My partner and I had a hard time finding a bowling ball. Three quarters of the lanes were filled, but there were very few bowling balls. Additionally, we called for service a couple of times as our ball would get hung, and no one came. Very disappointed in this place.

Elderly lady at the counter doesn t allow you to stand up while you re bowling with friends. Treats this place like the military and refused to give us a refund saying their refund person wasn t there today. We weren t being disruptive and just having fun, which is not allowed here.

Enjoyed our time here. It was here or Main Event, and let me tell you... I do regret my decision. Was not crowded. Was not noisy. Family-friendly environment. Older crowd playing tournaments, and that was cool to watch. Our new bowling spot. FYI, we went on a Saturday around 1pm.

This was my first time at Red Bird Lanes. Its one of the best bowling alleys I have found for wheelchair accessible bowling. The two young women at the counter were very nice and keep everything running smooth with the lanes . On Wednesday, the games are $2 not sure if this is all the time or just in the summer!

This bowling alley is cool one of my favorites in duncanville I remember back in the early 2000s when I was a kid like on Friday and Saturdays I would ride my bike here to get in and play on the arcade game machines I do miss doing that as a kid when I used to live in duncanville I lived at presidential estates neighborhood with my dad and my sister and step brother couple blocks away behind the bowling alley I also remember going here on Friday nights back in the early 2000s with my dad his girlfriend and my sister and my step brother and we would come here on Friday nights back in the early 2000s to play some bowling here it was fun and cool I sure do miss it all I sure do miss this bowling alley

Nice and clean and air conditioned. Decent in prices. $56 for 2 hours on one lane with 4 people. Lanes are over-oiled but acceptable. Large selection of alcohol with good prices. Downsides are: They have removed ALL of the arcade machines and the snack bar is completely shut down so no hot food available. There is a bottled drink machine- sodas are $2.50 and a snack machine with chips and treats all around $2 each. They did allow us to bring in outside food (no outside drinks) but it wouldve been nice to know before hand so I wanted to put it in a review for others!

Been 16 years since i have been there my dad was a regular there he worked there also i was a regular also in the past 16 years they have up graded the outside and inside i am impressed with what they did i would recommend take the family there and have fun this place has been in business for at least 50 years that i know of. We went up yesterday for my wifes birthday, but it was packed so we figured we werent going to be able to bowl. But, the nice lady at the desk with the radio voice let us get on the list and we were bowling within 5 minutes. I went to grab some food for my twins at at the food station and the lady was really short with us. She really didnt seem like she enjoyed her job. I do the same job she does bright and early in the morning everyday so I know its a tough job, being in customer service. But, she seems jaded and tired of her job. She was very upset when I wrote how horrible her attitude was on the receipt and began to tell me how she was going to cook my food horrible, mind you the food was for my children, not me. Then she proceeded to tell me I could come back there and do the job for her if I wanted to. Then she yelled at me the whole time I was walking away. But, I didnt pay her any mind. The food was actually pretty good from what the children said. I even tried it. My son did mention that the fries were over salty. Then I saw her again when I went to tell the nice lady at the desk they lane 1 and 2s ball had gotten stuck. The nice lady told me she was having it fixed. But, as I turned to walk away the kitchen lady still proceeded to try and start and argument, mentioning again how I said she was horrible. It wasnt the fact that she was short with us, it was more of her rushing me through. I mean, there was nobody behind us, no line at all, but she actually acted like she hated even being there and that she thought she could say or do anything with no consequences at all. Which is pretty funny to me considering Im sure you have had complaints on her before with that attitude and she probably feels like because shes been there awhile that nothing is going to happen to her. But, I really think she should find a job that she enjoys because she can cook well. She can obviously multitask considering how busy it was. It was just the horrible attitude for me and the fact that she didnt even realize that she had one. She was oblivious to the fact she does have a bad one and very upset that I even mentioned it. But, I usually tell someone how I feel . I tell the truth no matter what and if you cant handle the heat,PLEASE get out of the kitchen and let someone else who will enjoy it more have a chance at that job. Its a nice job from what I can see and she was making great tips. I even sent my boy back with a tip for her because he enjoyed the food and being that Im in the service industry, I believe in karma and I know we have our days. But, I could tell from her that her behavior is a normal thing for her. Other than that we had a great time and everything was chill and clean. The lady at the bar was super sweet too. I dont drink, but I did get a Valentines Day basket from her for my wife. Dont worry well be back! :)

I am a big about writing reviews. First of all a big THANKS to Redbird lanes for making our experience enjoyable. We had a little bit of technical difficulty BUT the older gentleman that was on duty did a wonderful job. He had a LOT coming at him but he handled it professionally and wonderfully. We had a birthday party there and we were allowed during this time to bring food in and decorations. The manager on duty made us feel welcomed. Dont judge the book by the outside appearance. This is a quaint, nice spot to hang out. I do suggest that you book a party and reserve lanes as it tends to get really busy even after 9:30pm (our party time). There was a lot of younger people there but there wasnt one outburst, fight, cursing match, or disrespectful scene during our visit. The place was clean and well kept despite the construction they are doing on the facility. I will visit again.

Rude employees at bar and food service. This wanna be bartender super rude. Lanes 11 & 12 got stuck the whole 2 hrs. Cashier was smoking a vape and just talking to the bartender and didn t offer to move us lanes after we had to reset like 30 times. The place looks nice upgraded though but I would recommend to upgrade the trash cans, they were old and super dirty.

My boyfriend and I came here at 3pm. Only a few lanes were taken and we didn t have to worry about a big crowd or anything like that. Staff was super friendly & professional. Music is being played while you bowl and makes for a very chill & fun environment. It looks as if renovations are still going on, but for the most part it looks finished and still looks very clean. Such a nice place to bowl. Like someone else had said, don t let the outside fool you!

All Mexican or Hispanic music was filtered in the jukebox.. workers look like their on something. No kitchen and there is a sign that says no outside foods. Needed an ID to play pool. House balls all were scratched or cracked. Only reason its getting a 3 is cause the restrooms were renovated.

My kids still love going. Theyve renovated so much of it and its a new experience now. They now have bumpers that are automatic during the game so a parent and inexperienced child can both bowl on the same lane and both be challenged. Looks rough on the outside BUT they are remodeling the inside. Bathrooms and many areas inside are remodeled. Lanes are clean, nice, and all screens have been updated. I signed my daughter up for the summer bowling program. I havent visited this bowling alley since I was a child so it brought back memories! Its nothing fancy but we had a great time without being overwhelmed with too many people. It was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be looking forward to our weekly outing! We have been going here for about 10 years now. They are doing some great upgrades inside. Lanes, floors, and restrooms are so much nicer now. Cant wait to see once everything is done.
