I ordered tacos al pastor to take away and they arrived at my house and they gave me steak, the salty meat, the tortillas were all greasy, not even the dog wanted to eat them, the truth is they are not good for making tacos.

For 6 orders of tacos (takeout order), they gave me an 8 oz glass of onion and cilantro and 5 pieces (half a half) of limes. I brought it to the attention of a worker who could please give me more onion and cilantro. And he told me yes. But he sent me to the handler. It took longer for the manager to serve me, instead of just giving me what I asked for.

Was a drive thru visit. The young lady welcomed me and told me the specials. As I drove up I saw the marquee and it said, lunch specials daily. I went at 8pm so I thought I was gonna pay menu price. She greeted me with a welcome and told me the specials they had and this was thru speaker not face to face. I ended up choosing one of 3 specials she mentioned. I got to window and she was so welcoming with her smile and enthusiasm just like she was on the intercom. Over all, great experience. Im gonna get down and eat inside next time.

Very happy with the experience! The atmosphere and decorations are a great place to have lunch with the family. The restaurant was very clean and we received a greeting as soon as we walked in. The server took our order with a smile, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and had a good attitude during our visit. All of the food was brought to the table promptly and the quality did not disappoint. Ingredients were fresh and everything we ordered tasted great! Items that I would recommend: Taco Pirata, Baked potato and Lonchesitos.

Taqueria La Mexicana is a great place to eat. It is very clean, they greet you with a smile and they have good service. The food is incredibly budget friendly and really tasty! I think it is perfect for a family gathering as well as for a cute little date. We ordered the chicken flautas, taco pirata, and a chicken quesadilla, everything was as delicious as it looked. Great food, great place, great service 10/10 on everything we ordered. It is my new favorite place for Mexican! Parking: Parking is ample and easy to do!

Manager is not present so orders cant be changed or altered. If employees cant charge anything or change anything dont open the restaurant. Hire an assistant or another manager. We are not all gonna eat here only when the manager is here on the weekend.

Terrible customer service... Today I went with my family to eat... to begin with we had to keep coming back to see if anyone had thought of bringing us the menu and of course the girl who brought it with a bitter face and then After they took him, they didnt come to serve us, we waited 15 minutes and nothing, I told them that they could serve us, and they ignored us, so we made the decision to leave, and when we left, I still told them that thank you for serving us, and whatever it was, it was still worth it to them, it just stayed with us. Seeing a Chubby girl I understand that when there are people it takes a while but there were only 4 tables and this happened today at 8pm

Called to try and put Im order for pickup. They said they couldnt charge cash over the phone. I said Ill send my husband through drive through and that he will just put the order himself through drive thru. They said ok. He arrives 10 minutes later. They tell him its closed (even though Google says they close at 11 and not at 10pm). My husband said that we just called and they said we can come through drive thru. They said cookers turned off fryers already so the kitchen was closed. I call myself and they gave me another story saying the AC messed up and that they had to close today. If the AC messes up within 10 minutes, why close the entire kitchen? Bad service, they are obviously just trying to go home already. Super disappointed. I spoke to a manager and she didnt know why they didnt tell me they were closed when I called before 10pm. (They close at 11)

Good tacos. The charro beans lacked flavor, but the baked potato was good even though it was small. I got the Bistek taco combo which consisted of 4 corn bistek tacos, baked potato, charro beans & a drink for $13! For the price its really not worth it, but it does have a drive through and I was in a rush, so better luck next time for me since I dont really know a lot of great taquerias in the mission area.

This place doesnt deserve even 1 star, the fat drag who is there as a manager doesnt even know how many tacos he fills with. The cold meat, the cold tortillas and the golden tacos never arrived and they reheated the tortillas 3 times until they were carved without being able to bite them and the steak seemed boiled and cold. They dont like attention, they make the food well. I returned the plate 3 times with 6 tacos and they gave me 4. What stupid people!

I sent my food back because the cheese on the meat was cold and in chunks. Too top it off it was missing the ham, bacon and onion. All I said was hold the bell pepper. Tostadas were boring. Chicken had no flavor. My food was sitting in water. Who puts Italian cheese on Mexican food? No guacamole and runny sour cream. No Margaritas. Waitress spoke Spanish to us. Staff was dismissive and seemed like they really didnt want to be there. We were served on paper plates, and not even nice paper plates but the really cheap Styrofoam ones. The Tea tastes really watered down and the sodas were flat. My tacos looked filled of meat where my partners tacos literally had half of the same amount of meat in theirs. The potato that came with the tacos wasnt even cooked all the way. The butter seemed like the melted butter instead of real butter and the cheese was not melted either. Will not go back.

Went to buy tacos and they tried to robbed my debit card by hidden it under the counter when I ask for my card they told me they had given already had giving it to me which was false they hide it.
