My food was completely WRONG! My order should have been a 7 piece tender and an extra Braums sauce (for a total of 2 Braums sauces). When I finally got my order, I only had 4 tenders and 1 Braums sauce that was less than halfway filled in the container. I had to angrily park my car and go into the restaurant to have them fix my order. Even after walking in to get my order fixed, they still managed to mess it up again IN MY FACE. HORRIBLE PLACE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Chick-fil-A has better service. I ordered a shake for my kid, they asked if the shake should come with milk or freeze, I figured milk, told them the shake tasted funny, and they said thats what you ordered. My bad, right? Maybe the ice cream is really rare or expensive. Maybe theres been a rise in ice-cream-related fraud. I dont know. I do know that if I got out of my car, told them it tasted bad, Chick-fil-A (or StarBucks, etc.) would have offered to fix it. And we all know they would have fixed it. Thats what theyre known for. Braums is not known for this. You get what you get, and you dont through a fit. But you can get a better meal and service at Chick-fil-A.

Ive been going to Braums ever since I discovered them in Oklahoma, in the mid 90s. From the milk, to the ice cream, to the hot food, ALL IS DELICIOUS!!!! You know its a Great place and a beautiful thing when you dont even mind the SLIGHT increase in price. And DONT FORGET to go in and browse the grocery market area... Tasty finds await from THEIR OWN BRAND OF PRODUCTS. Youll Braums as much as I do!

My husband always has problems with his order, he comes here because it s only 3 min away from home and my baby loves it. Today my husband was purchasing 2 banana splits for my mom and dad and he noticed he only got charged for one, when he communicated that to the lady on the next window she rudely said well I can t help you I don t have a register , you could of catch it there , you have to go back in line mind you the line was very very long this whole process took like 30 min by the time my husband read the receipt we were already moving along with the line for obvious reasons. Maybe it s true, she couldn t help in that window but there s ways to communicate , maybe a kind way? Or with a better Attidude possibly? Service was very slow. There was no one at the registers, finally a young man came ,but he never asked for our order. After going over to the ice cream counter we finally got service. The biggest turn off was the young man who had his pants half way down his legs. This is soooo unexceptable for a food service establishment. Luckily he was on break when I ordered. Ive been a food service manager for 15 years and nowhere in the ServSafe manual is that acceptable. Shame on the manager for allowing this in her store. Also one server went from working the register to making a cone of ice cream without washing his hands. Retraining needed asap.

This store needs help. The manager there is terrible. She was getting on to this young man for not making a shake right. I know he was embarrassed. She had no people skills whatsoever. There needs to be a change. No one there was happy. I have seen a hostile work environment, and I would never work for a manager like her. Not one person was pleasant. Customer service starts at the top and trickles down to employees. These people barely even talk to you. I was waiting for someone to help me. Probably 7 people looked at me and did nothing. I love Braums, but I will never go back to that one. That manager needs to be replaced. You could feel the tension in the air, I know that the other employees would be happier with someone more professional and friendly. God bless.

Delicious ice cream and burgers, but always such a long line in the evenings! But this is a problem typical of every braums Ive been a patron of... Dietary restrictions: I believe they have some salads and probably some gluten free options as well. Parking: Lots of available parking in the same lot. Kid-friendliness: Very open to kids perusing their location. Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely some ramps for the differently abled. And wide aisles in the seating area for people to park a wheelchair!

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at Braums. The workers were slow. We waited in line for over 45 mins for a sloppy soft served yogurt cone. The workers never acknowledged the guest to let them know hey we are short handed everyone just mainly focused on each other. I have NEVER seen so many lazy workers in all my 44 years of living. There was no urgency to get the customers in or out. No team effort what so ever. Management didnt step in to help or apologize about the wait. This Braums Sucked!! Then when I got my receipt there was no customer survey to take, no number to call for complaints. I advise NO one to visit this location. I wish Braums would contact me about this review... Im visiting from FL. I enjoy Braums Ice Cream while in Texas, however this location has terrible customer service. We stopped tonight on our way home from baseball practice and they never seem to have the ice cream flavors that is listed on your website. Not only that, the person taking the order through the drive-thru is talking to other people at the same time shes taking my order and then she seems to be annoyed when we take longer because you dont have the flavors listed anywhere what you have. Its very frustrating the ice cream is very good but it makes me not want to go there because of the attitude of the employee taking the order. You boast of alot of flavors but dont have them this has happened more than once. A suggestion would be to put a sign up what flavors you have in the restaurant on any particular day. It would save a lot of time because theres always a long line at the drive-thru and then we could pick what we want and be ready to order.

