I guess nobody likes working at this place. No greetings, no smiles, no customer service at all. We came in at an off time around 3:00 pm on a Monday. The resteraunt was dirty. The food was cold, and nobody seemed to care.

I had my order done online and hadn t notice I made a mistake on my pizza. I noticed as soon as I got it and ask if there is anything that can be done by it. The cashier quickly took note and ask the manager. They were both sweet enough to make me a new one. I really appreciate the time and effort into making a small gesture but made my day. Thank you!

I came in today with my family and I had a drink that I carry for my one year old. The young lady came up to me and told me that I couldnt have any outside drinks. I informed her that it was for my baby and she repeated back baby to me as if not believing me, I told her yes and she took off. They had their kid here with Starbucks but didnt say a word about it. If rules are rules they should be applied to everyone not a certain select but they had to make a big deal about a one year old. It took be by surprise spending $45 for that kinda of costumer service.

Boy has this place changed. The pizza made my boyfriend and I sick. Like as soon as I bit into it my body could tell that something wasnt right. Im guessing the lack of proper food handling is a high possibility. Just a suggestion. It is pricy as well. 26 bucks for 2 buffets.

Music to loud, water (soda fountain) like pool water, food good and fresh, the cinnamon rolls (main reason for our visit) have been way to hard. Restrooms are clean. They should serve coffee and we will come again! Food

It s not that great the food is alright the service is okay not terrible but not good either. worked here 2 months ago they boost the rating with the mangers leaving reviews and the employees. work atmosphere was good till it wasn t feels like a high school everybody talks about everybody if you re above the age of 20 and aren t a manger no point in getting a job here you re better off running your own daycare and to anyone that wasn t to eat here like I said it s not great but it s not terrible either it s good if you re in the area but I wouldn t go outta my way to eat here

First of all the kid at the register said we needed a coupon for the $4.99 buffet and when I go to get the coupon on my phone he brings the manager out and she says they no longer take that coupon. She was so unprofessional and rude. The place is always a mess with hardly any clean seats or tables, the food is doughy or over done, the salad bar is always messy and you get ingredients you dont want in your salads. They changed their personal ordering pizzas and now they put it out with the rest of the food and when we went to get our food it was mostly gone because they didnt save it for us and they put it out with the regular food as we were walking up with the buzzer and when we asked about it she said to wait for another one or get something else. Totally horrible customer service skills from the manager as well as the whole crew. Will never eat this garbage again nor be treated with such distaste for customer service. And yes I have already complained on the website. But thanks anyway for the fake response!

Cicis in San Angelo is amazing!! The staff is always so attentive, kind and respectful. My custom pizzas are always made in a timely manner, the pizza is ALWAYS fresh & full of options (Ive been to one where there was hardly any pizza out) and this is my favorite place to eat with the family because its so affordable yet accommodates my children too with dessert & game room! Not to mention we will be ordering cicis pizza as our new option for bday partys and events with their PIEZILLA Thank you cicis Parking: Always spots available close by! Kid-friendliness: The game room is always a plus and high chairs are always clean and ready to go for us. We even once were cleaning the mess my 8month old son made on the floor and an employee came over and told us not to worry about it and he would clean it. So sweet and nice

Place had upgrades several years ago, they updated the game room as well, for a place thats busy every day with reasonable prices it is going to have ups and downs like any business. Turn over on help causes a few things to go down but its fast food with all types of hungry people the job will not satisfy every one. Parking: Plaza parking, enough parking for buses, and trucks. Kid-friendliness: Its fun for all types of kids! Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is in a plaza enough room for everyone, it is accessible for wheelchairs, kid friendly, ie game room and Kid TV and other.

Great place for kids. Small arcade. Buffet is really good when its full. But its slim most of the time. Salad bar is pretty fresh. The small pasta selection is also decent. Dessert pizza is a hit and miss. Sometimes they have it, sometimes they dont.

I gave the cashier a coupon for a free adult buffet w/ the purchase of an adult buffet & 2 large drinks. She rang up both adult buffets and drinks, then a kids buffet coupon. I explained that it was not right and her response was That is how we do it . Wrong! Instead of asking a manager and making it right I was ignored. Avoid this place if you value customer service and your money.

I went into Cicis pizza to grab a quick lunch and tried a new pizza, of course, not new to cicis, but new to me! It was the spinach alfredo flatbread! i enjoyed it so much i asked my boyfriend to bring me for dinner tonight and i got it again! i also got to the manager Esme, she s so nice everytime i go in, whether it s to grab some quick lunch or dining in! Busy, but they where fast at keeping the buffet full. Clean dinning and friendly dinning staff. She asked for our empty plates to get them out of the way instead of them piling up on our table. My daughter absolutely loves the Alfredo pizza!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Parking on side of building close to the front door for those who need wheelchair access, staff is also helpful for those who need it.

The pizza doesnt taste as good and the dessert that I use to always think they could never mess up, well they proved me wrong on that. The dough was hard to bite into. I gave 3 stars because the customer service was wonderful. The dining area wasnt clean though. But I didnt say anything because I know sometimes they cant get to it , because people are always coming and going so I understand that.
