When this establishment first open it was good. Now the food is nasty and customer service is horrible. The persons on the drive thru speaker was so dry and pleasant. I asked for a kids meal with no onion. They gave me bag and made it all the one and realized that there was NO burger in the bag. They lady at the windows apologized and stated that she tried to catch me before I drove. THEN she gave me the cold burger and I as I was driving off I realized the burger had onions on it (the one thing I asked them not put on it)

Food is amazing! Nothing is a miss. I recommend getting the Wild West burger, cheese curds , and a pomegranate lemonade. The patty melt was cheesy and good. Can t forget the cookie will definitely come back. Dietary restrictions: Veggie burgers, gluten free buns

I ve been seeing this place and decided to try it today. I wasn t greeted, but someone yelled out customer in the front.A simple welcome to Beef a Roo, someone will be with you momentarily would have been nice. I started looking up at the menu and someone walked up but never said anything. I looked over and then she then said if you need help with anything let me know. I was just turned off. I m big on customer service especially if I m spending my money at an establishment. They had a leak in the front, which I believe caused it to have a slight smell. Unfortunately, I did not get to taste the food I decided to leave.

My wife and I absolutely love this place!!! The roast beef sandwiches are excellent, as well as the turkey sandwich and pork loin sandwich. We have not tried the breakfast yet, but plan to do so, soon. The skies are great and the aides were piping hot and fresh. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Middle of the road fast food, nothing special. McDonald s, Whataburger & Burger King have nothing to worry about for competition. Drive through order was wrong after repeating 3x at order board and 1x at drive thru window. Burgers & crunchy chicken sandwich were overcooked. Chicken appeared to be minced composite chicken with no flavor. Lettuce, tomato & veggies did not appear nor taste fresh. Fries were so so. Can t recommend.

My girlfriend brought some home and we Tried it for the first time, she had the turkey avocado wrap w/ sweet potatoe fries and I had the cheeze burger w/regular fries.... u can definitely taste the freshness in the meats..... the fries were perfectly salted and I wasnt really too hungry but it was so fresh and good I left no crumb behind! My girlfriend loved her wrap same thing just taste so fresh.... everything was good...we will definitely be back.

We tried it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. No one was there when we went in, so no wait. The staff was very friendly to us since it was our first time. The menu is overwhelming aa they have more than just burgers. They have salads, wraps, chicken tenders, roast beef, etc. We ordered hamburgers which looked and tasted fresh not frozen. The fries were absolutely delicious, hot and perfectly salted. I would recommend trying this place.

Went to Desoto, TX location. Clean inside restaurant area, good customer service from the greeting to the actual order being taken. Fast service and food was hit and fresh, burger was not too greasy and fries were perfectly salted. Also got a milkshake that was great, whipped cream with cherry on top. My wife got a chicken ceaser salad that was fresh, and delicious. Definitely coming back here.

I finally went to this place. I wasnt too keen on the name of the restaurant. It still doesnt make sense to me. However, we got a bacon cheeseburger in a order of fries. After seeing all the negative reviews for months, I decided to try it for myself. I think the food was very good. I had a cheeseburger and fries and no complaints. The meat is seasoned and a great size. My only concern/request would be to grill the buns. Thanks for being in our neighborhood & Ill be back for sure. p.s. the cashier was very very nice also.

As a local I have seen this place numerous times in passing and today I gave it a shot. The roasted beef sandwich was pretty good it actually past my expectations, fries were ok not great maybe needed to change the oil. Customer service could use more communication on how fast things were going to take. Overall my experience was solid and if I am ever craving meat heavily I will return to this location.

I got the Swiss hamburger sandwich. It was very good. I was very satisfied. Nice size. Hamy friend got some type of Roast Beef sandwich that had onion rings on it and something else on it. This was my first try. I went to drive thru and we had to wait a few minutes, but I assume they are cooking to order which is totally fine with me. The fries were hot and tasty. Had a Chicken Caesar Salad with no Caesar dressing(didn t know there was a such thing). Got ranch to go with it. There was barely any leafy lettuce in the salad at all. Most of the salad was the stalk of the lettuce(see the pic attached). This was so disappointing. I ordered a beef n cheddar and the cheddar was layered on so thin as if it were a sauce like mustard or something. It probably took 10-15 minutes for our food to come out. I would have been ok with this if my food was hot and fresh. But no, my sandwich and husband s fries were cold. His burger was hot though. The weekly special is $6.99 and thats all I ordered. I was charged $15.20 and told by management and the cashier that they had to charge my card again in order to get my food. Yeah absolutely not at all even remotely worth it by any means, complete waste of money. $32.27 for 2 burger combos and a shake. $32. for 5oz tiny burgers, and small thin fries. Are you kidding me. No seasoning on the burgers either, tasteless. The menu says $5+ for burger alone, and $8+ for the combo, but what it actually means is $5 and an additional $8 if you want fries and a drink. So for one small tiny barely good burger its $13+ tax. Just go to Whataburger right next to it.

This was my first time trying Beef-a-roo. I ordered a cheese burger with mayo on both buns, lettuce, pickles, and I paid for tomatoes (never heard of a hamburger with no tomatoes and having to pay for them), and I requested NO catchup. My hamburger was COLD and full of catchup. I didnt get fries because I had already been advised that they are not good. $6.27 for a hamburger thats bummed is not a good combination. I was disappointed with my hamburger. I dont mind paying the price but dont give me slop. For the price I expect a quality hamburger.

