Being a DFW local I love stopping here my wife is a San Antonio local and if it wasnt for her I wouldve not know about the great BBQ and of course there sweet tea. Kid-friendliness: Its a family friendly setting with great food and a good place to have a dinner or more. Wheelchair accessibility: There is up front parking and also there is a ramp for accessibility.

I love coming to this Bill Miller s because the young man taking orders, Isiah Frank, is the best at customer service ever!! He s very polite, fast, and, professional at his job. Haven t been to Bill Millers in a long time. I think they ve gotten better than I remember it. Came for breakfast. Brisket and Carne Guisada tacos were great. The fixin s bar has rolls, butter, salsa, pickles and onions, etc which is really nice. My wife got a breakfast bowl which had refried beans, eggs and sausage with 2 tortillas for $6. Solid bang for the buck. Place was clean, everyone was nice and courteous. $47 for a family of 5 which these days isn t bad. Solid experience.

Well, I have only one complaint. Its about the $20 dollar Thermal cup that I bought with breakfast tacos on 5/15/24. At 9:44am cashier was Sandra F G. She told me that by purchasing tumbler green thermal cup that I would be eligible FREE drinks for a year Everytime I come in. And I did get a few drinks free as stated from Sandra. But I asked for my tea as I did before with my 6 tacos. And now im getting charged 75 cents to fill my cup. Was this a lie from Sandra just to get me to purchase the $20 dollar Bill Miller thermal cup????? This really upsets me. And I still have my receipt. No Happy. Just wanted to put this out there so that NO one else falls for that LIE .

I am so disappointed! How do you not have brisket at 3 pm on a Saturday? I have never been disappointed with Bill Miller. We drove 2.5 hours to get this, and now we are driving back home with nothing but chops. Everyone expected poor boys. The box they put our pie in was all dirty!! The cashier is arguing that the chops dont come with sauce. Come on, man, I grew up on Bill Miller. Owning a bar and grill, we know how to do inventory. So come on, manager, you need to do better than that. Very, very upset.

Bill Millers BBQ is delicious! I visited recently for the first time ever, and Ill be going back. My husband is from San Antonio originally, so he grew up eating Bill Millers BBQ there. Hes the one who took me here for lunch on our trip to Austin. I got the smoked turkey plate with potato salad and beans. It was so good. I love their BBQ sauce, and the potato salad is the best Ive ever tried. Id recommend this place!

Bill Miller BBQ used to be a great place to get comfort food at an affordable price, but they have gone downhill bad! Not only are they expensive nowadays, but their customer service is horrible and their small portions of food are very bland! This location near Wells Branch is one of the worst! I stopped by to get some breakfast tacos this morning because they are one of the only fast-food restaurants to serve breakfast past 10:30am. Not only are they super slow in the drive-thru, they got my order wrong yet again! I called the location to express my frustration with the manager, who said her name was Catia, but she could not have cared less that I was a long-time customer. Instead of offering to make things right, she just made excuses and blamed employees for my bad drive-thru experience. She suggested that I ask for a manager on my next visit, but she is the manager I was currently speaking to and if she wouldnt make it right for me this time, why would I go back and ask for a manager again next time? She doesnt quite understand that she is the one hired to train employees to fill orders correctly and make things right for customers when they do not. She certainly shouldnt be paid to be a manager if she doesnt know how to manage! I can remember when Taco Cabana took their customers for granted and blew them off the same way, and they eventually lost business and closed locations until they finally had to sell the company to avoid bankruptcy! So good luck Bill Miller BBQ! You have definitely lost this long-time customer!

Originally, I ordered through doordash spare ribs, 2lb brisket, 1 doz tortillas, 4 tacos, fried chicken, fries, and bbq chicken. Received my order (half of my order). I called the Bill Miller and they said to go through doordash and they will fix it issue. I did, and it was reordered through door dash. I just received the other stuff but of course to my regret they only gave me the spare ribs and brisket. My tortillas and tacos are still missing. I have to say this is the worse service ive received and this store needs to fire all the managers and workers and start over with consequences if they make a mistake like this. Take it out of their pay with penalty as well as receive a repremand if it happens again they will be fired. What a disgrace. Im still waiting on my fries that I havent gotten a couple of months ago. My 2yo and 16 month old sons were waiting to eat. Now it is 8:09pm. I ordered just before 6pm. Stay away from this BM!

