The configuration of the room was not like other Towneplace Suites that Ive stayed in. There was constant light coming in from the hallway, as there was space between the door and frame. Rooms: Configuration was weird Noteworthy details: Tucked away in a neighborhood; you can see hotel from the highway, but it is a bit tricky to get to.

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Had my daughter s 4th birthday party in a 2 bedroom 1 bath suite , nice size kitchen ! Had fun at the inside pool , had breakfast the next morning . Alexis was super sweet & helpful I arrived 30 mins after check in time which was 3:30 & the room wasn t ready but Miss Alexis made sure i was in before i even got back in my car ! One of the manager ladies was very rude while i was waiting on my ride she gave ne nice tine frame to be out of the room but she was super aggy

terrible experience here , got my car stolen from the parking lot .. security didn t even call police , also one of the cameras didn t work how convenient huh . had to beg for days to get footage sent to police . if you have a nice car don t park it here for sure Safety: not safe for nice cars

I stayed for two weeks at this place from work.. The hotel room has kitchen and larger refrigerator which allowed me store my food and other items. So it was really good. The lady at the front desk Erin (housekeeping manger) and Brittania Johnson (office supervisor) were really nice. They took care of my requests while I reached out to them and when I needed it. I asked Erin after breakfast hours while I wanted to have coffee there was no milk and she gave me right away..I was very impressed by her. Not sure about the other person why but when ordering the food using door dash or Uber eats, it seemed like other people didnt want to help keeping the food for me so I could go pick up from there. I usually have it ordered at front desk and pick up from there instead of having it delivered at room door as it can be lost and eventually it did happen. Not sure about the other persons name but she put a printed note on my order about not being accountable to keep it (which I found it very disrespectful and seemed like didnt really care). Today, when I had food delivered to room on second floor guess what! I never received it.tbr door dash delivery person left it on 4th floor and took of it as well so I went there to see if my food was there and there was nothing. I reached out to door dash to find out if my order was dropped off and they said it was delivered.i spoke to Brittania and she was so nice that she went above and beyond to check where my order was even though the food was not there. She also offered me snacks and soft drinks and anything I want to eat she offered me. After discussing with Brittania, I figured that the door dash guy took the food back and I had to reorder the food after such a long day. Thank you so much Brittania and Erin for all your support. I really appreciate it.So much Special thanks to both of you for caring about customers/ people. Erin too was super helpful whenever I needed anything she never refused. Erin and Brittania are definitely the people to go to if you need something (room service, any issues regarding food delivery, room key, etc.) Not sure why the other person put a typed note but when I picked up the order from front desk, It was written as they are not responsible for any delivery so instead do delivery at your room door and I should have it delivered to room. I do front desk delivery for a reason so that my order dont get lost or misplaced. When they do room service I think it would be better if they refill any missing/empty shower gel, shampoo, changing towels, etc. I didnt have small hand towel when I needed it. But overall it was good. Nearby activities: Nice Indian vegeterian restaurants nearby this hotel. Check it out its called Royal India cousine and Lounge

This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. This hotel has the thinnest walls and ceilings out of any place. You hear every little noise from the people above you and around you. You will never get any sleep because every time somebody walks in the room above you, you will hear it. Every time someone closes a door in any of the rooms around you, you will hear it. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, when it comes to noise. You have been warned.

Another great stay at a Marriott hotel. Lets start with the front desk. The lady super great she was helpful and ready to check me in. I had arrived at 1:50am due to bad weather on the road but still was able to be checked on without loosing my room. Thats deserved something. The rooms nice and clean, its always a plus that the rooms are very clean helps one sleep better. We had a small kitchen and a decent size fridge. The breakfast was hot, eggs, bacon and burritos yum great breakfast. Awesome stay at this location do recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for multiple nights and had various experiences. I am a Titanium member with Marriott, I definitely have some likes and dislikes. Upon check in, everything was nice, some complimentary cookies and beverages at the front desk and the staff at the time, I believe her name is Alexis, was amazing! I got checked in, proper welcome greeting, acknowledgement of my Titanium status and even a room Upgrade. I was in a 2 bedroom suite, my family and I loved it. Nice, clean, spacious room with nice amenities. Now, the next day they did not honor my late checkout guarantee from my Marriott status. But, I was checking out and back in, so no biggie. The next day, the same thing happened, after speaking with front desk staff and being reassured I could take my time checking out! The housekeeper barged in, I told her I had a late checkout, then the staff called and gave me 30/45 mins to leave because the room needed to be cleaned. As a titanium member late checkout should be up to 4pm. This was at 12:00p...I decided to check back in and when I did get settled into my new room, there was a roach running across the bathroom floor! Told front desk staff, they said theyd send maintenance

This is a great place to stay. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We checked in with Vera and Alexis was available into our stay to provide other services. The rooms were top notch and clean. Housekeeping replaced towels and emptied trash daily by request. The breakfast had variety and was served at full capacity the entire serving time. I would definitely come back if I get down this way again.

Hotel management is not considerate they don t give you late checkouts even though your a Bonvoy member. I work overnight and needed some extra sleep, but they denied my late check out. All I wanted was a 2 PM check out but she told me she spoke to management and they said no very inconsiderate.

