Jason was a literal life saver! He was tentative, mindful and handled the case with professionalism. Even though emotions have a tendency to run high throughout a case of this magnitude, I will forever be grateful to him and his team for their dedication to this case. Doesn t call and discuss case with client and when he has clear evidence of handwriting he chooses to not properly defend client. Not someone I d use for criminal cases.

I came to Jason, absolutely broken, ready to leave a toxic marriage. From the moment I sat down to speak with him regarding Divorce, he listened intently and empathized with my situation. I ve never felt more safe than I did in that moment. He immediately went into action, fighting for me. I just needed someone to stand up and fight for me. And Mr.Nicks did exactly that with valiance. He s called an aggressive attorney for a reason, he does not allow his clients to be bullied. Although it has not been a fun experience, the divorce I mean, I m thankful I chose Mr.Nicks as my attorney. Jason is never in the office and always on vacation. He sat on custody paperwork for a month and a half causing my boyfriend to lose his Spring Break with his kids. Terrible service.

He seems to care about his clients and the pursuit of justice a great deal. Paid him way too much money and he did a poor job, when we had all proof that he had already paid her out of the house...Jason is a joke, he will take your money and give nothing in return....laywers like this should never get a client....wish there was some way we could sue him for our money back...very dissatisfied.

Wasnt a good experience for me, never returned phone calls, paid him way more than I should have, never filed with the court till the last minute so they never knew he was my attorney, wasnt at my court hearing, 4 years after my divorce Im still having issues with my ex. Do not recommend.
