I always try some new drink off their menu and never been disappointed! The drive-thru looks spotless & the crew were nice & friendly even if they were busy make other peoples orders. We usually go in the afternoon (1 pm- 3pm) so that there would be a short line of cars ahead. Never wait too long for our order. Definitely come back soon!

Been a frequent customer since day they opened and some visits not perfect no big deal but today was the worst! Customer service used to be great but today was terrible. It was early and I was the only one in the drive thru and it took a while to get my order and I m not complaining about that, but my order was wrong and drink size mixed up. Explained to employee order was wrong and her reaction if I was an inconvenience. I ll drink the wrong drink but my daughters hot chocolate was cold and the other employee was like I don t know it was given to me like that. The location is near the expressway on my way to everything but I think I m make the drive to 7 brew again cuz it s going downhill here. 14 dollars on drinks to be incorrect and employees not even wanting to fix it is terrible.

From here but came back from Colorado recently and I know exactly how these drinks should taste like. And let me tell you that when I ordered an med Annihilator freeze picture perfect, I was utterly flabbergasted when I took a sip my eyes twitched driving off. The only thang I tasted was the espresso on ice and it looked like a freaken golden eagle with drizzle. Nolana location not bad so I was excited for Edinburg to open. I was sad first and last time going.

I stopped here on my way to work before 7:30am and omg I waited 20 min for two drinks. The guy that was taking the others took like 5-10 with each customer. There was 2 lines packed and only one person taking orders. I love dutch bros but in this location they take forever, I think twice wether to stop or go somewhere else.

I had more than half of my vanilla latte filled with ICE. I finished it so quickly and if I would have emptied the actual drink, I m sure it would ve been a small cup. Dissatisfied. The drink itself was okay, but come on, it doesn t need that much ice.
