Orkin has been on top of controlling pest and rodents at my home over a year now. I have not had any issues. My only complaint is that we had the same guy for a long time. The last two times has been someone different. And dates changes. We take extra steps to make sure things are pulled away from walls so that it makes it easier for the person spraying. We do appreciate what you are doing.

It took some hard work on our part doing all the prep but it seems like it was worth it. Orkin was super professional and answered all of our questions. I love this company! The treatments really work! When I first moved in my home, my house was flooded with certain insects, but after a few treatments that stopped completely, and I do mean stopped. My tech was Mark. Marks very friendly and professional, and he knows what hes doing. I never have to feel uncomfortable sleeping in my own bed, due to crickets, scorpions, spiders, etc., now that Mark is around, because his treatments are targeted and prevents pests from coming back. Christopher was on time. However, I don t appreciate Orkin personnel walking across the grass and dirt to track dirt onto my newly stained porch-deck. The porch deck stain was dry. Christopher parked right next to my sidewalk that goes from the street to the porch-deck door he came to which was clear and clean. A doormat was set right before the porch-deck and it wasn t even used per the camera footage.

Chris, the tech, was very polite and Professional ,EVEN AFTER I almost went off on him due to him having only 1 can and some STICKY pads , to treat inside my home.. lol ! I truly did not believe that , that (1 )little can would cover ALL the most important places , BUT, it apparently did ! Lol AND .. after he patiently explained WHY they no longer are allowed to use the Liquid SPRAYERS inside the homes, made a little more SENSE.. NO THANKS TO BIDENOMICS ! But, he did do the OUTSIDE and it was amazing HOW MANY SCORPIONS are around here.. Now I pray that it works ! He assured me that the (ONSLAUGHT) treatment WILL kill them ! Hi! We have had other pest control services at two centers I have worked for the past 20 years. I would see live bugs within approximately 2 to three weeks after being serviced. With Orkin, any bugs we see after being serviced are belly-up and dead, which means the treatment worked. The serviceman helps us understand the chemicals in the treatment are child friendly, which type of insect may be resistant to treatment, where they changed bait, how the billing will be processed, what types of services they are providing on our plan and waits for the staff to finish their duties so he can treat their rooms for insects safely. We are well impressed and have ZERO pest issues under Orkins care!

4/3/24 Orkin is still my pest and termite control company. Today they did a refresh on my termite control which was originally done over 10 years ago. My home will continue to be termite free. The techs are skilled and the service is great. Thanks, Orkin! Orkin has done my pest and termite control for many years. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly and are always willing to educate the homeowners . The company responds quickly. I continue to highly recommend Orkin. I recently purchased their fire ant program. It has been mostly successful at controlling the problem. I did have a recurrence and the tech was here the next day to take care of the bed. Their service is under warranty so no additional charge. We have a new Orkin tech. I think he did a thorough job. I rarely ever have a bug in the house. When I find a bug on the porch, it is usually dead, which shows the treatment works. Thanks, Orkin.

I took off two start because according to the video which lead me to call, they would seal minor cracks to prevent pest entry. I considered that to be worth the extra money I would need to spend to use Orkin. However, although the friendliness was top notch, that turned out to not be the case. He said that was considered exclusion and is way expensive. Contrarily, I was told by the man who booked me during my initial phone call that they would seal small cracks. I made sure to verify that prior to giving my credit card or even making an appt. That was specifically included in the price that I would pay and not called exclusion. Exclusion was more intense and extensive. However, during both initial appointments, the inspection and the pest control application, it was ignored and I was looked at weird when I brought it up. They essentially, in the nicest way possible, refused to seal ONE thing. Even though I took the time and energy and I pointed out the places I thought were suspicious and asked for it. Just like their promotional video showed they were to do! My husband was told he can do it. I asked if they could at least do the small inconspicuous area around where the hose bib enters the house on the back porch and explained why I was asking, and that agreed to do just that one spot. But when they said they were done, I went out and looked and they didn t do it. I literally had to follow them all the way out to the street and awkwardly interject during their personal conversation as I was just standing there waiting, just to ask again. He then couldn t find the product on his truck he said he would use. That took way more of my time and energy I ever thought I d have to expend and of course my credit card was charged in full for less service than I signed up for. Right on schedule the payment was taken but the promise was faltered. Now I m second guessing my decision to choose Orkin. Not 100% satisfied and I definitely don t like that I would have to take more time and energy out of our busy life to explain and get it done when I ve already invested hours of my time to Orkin and still didn t get what the video shows to get you to choose Orkin. This has bothered me and if I were to do it over again, I would have my husband buy all the products at the feed store and Home Depot and spend the same amount of time that Orkin has taken for less money and stress. PS you would think that he would ve done all the hose bibs when he finally found his product in the back of his truck and came back and he only did the bare minimum-just the one example when we have multiples. Very frustrating!

Horrible service, did not receive the service I expected whatsoever. The first technician that came out heard what the issue was (rodent problem in my attic) said he would spray and bait, walked in the house for a few minutes when I came back outside he was gone. No communication, reading there website I was expecting to learn about possible points of entry what could be bringing them, what I can do myself nope nothing at all. I called the office about this and was told the technician was very busy but he did add notes he put some traps out ok see you in a month. I am a busy man myself so I let it go for the next 2 visits got about the same communication no real help and still having my issue. The next month no one showed up didn t receive a message or anything the next month I get a random message hey this is Orkin be there tomorrow I tried canceling since I have had bad service from the beginning and was told they already charged my card so they need to do the service and next time they need a 30 day notice before canceling. I would not recommend this business to anyone

This Orkin branch has been the absolute best at taking care of our pest problems. They are also very flexible in changing our appointment day if we are busy that day. We originally moved from the Ft. Worth area and we were about to drop Orkin because most of the time they would show up late if at all. This branch has been the complete opposite and I love that. Matt has been the absolute best in taking care of us. He is very personable and is great at his job.
