Sandi have been in the real estate business for several years. I remember our first encounter all so clear. In my early 20s tired of renting. Sandi gave my confidence I can be a homeowner being a single mom. She was very patient with me during my home buying process. I can recall us looking at about 15 - 20 homes. I made it to my top 3. This was definitely a life changing experience for me and my son and we are forever grateful. I purchased my first home in 2006. I went to Epiq after being referred by a friend. I met with Realtor/Owner Sandi Collier and she made me feel at ease about selling my existing property and searching for the new property. I felt quite comfortable and confident after meeting with her and she provided me with information all through the process. I would indeed work with her again if I m ever in the market in the future.
