This has to be the worst experience at a Arbys in my life. The woman at the register was annoyed with my presence even though the place was empty. The sandwich I ordered was good, the fries were ice cold, then she was one jalapeño popper short of a small order, so they put one fresh one on top of 4 ice cold ones. They were so old that the cream cheese inside had gone bad and turned to a clearish color instead ot the hot and white. The a ju for my sandwich was ice cold like it had been taken out of the refrigerator. Far beyond room temperature. Then while I ate, the woman at the register left the kitchen and sat down in the dining room and talked very loudly on speakerphone across the dining room about her overtime getting cut. The soda machine was a mess and there was no cups for the condiments. It will be a LONG time before I come back to this location.

My family went here today for lunch & im sad to say this location is the worst iv been too. Nobody greeted us, the line was long and the people in front of us said nobody has acknowledged they were there yet. Finally got to the counter where the woman was rude and we got our food and there was more sauce than meat. It was awful! We will not be coming to this location again.

I normally dont post reviews, but this place was horrible. We first tried going yesterday and whoever was working the register did something to it and wasnt able to take orders. We waited in line for 15 min just for them to inform us of this. Then we went today, and a different woman at the register today, was in the worst mood possible. They were also out of hamburgers, the food was cold, and when trying to get condiments they were out of the little cups. It took another 2 or 3 min just to get a small drink cup that we had to cut the top off just so we could have ketchup. I do not recommend this Arbys. And the management really needs to reviews their employees.

The food here is usually good but right now I am struggling to get good quality food because it keeps getting to me soggy and cold because they locked their front doors so the delivery service has to wait through the long drive through line just to get my food that is already done and ready to be picked up. They also dont even have their phone connected so nobody can call and figure out what is going on

Tried ordering on WEBSITE- NOT THE APP- to get deals & IT WOULD NOT PROCESS! Went to Drive thru & Ordered 3 pc Tenders & BARELY GOT 1 tender. There was almost no chicken & 2 PCs were so tiny they didn t even equal half a tender. Fries were awful. Took forever (over 10 minutes) & food was cold! Called in phone was BUSY!!! I want a refund.

We got the special deal from the app (5 for $5) and two combos. The regular roast beef was dry & hardly any beef on them. The curly fries were soft & chewy(very old). Nice and could in here. We needed a good cool down after watching my grandsons soccer game nearby. The food was excellent Arbys fare. It brought back some good memories from my childhood when Arbys came on the fast food scene. I highly recommend this Arbys!! Food

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the dirty floor. It was about 1:30pm and the place wasn t busy and there was trash and food on the lobby floor. I stepped up to the counter and the girl working the counter just looked at me and said nothing at all. No Welcome to Arby s may I take your order? nothing. She took my order in silence and I stood there thinking about monasteries and vows of silence. My food comes and I look for somewhere to sit and just about every table is dirty. At least they match the floor. I go to get some condiments and napkins and the self service area is filthy. Condiments are dried and caked on to the napkin dispenser and pretty much everything else in the area. There s also no ketchup. I asked the silent girl behind the counter for ketchup and she handed me a few packets. I let her know the ketchup in the lobby was empty and ate while watching to see if she d remedy the situation. Nope. As I was finishing eating I wondered if the customer facing areas are this bad and the service is this bad I wonder what the areas that I can t see, like the kitchen, are like? To this day I still don t know if the girl working the counter can speak. I won t be back.

Tried the Reuben sandwich. Big mistake. Cold bread, not toasted. Good thing I ate while driving because if I had waited until I got home, the top piece of bread would have been completely soaked from the sauerkraut and not edible. As it was, I had to choke down the last few bites. The sauerkraut was room temperature. The meat was cold - like, just out of the fridge cold. Not a sandwich Ill ever try again at Arbys.

Despite only 1 person in restaurants at early lunch time...it seems that people in the back of the house were too busy. Got a nice employee to get our order taken - she was new but very nice. The bathroom situation concerns me if employees are required to properly wash hands, how is that possible if proper items not in stock. Thankfully I grabbed some napkins.

Crispy chicken sandwich is always a good choice. Mozzarella sticks, curly fries, and crinkle fries are good, tho it s a hit or miss if they are hot AND crispy or if they are lukewarm/warm and soggy/hardened. Drive thru can be slow even when it s not busy, like you can be the only customer in the driveway thru and still have a long wait time and get lukewarm food.

I only give it 3 stars because my husband and son had a nice sandwich. I, on the other hand, did not. I know the pic always looks better, but this was just wow! I tried the new steakhouse garlic ribeye. No joke, 3 slices of dried up meat. Its more like a garlic aioli sandwich. Definitely suggest sticking to what you know! Arrived at the Georgetown Tx location at 8:49 p.m. on Nov.21st Sunday. I went through the drive thru and they said they were closed. Google says hours of operation are 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Sunday. So lets start out with the good. The two for $7 deal is great. We got the Gyro was good and had lots of meat. The jalapeno poppers were good too. Now onto the bad. I got the smokehouse brisket meal and was extremely disappointed. Dont know if it was this location or if Arbys has just become trash. The brisket sandwich was more like chopped trash and had maybe 2 tablespoons of meat on it. For a $12 meal thats unacceptable. I have attached pictures so you can see what Im talking about. I understand that it will never look like the professional pictures on the menu but they can at least try. Then one of the employees decided it would be a great idea to park in the handicap parking area and start working. Not a problem if they had handicap tags or mirror hanger but nope just wanted close parking.

I understand being under staffed but for the amount people want to be paid to work fast food they should take their job seriously and every customer deserves good fastfood service. My family stopped by today for a late lunch. I ordered in the drive through, and got to the window and paid. We got our drinks first, which obviously had no ice. I asked about it and was informed the ice machine was down. Why werent we informed of this when ordering? Its 94 degrees today, and what am I supposed to do with large drinks with no ice. Kind of weird to review a fast food place, but I wanted to praise the guy who helped us last night for doing a really good job. He was really friendly and helpful and gave us a bunch of sauces when we asked. Try the fish with remoulade; its really good. Vegetarian options: Arbys has really limited vegetarian options. Its a pretty major issue that they focus so heavily on meat. Youre limited to sides or ordering a sandwich without the meat. If youre a pescetarian you have a couple more choices at the moment, and I definitely liked the cajun fish wrap. Parking: Pretty limited at this location.

Got some of the advertised items. They were very good. The only thing is they appeared to be stingy with the straws. 4 or 5 people told them they were.out of straws by the drinks and they would only give the number of straws requested after they checked your drinks to ensure you were not lying. Restraunt was dirty , we were ther for 45 min and when we walked in there were 3 people behind counter working , but almost every table in the restraunt was dirty and so was the floor, when we walked in from people that were there before us , found one booth and table that was clean, And nobody came out to wipe tables off the whole time we were there...

Wife ordered two large french fries in the Drive-Thru today this is what we got! Spent twenty bucks for one sandwich to sodas and two fries only get half of fries! Now my wife has to go find more food because one package of fries were supposed to be her lunch :-(

Went there on a 2/3/22 at 6:35 pm all lights where on inside restaurant but there were no cars in parking lot no signs saying closed or anything so off to Wendys we went was very disappointed cause drove 20 mins for nothing

Arbys sandwiches are true to their show me the beef tradition. Generously made sandwiches are delicious. My wife loves the Ruben and I like the Turkey-Swiss with a touch of horseradish-mayo. Ah, yes: delicious!