I don t understand why employees complain openly about having to work to the customers faces. The gentleman making the ice cream was complaining about the length of the line. The woman behind the counter addresses the whole group of customers who s getting food and who s getting ice cream and rolls her eyes. We asked for two single dip sundaes and the guy starts making a double dip. My husband says he will take it as is, but we still need the two singles for the kiddos. I ask for a single dip cherry chocolate chip, he then says we don t have that. I point and say it s right there. Thankfully someone with a better attitude steps in to help finish our order. This is the last time we go here. The sad part, the people that work here are trying to run people off so they can work less. How Braums allows this is crazy. Why work here if you hate it so much? Go do something else please. Unpleasant for all involved.

The worst location. Do not even waste your time here. The last time I came here, they gave me sauce for my chicken strips. Negative. Today, I tried to give it another shot, and Bree/Bri, the manager, is making orders but cant make a sherbert freeze? Im confused. You want me to stand in a line out of the door when Ive already stood in one. Then. I asked to just remove the freeze. Her response was okay, so you want me to refund the whole order. First time coming here and although the guy at the drive thru was kind, he forgot to to put my chicken sandwich in my bag. I call the store and the manager answers the phone. Explain my sandwich is missing and she offers me to come pick it up or refund my money. I ask can I get something included for my wasted time. She says an apology. I go back to the restaurant and tell her direct an apology does nothing for my gas and wasted time and to give me a refund. She refunds me for the burger only. Umm no, now my drink and fries are watered down and cold. After waiting another 10 to 15 of complaining and waiting for her to figure out how to reprint the same receipt I just handed her, she refunds my money back fully. After this experience I will not be returning. Although her tone was not overbearing, her customer service to her patrons is not good and I will not be returning ever. Restaurants do not realize that the service, customer received is what brings us not the actual food because that s touch and go depending on the cook for that day.

If it was possible to give no stars that s exactly what i would have given. The place was disgusting trash all over the place and very filthy in every area you went to. Customer service was the worst also . There was so many employees and we literally waited almost an hour for ice cream to be told they were out of almost everything. Definitely will NOT be coming back

This location is awful. The lady with the blue hair that works the drive thru is extremely rude. She rushes you to give her the money and looks at you like your crazy. She acted as if she couldn t even repeat the order to make sure its right, Like they don t have a history of messing up orders. If you dont like your job, you are free to get another one!!!! Rudeness for no reason is UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Just left this restaurant around 9:30-945 PM. I frequent this establishment because I love Braum s! I ve come to the conclusion that if you don t come here between the hours of 6:00 AM -3:00 PM the food is terrible. I had my food remade because it was wrong and they still ended up giving me the same old foods again. The quality of service and food at this location needs to drastically improve. At this point, why even risk a visit. Do better Braum s.

2.6.24 - NO STARS - Service is terrible. Im very surprised it remains open for business. Im such a big fan of the banana split that we had to stop and get our fix before heading home. Out of 4 orders we wanted to place, we just did 2 ordered. The staff wasnt helpful at all, and they didnt want to be bothered. This place was so sorry with sticky spits all over the counters and ice cream area. We were acknowledged after we spike up and asked if someone was working the ice cream section. Took them 23 minutes to finally help us and 17 minutes to do one shake and banana split. These locations are so far apart that we normally dont stop here. Unfortunately, we have to go up North Dallas if we want the good service. Im not doing that. Its too far. Just happened to stop at this one because it was on the way to our destination Kid-friendliness: Not adult or kid friendly at all. Staff was very unhappy and seemed upset about having to be there

This place is giving Braums a bad name. The cashier did not seem to know what he was doing, kind but a little confused. We were the only ones at the counter but the burgers were cold , the stains on the paper wrapper were extra proof of how long they had sat. The malt was melting and dripping over the cup and the lid was a large size lid that did not fit but they left it on anyway . A customer came in from the drive-thru and complained that he had the wrong order. He told them not to remake it that he would just go to Subway! Do some employee training, clean the bathrooms like..NOW, clean the windows, be polite, or not as we wont be back.
