I had hibachi steak dinner. The food was average at best. It was hot enough to have me sweating at first. A party of 6 left after I was sat for the same reason. They finally turned a portable air-conditioning unit when one of the staff members child was sat to eat. But the the fan was blowing my napkins. Smh. They have a wide variety of sushi. It looks like thats their specialty. I will not be coming back.

FRESH and DELICIOUS! I absolutely love sushi! So I decided to order on DoorDash. This was my first time ordering from here. MY FOOD was AMAZING! The Crazy Salmon Roll and the Alaska Roll were huge and flavorful. I have added THIS LOCATION as a favorite on my DoorDash!

The service will be a major reason why I give this place a second chance. The shrimp fried rice was very bland no seasoning what so ever just rice taste over and over again. The dish had 10 lbs of corn in it which is mind boggling to me. The tempura lobster roll was ok, it needs to be rolled tighter. The location is clean which is a big plus.

Dined in for lunch to find the items I wanted are actually crossed out on the menu. No curry or Katsu, so I got sashimi and yea. Big mistake. The fish had no taste or smell? No ponzu sauce or chili paste among other things. Smelled like mop water in there. 1 sauce plate and one salad bowl were dirty when brought to my table. I was the only person in the restaurant so the food came out fast, but shrimp fell out of the coconut tempura when I bit into it. Seasoning of that was ok but I went home sick from the burnt fry oil flavor.

I ordered online and this is a great hibachi place! Acceptable! I ve tried more hibachi places than I d like to admit, and Osaki is currently #2 on the favorites list. I ve tried PLENTY hibachi spots. The super expensive ones, super fancy, the viral ones, the cheap ones, and Osaki is a place I will happily order from again. I only wish they d default give steamed rice instead of fried rice. online there wasn t an option to choose what rice you want.

I read the reviews after I Doordashed my meal and one said pad thai had no flavor. I had ordered the beef pad thai and I totally agree, no flavor, not even the spicy part was there. I was highly disappointed. Miso soup was decent. The Harumaki was ok, more roll than anything else. First time trying this restaurant and my first impression wasnt great...2 stars for the Miso and Harumaki.

While the waiter was very polite and attentive, many things were brought to the table incorrectly or missing. They were very apologetic and comped us for the missing items. The sushi was really good. I had one of the salmon rolls and the cuts of fish were HUGE. Even the roll we didnt order but somehow made it to the table was very yummy.

All around great place to eat. Ive been here multiple times throughout the years. Have never had a complaint about these ladies and the fresh food the cook delivers. Brought my youngest daughter here for some fresh sushi. I recommend to anyone that loves fresh Sushi, raw or cooked to this place. I will be back again.

I used to come here regularly a while back, before they closed and reopened their dining room. They were already great back then, but I swear theyve gotten even better now. We came on a nice quiet day, and the service and food were spectacular. And on top of that, the lunch prices are very reasonable for what youre getting. Unless you like cream cheese do not order the Duncanville roll that they have on speciainl. Its an entire brick/block of cream cheese. Their tempura shrimp is BREADED not battered. They couldnt even be bothered to buy the frozen battered shrimp. Cook does not know how to make a tempura batter. The miso soup was only item worth the price. But Im sure it was made from packaging as well. Ive ordered various ways here before and the food has always been better. This was beyond disappointing and terrible.

I usually love this place but it really upset me when I got home and my Chicken Katsu was sitting on a mountain of soggy lettuce. Also the changes they made to the Katsu meal is devastating, I was expecting the traditional sauce they use to serve but instead got some kind of honey mustard. Overall It s just not worth it. I paid $15+ for this Katsu and had to get traditional Katsu sauce from somewhere else. I really wish they would warn people or give you the option to not have this honey mustard sauce. If I wanted American honey mustard, I could ve just got a 10 piece from McDonalds.

I recently placed a to-go order at Osaki Sushi and Hibachi, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors. Very sad to write this review as I have been ordering from here for years and years!!!. And will no longer return The last several times I ve been very sad as something has MAJORLY changed in the last yr or so and when spending $80 for it to hopefully be good this time ain t cuttin it. I always order the same exact thing the shrimp & steak hibachi . And it was amazing until it wasn t Prices went up (ok nbd), portions went down. somewhat understand but then food started going downhill bad .It started with shrimp was not fresh and really mushy, gooey, and dirty tasting ordered again hoping a fluke, same weird shrimp then , the steak was tough, literally impossible to chew and game-y tasting. Returned again, for the shrimp to be even tougher than the steak which didn t know was even possible Now the rice is completely different tasting . Used to get yum yum and sriracha with hibachi plates now you pay, which would be fine, but they are selling something weird now and calling it sriracha and it s not even close! When I tell you I am extremely sad to write this review I can t even explain. This was my diamond in the rough hibachi spot and now it s just not the same! It was fresh amazing and great portions and now it s just concerning. I will say the veggies are still great and the clear soup was good but now worth paying $80 for 3 ppl to eat a cup of soup and a few carrots

My daughter and I went here for dinner. It was horrible. Giving it 1 star is me being generous. We waited over an hour for 1 sushi roll. My Pad Thai was not the best. My daughter got chicken teriyaki and it ended with her crying all the way home and then throwing up in the driveway. We are from Seattle Washington so we are know good sushi, teriyaki, and hibachi. I spent $56.00 plus a generous tip. So take my advice save your money. Go to Panda Express its better.