After living in Texas for many years, Bill Miller had been one of my favorite go-to restaurants. I love their fried chicken, peach cobbler, apple pie and beef brisket. Got a chance to experience their great food recently. It was delicious. Many years ago, you could walk in and see the food in warmers while its being served, but things have changed. Nevertheless, the food still has a great taste. Would recommend visitors to grab a bite to eat when in Texas.

I was really impressed. This Bill Millers is better than the original Bill Millers located in San Antonio. I ordered the chicken fried steak with mash and green beans. Everything tasted home made except the mash and gravy. However, the pie I didnt like. No where near tasting home made. Employees was nice, the dining and bathrooms clean and stocked. This place definitely has rats. I got a taco and luckily I unfolded it before eating it because there was a perfectly chewed hole in the tortilla under the folded part approximately 1/2in in diameter. Manager denied it and threw it away before I could get a pic of it but Iv seen rats eat bread, tortillas, etc. and I definitely know that the hole in the tortilla was from a rat.

This was our first time here and we did a pick up order to take back to our hotel. If the food had not been tasty, I wouldve given it a 1 star. I ordered a salad with turkey, no tomatoes, no bacon, and extra cucumbers. I didnt get extra cucumbers, but I received tomatoes (allergic) and bacon. The brisket Mac n cheese I ordered has zero brisket on it and I paid $4.50 for it. My kids meals didnt come with the desserts they ordered and paid extra for each, they came with the brownies instead. I am highly disappointed with what we received. Especially, when it was on the receipt AND kitchen print out.

This is your run of the mill ran down establishment.. Food is ok, customer service some what ok, and just ok. Breakfast time sucks because its a mandatory 30 minute wait just to make your order and get your food. And if you buy any brisket expect to over pay for dry small pice of meat. So bring a full tank of gas, a good book and a pillow because its going to be a minute. Wow they close at 8pm wow. I have never heard of a fast food chain closing at 8 PM. This place needs have the drive through open at 5am to 10pm. The dinning area 6am to 8pm. I think Bill Millers will being going out of business soon I guess.

Pflugerville s Bill Miller is an integral part of North Austin life. The chopped beef is better than the sliced brisket, breakfast is better than lunch or dinner, and the fried chicken beats Popeyes or kfc hands down. We had a celebration luncheon 6/27 with 12 people attending and after eating we needed to clear the plates from the tables, I gathered the use plates up and to look around for the trash can someone from front registered shouted leave on your table and I ask where is the trash cans and he responded leave it on table. Also I explained that we need to clear the table because we was to have desert and continue visiting. This was by far the worst BBQ I have ever had in my life. The roll was like flavorless styrofoam, the brisket, although it was tender, had no flavor, the sausage tasted like it had been sitting in water for a while, the beans had a weird taste like it was made with toilet water, and the hash brown potatoes tasted solely like the onions they were cooked with. My first and last time here. I had the chopped beef sandwich meal. It was SLOP in my opinion, it was more of a stew consistency. So much so that the bread was saturated. BBQ sauce is nasty. Out of pecan pie, then they would not sell just a slice of lemon meringue pie and then had to wait 10 minutes for the order cause fried chicken was not ready, really really lousy experience

I just love Bill Miller. The plates, breakfast tacos, and chopped beef sandwiches and peach cobbler are to die for. Good French fries too. Everything is good here. Love the marinated onions and pickles. Pecan pie yummy and the list goes on.

Third was not what I expected. I thought it would be a normal restaurant, but it is more like a McDonalds fast food. My wife and i split 4 chicken breasts, which were good but small with more breading than meat. The French fries were good and plentiful, but the extra side of Coleslaw was neither good nor plentiful. All in all, I was slightly disappointed and will probably not return.

This place for having lunch is just OK. Its not a real BBQ restaurant with rich dishes and nice atmosphere. Btw, the brisket by itself was like a boiled meat with a minimum amount of BBQ sauce. So, same as turkey that we ordered. But the sides were tasty! So, here you will get relatively good food, so fast and for not a big price. On photos are meals #3 and #8.
