I only picked this bar for karaoke from Google Maps. The service was amazing! Bailey, the bouncer(navy vet), was so welcoming and kind. That takes this home town to the next level. This is a busy karaoke bar, so expecting to sing mult6songs is a no. Entertainment wise, this is the spot. Thanks to all staff! Parking: There is spots on slow nights.

Place was ok. Cool restaurant to go hang out in if you are in college or college sports. Food was served hot and fresh though. No one was there when my girlfriend and I went. Neat paintings and art supporting the horned frogs GO TCU WOOO. seating was table and chairs mostly had a few booth spots. Parking could get very tough on a busy day or especially game day. They have a breakfast menu that is served all day. You may need to ask for breakfast menu after 10a.m. Parking: Could be tough on busy day.

I am a long time patron of this restaurant. I love to go on Thursdays and see my favorite band, The Fender Benders. I dont even mind how half of TCUs student body shows up around 9 and crowds the whole place. What I do mind is the automatic gratuity on my solo bar tab. I ALWAYS tip and I always tip at 20% or higher for exceptional service (Ive tipped 200% many times before). What I will NEVER do is tip above a forced gratuity. Gratuity is a gift for quality service, not a thing a bar or restaurant demands from me. Knowing this, my visits to this establishment will decrease dramatically and, if I am there, I will only be drinking water so that I cannot be forced to tip. I am sorry for any restaurant that draws a crowd that doesnt tip well, but that is no reason to punish everyone else. Take away the forced gratuity and I will come right back and go back to being as generous to the servers as I always have been. Otherwise, youve lost my business for life.

Great food, wonderful staff, and excellent management! We held a 50th class reunion (Fort Worth Paschal) at the Poop Deck on a Friday in April 2024 for 175 classmates. The owners, Bert and Maya Adams, were wonderful to work with over the year leading up to the reunion, helping us walk through each step of the evenings plans. We had two dinner buffets set up and we heard nothing but good things about all the food items, especially the pulled pork sliders! The management brought in plenty of staff to work both the restaurant and the bar sides and things went very smoothly. They allowed us to use the stage and sound system to make announcements and we used a large bar top table to set out all the name tags. We cannot give enough compliments to the staff and management of the Poop Deck on Bluebonnet Circle for helping us put on a memorable 50th reunion Friday night!

One of the worst experiences I have had in Fort Worth. There was no bouncer at the door, I walk in with a cigarette and I get rid of it once I was asked by one of the staff. 15 minutes later the bouncer kicks me out forcefully and does not provide a reasonable explanation. I never had a chance to finish my drink, nor my pool game, and have been treated with utmost disrespect. I will be contacting management about this, and I would recommend that you do not support a business that treats its regular customers with no courtesy and no respect. Never coming back here.

Where do I begin? We came on a Friday night. Supposedly there was one cook, one server, and one bartender. They did have a live band playing which was cool- but it was very hard to get any service here. We were on the restaurant side and not the bar side. So the waitress was always MIA on the bar side. We saw other patrons walking around to the cooks window asking for their food and another walking around with cash trying to pay for his food. It took 45minutes to get any food out to our table. Appetizer was delivered at same time as entree and appetizer was cold (nachos). We ordered a burger with no pickle but got double pickles instead (literally 10pickles!). Our other grilled chicken sandwich was forgotten. So we waited another 15 minutes for it. When we finally got it it was a crispy chicken sandwich. We were tired of the experience so we just dealt with it- but it was disgusting and I chose only to have a few bites. We got our check and they were nice enough to comp an item or two without us asking- but then we couldn t find our waitress to pay, so we left cash for the ticket on the table and left. The poop deck was a complete poop show! Would not recommend.

The bartenders Diamond and Teddy are amazing, but the food absolutely sucked. I had a Philly cheese steak and it was the worst, since when do you put carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and zucchini on a Philly cheese steak, there were no bell peppers, onions or mushrooms definitely not worth 16.00,so disappointed. We come here regularly and unfortunately it gets worse every week, continuously overcharged! The only reason we keep coming back is because we love The Fender Benders!

We visited after the college was out and it was super quiet. I can see how it would be perfect for college kids. We brought our young boys and they loved the decor. Food was good but not amazing. Love this place! Its in what used to be Freds, but theyve added a bit of nautical flare with a giant mural on the wall and nautical touches in the decor. Its really chill and subdued for what it is. The crew is what really stands out here. Theyre relaxed and friendly but get the job done. Portions are perfect, food is tasty, and I didnt for a second feel rushed. If I were to knock it, Id bring up the alligator bites. Turns out theyre not actually gator, but more like cheesy, spicy hush puppies. Not horrible by any means, but the name kind of led to disappointment. All in all, its the kind of place where you go if you want to be a regular...or at least feel like it.

Man, talk about a post-pandemic pivot. This place evolved from an iconic Fort Worth watering hole (a favorite for karaoke), to a TCU-area bar and grille. They are now in the old Freds space (The Oui for you old-timers) on Bluebonnet Circle. Owner, Bert Adams, has divided the place in two sections. The bar side is big and open, featuring a full bar, a stage for live music and karaoke, as well as two full-size pool tables. Got plenty of high-top and table seating as well. You can order food on the bar side as well as the restaurant side. The restaurant side is what youd expect. Restaurant side has a bar too, but more table seating and a little quieter. The food here may be the big surprise. Great burgers and sandwiches and a high-end steak at a reasonable price that may be the best-kept secret in the TCU area. Lots of big screens for your game-watching pleasure. And the karaoke and live music nights never disappoint. When the weather is nice, the roll-top doors are open as well. The place was very pleasant with a nice atmosphere. The staff was great, the beer was cold and the food was good. Wed definitely stop in again.
