Won $40 on Cash Money, went to cash ticket and purchase a $30 $750 Winners Circle, the cashier Manager Mali, Sugar refused to give me my $10 the difference. The police was called out report no. 2021-053XXX. They told me to follow up with the lotto commission. No telling how many people he has done this to. The cash register even had on there, and I used my phone app to show what was due to me. The manager there is out right stealing...He is also selling other illegal product he must follow the law here in the USA.