I come here regularly. The food is good which is the only reason I continue coming here. If you come thru drive thru make sure it isn t on your lunch break because they will have you take a sticky note with a number and wait for 20 min for your food. Make sure you tell them if you need any condiments or silverware because they will forget and look at you crazy for asking for it. Speaker can use improvement, you will be yelling when you order. At first I thought it was just because they had barely opened but they have been opened for over a month. Food does taste amazing but the staff and speed can definitely use improvement.

Was excited to eat here since this place came from my hometown in Illinois. Overall experience was disappointing. I had to book a flight back home just to get the real deal. Doors were locked upon opening time, crumbs all over the place, workers were wrinkled and wearing hoodies. Tenders were hard, cheddar fries were not seasoned and the cheese was runny. Manager didn t care about how we felt and didn t give a refund since I didn t finish the food. This location is everything beef a roo does not represent. They are known for their cleanliness, great customer service and fresh seasoned food. This place will be closed within a year or so.

So as excited as my family of 7 was for this new establishment to open, it s been nothing short of disappointment after disappointment after disappointment. Yes, we ve given it 3 tries and it s just not improving at all. First time (just a snapshot because I d be here all night detailing the inadequacies), we ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a cheeseburger and to our surprise, there was no bacon or cheese anywhere in sight then there was a visit where it took 25 mins to get one turkey wrap a subsequent visit began with us ordering the pork tenderloin sandwich to which the worker replied that they don t have that on the menu to come back and say oh yes we do then, it took 15 mins to get that sandwich and yes, it was cold. Tonight, we decided to give it another go bad decision we ordered 3 loaded fries we got fries with cheese, no bacon or onions; we tried that pork tenderloin sandwich again with no pickles, add lettuce and tomato they got the no pickles correct but there was no lettuce or tomato in sight. Finally, we ordered a bacon cheeseburger and you guessed it there was no bacon to be found, but it was marked on the wrapper that it was a bacon cheeseburger funny thing is that I caught the loaded fries not being loaded, took them back and they added bacon but not the onions! We initially extended grace to this place because we re reasonable people and realize that in the beginning things can be off. But this has gotten ridiculous! There s no accountability for the food being prepared as ordered or even as advertised! And what s crazy is that the 3 times we ve been there, we have never ever gotten a receipt for our order. Our goal was to support the restaurant because it s not a fried chicken or crab place which is all we seem to get around here, but you can t expect people to frequent the establishment and not get what you want/order/pay for smh.

Been waiting for this restaurant to open! Today was my first time and I was pleased with the burger. Just like a hamburger should be, bigger than the bun and not shaped by a machine. And tasted great! Sweet potato fries could have been crispier, maybe use the air fryer? Anyway, I could tell they were still trying to get things together, its new, still trying to get out the kinks in operation, I enjoyed the food. Much prefer their menu over others in the area.

Just went by and it was so bad I had to leave a review. Fries were cold as soon as we got them and hadn t been salted at all. Burger was charred, tough, and cold. The only thing that was good was my tortilla soup because it was still warm and had a little spiciness to it BUT they forgot to give me a spoon or fork for it with my order. Funny enough the only other thing that was warm was my Turkey wrap, which I expected to be served cold, so that threw me off but I m not complaining. I would maybe come back for the tortilla soup but for the amount they give you for $5, it really isn t worth it. Small portion sizes for EXPENSIVE prices. Save yourself the trouble and go next door and get whataburger instead. You ll spend the same amount of money and be full afterwards. I guess I m making dinner tonight.

I tried it since its new to the area. Their food delivery system needs some work. They have you pull over to the side and wait with sticky tabs to keep track of orders. It took a while for the food to come out. The food was mediocre. The employees were very nice though. I might give them another chance after they have had time to perfect their service.

First of all it took 45mins to get our food. Once I got my order it was wrong and not made the way I asked. The food didn t have any flavor and the service was ok but very slow. My son and I both got burgers and fries. I got a drink he got a shake And we shared an order of onion rings (which was not cooked all the way. They were still doughy in the middle. 12/10/2023-my experience is that the shake machine was down upon arrival. When we asked why, it had to be cleaned earlier , was the response. I ordered the burger that had barbecue sauce and onion rings, as well as a double meat when we got our food there was no onion ring on my burger, the buns, the meat and the cheese were all cold and dry, my fries were cold as well. We immediately went back through the drive-through to complain about our experience and the representative was happy to exchange our food ONLY, they literally took the food back, dipped it back into the grease and brought it back out! For 27$, for burgers and fries, the food should be fresh and the service should be way better. We won t ever be back!

Been anticipating this place to open! Saved my burger craving and left very disappointed! the burger was okay. I expected fresh beef not frozen. The fries were absolutely terrible! I m a fry lover and these tasted hard no seasoning or flavor whatsoever and definitely were not worth serving. My husband ordered the onion rings and they were too greasy , yuck! The chocolate shake was decent . Our cashier was very nice and helpful. Restaurant and Restroom were both dirty and looked like the place been open for months . First time here , I had seen it coming along and finally it was open. I went in there expecting everything from the restaurant, food and service to be exceptional. I was disappointed when I had to go to the restroom to wash my hands and restroom was in a very unsatisfactory condition. Then several tables were in need of cleaning , wiping down for next customer. Service was great,my burger was okay, but the fries were awful. No flavor, dry, hardened, almost like a chewy texture. I won t be back soon at this place and if I did, I would just order a burger, no sides and call it a dinner. Today was my first time having Beef-A-Roo and I am impressed. I was able to order my food with ease, the service was great, and I got my food quickly. I ordered a Wild West Burger with fries, it was very good. The burger came with bacon, onion rings, cheese, bbq sauce, chipotle sauce, and a beef patty. It was a hefty size and it taste high quality.