Deserves zero stars! Food bland. They act like they don t wanna give you soy sauce with your order and they give me racist vibes when they re the ones that lack English. Sushi was average, lacked flavor. We are looking for a new sushi spot as our last favorite one had a horrible server who was rude. Anyway, tried this spot out, it was, meh. The kids didnt dig it either. I ordered a specialty roll, at about 15$ and the crab was imitation crab. That kinda sucks. The spicy crab roll wasnt even spicy. So Ive ordered from this location many times but over 2 to 3 years. Each time I can say, Ive been pretty impressed with the food. My issue is service or lack thereof. Only twice can I remember the person I dealt with being friendly. Once was on the phone. The people here do not seem to care enough about their customers to even PRETEND niceness. I am always a generous tipper, even when I order out and Im never rude, even if they screw up my order somehow. After my last visit, Im done. DONT EAT HERE!!!!! I spend at least $60 by myself everytime I order here (few times a week). I called back because my salon sushi LITERALLY Cooked all the way through because I also ordered hibachi. They put it in the same bag. Anyone with a food handlers license knows hot & cold food don t go together. I called and lady tried to argue with me about it. The vegetable fried rice was alright. I love that it wasn t greasy, and tasted fresh. The sad white iceberg lettuce is what I recieved for a side salad so that was quite a disappointment. No carrots, no tomatoes, & it looks like a slice of a cucumber jumped on the lettuce so I would have some form of nutrition on my salad. Overall, I won t be back.

i ordered house rice and sushi for my wife,,,, they put the sushi on TOP of the hot rice... wow.. hot sushi... either they are unaware of the temperature norm for sushi or they dont care.

Do not eat their sushi, the rice for the sushi tasted old and the fish was not fresh. Also dont get me started on the portions, if youre selling mini sushi rolls just say so! I dont recommend this place.

I ordered online through THEIR online service. The app said they received my order but then no progress was shown on when it was done...So I called them to see what the status was and the very rude man on the phone said, Your food is done and has been done! I told him the app (Qmenu) didnt show that and he said that is a 3rd party app for ordering only! (not true) so my food sat there for 30 minutes and then it took us about 15 to get there..I went to get the order because it was the right thing to do after all, I did order the food. So we got there and they have this huge bubble at the door, you cant go in.(I get it, COVID) they unzip a small gap in the bubble and snatch my credit card. Then he returns with my card and my food, shoves it through the small gap in the zipper. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No sorry for the misunderstanding, no thank you for your order, no have a good day.. He acted like we were contaminated animals inconveniencing him with our order! The food was cold, soggy, and not cooked well. Our hibachi steak was tough, the shrimp fried rice was overcooked and dry, our veg tempura was cold. We literally threw 65.00 down the drain. We really try to support our local businesses, but unfortunately, this is what you get! Very disappointed!

I ordered on Ubereats. I got the California roll and miso soup and my friend got miso soup and the volcano roll. I mean this in the most disappointing way possible, it s alright. The California roll only had 5 very small sushi so it wasn t filling at all plus it tasted kind of fishy (there was no fish in my roll so :/)... the miso tasted very watered down, my friend said the volcano roll wasn t spicy or crunchy at all. I don t know how you can mess up a California roll but they did it. Just order somewhere else.

We order from this restaurant about twice a week. Our favorite is the Coconut Shrimp. Tonight we ordered the Coconut Shrimp and Shrimp Tempura, another favorite. Food is Amazing, staff is friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The customer service should have turned me down but my daughter really wanted to try this place for the 1st time. The soup was basically water with salt. 2 slices of mushrooms. No taste at all. The flavor of the food was good but the meat was tough. The shrimp was over cooked. This was our 1st time trying JAPANESE. We called our order in. I think they prefer whipipo.

This was my first time trying & I ordered through door dash. I would not recommend this to anyone via delivery. Maybe its better if you actually dine in but delivery wise this was the worst hibachi Ive had. T was definitely not the fresh hibachi taste that Im used to. More like bad Chinese restaurant. The rice taste like it was cooked either early this morning or yesterday & was reheated. The vegetables taste like your typical Chinese restaurant veggies not hibachi grill. The chicken was dry/tough. Maybe the sauce helps but Im not a sauce person. Good food doesnt need it. There were 2 shrimp that I didnt order mixed in with the chicken which i didnt taste because they look old & the plastic fork barely punctured them. The steak was the only decent thing on my plate. Maybe one day Ill try dine in to give the another chance but definitely wont ever do delivery ever again.