Recently arrived here to check in for one night. However, it wasnt long before I knew that I couldnt stay here. I couldnt believe the way this place was operating!!! There was construction going on the first floor & when I arrived... There was no one at the front desk. So I went looking for someone to help me & found the young lady(Alex, I believe) down the hall in one of the rooms having work done to it, door wide open, having sex with one of the construction men. I attempted to contact the general manager to explain my experience but he seemed to be completely unreachable.

The room was clean and neat. When we checked in the front seat person was pretty unwelcoming. After that everyone was terrific and helpful. Not located in the best area and the sign in the parking lot said not responsible for anything stole or damaged. I asked and they said they had night security from 10pm-5am. Lots of kids hanging around. Lots of construction in the lobby area. General construction seemed cheap. Lots of banged up trim and fixtures. The girl hosting the breakfast was friendly and great! Good price, but would likely not stay there again.

This property is run by crooks. It s obscene that Marriott allows hotel managers like this. A few weeks ago I arrived at 10:30 PM with a couple of colleagues traveling from overseas, only for them to tell us that they had canceled our reservation earlier in the day. No apologies, no explanation other than they claimed they were overbooked, no offer to find an alternative property. We were left at 11 PM to find another hotel. Then, if you can believe it, a month later I find that they had charged me for the hotel. And my colleagues had been charged penalties for late cancellation, even though it was the hotel themselves that canceled our reservation. Save yourself the hassle, stay away from this hotel. I am titanium elite Marriott member, they will be hearing all about this I promise you.

This is the worst hotel I ve ever dealt with! They had a pipe burst issue and waited until a week later AFTER I arrived at the hotel to tell me they didn t have a room. Told me they would put me (and two coworkers) at their sister hotel. When I arrived to pick up my bag that they were holding for me (management hadn t even communicated to the front desk that they didn t have any rooms so I left it with them while I got lunch) they informed me the sister hotel was booked solid. They refused to help me find another hotel, never even contacted my coworkers who hadn t arrived yet, and to top it off CHARGED ALL THREE OF US A CANCELLATION FEE!!!

The neighborhood that the hotel is in is undesirable, and when I first got there the first thing my daughter said was this is so area is ghetto! The rooms are small and out dated. What made me rate the hotel as a four was some of the staff that really go out there way. I have to say my first bad encounter was with one of your front desk people Ms. Marsha Reed. My insurance company made a mistake but Ms. Reed did everything in her power to help and put things back in order! She has outstanding customer service and is very well informative! Ms. Reed is the reason that the hotel was given a four! Because of Ms. Reed and her outstanding customer service I would recommend to stay. People these days dont understand how important customer service is, but she does. I give her 5 stars

It was honestly over all a bad experience, cereal was stale, pancake mix was sour somehow, girl at front desk was( her name started with a b I think) to worried about personal life issues( front desk was dirty). Wouldnt recommend. Only reason I gave it two stars was because the very sweet manager ,her name is Lucia) she was very helpful in getting everything resolved and making sure we got what we needed. Will be going to la quinta down the street next time.

My toilet was not flushing.. called the front seat and they sent up maintenance with a snake, which did not fix the problem. Told the front desk, that the toilet was STILL not working, they said they would have it checked after the weekend.. Had to call corporate office to get a room with a working toilet.

Just save yourself the headache. These crocks will let you book a room knowing they dont have it available then tell you Oh if you stay tonight in this room well have that room available tomorrow. Dont do it. Tomorrow comes and its OH so sorry we already sold that room. Like keep it real theyll tell you any lie for a $1. So they offer you a rate credit. Dont hold your breath on that. A week later and still nothing. I couldnt even get a receipt. The lady at checkout said there was a different email attached to my room shell have to get the manager to change it. Never got it. All of this and I havent even started on the room. From the stove not working to water leaking on the floor to covered holes in the floor. Dont think you about to ask them for something and they are going to just give it to you. You either beg borrow or go get it yourself and thats from towels to tissue paper towels anything. Just trust me and dont book here.

The hotel is an alright spot. The front desk staff is definitely the best part. My goodness, they are so friendly and helpful. They definitely made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms serve their purpose. I felt like housekeeping was a little slack. They left trash, took towels and bath rug but didnt replace them, I was there for four nights. Front Desk staff: 5 stars! Not a great experience. Ants crawling on the nightstand, a toilet that broke on first use (no answer from the front desk, so I had to solve it on my own, quickly), and heat set to 80 degrees on arrival after a long flight in. The room was more exhausting than relaxing.

The hotel itself was nice enough but they didnt have our room ready when we got there, 3 hours after the check in time. The cleaning staff was gone for the day so they gave us an upgraded room after hassling with them for a while. We prepaid our room a month in advance and when it was time to check out they charged us for the upgrade. The person at the front desk couldnt do anything about it and said they would leave a note for the manager. I never got a call about it and needed to call back to get my refund. The manager was very nice about it, but how incredibly inconvenient to have to take so much extra time on my part because of their mistake. Id recommend staying here but make sure you watch the bill.

I have stayed at this location twice before. Once in 2014 and again 2015, when the building was newer. This made me select this location again this year. At present this location is severely in need of a renovation of the rooms. The common areas were clean and well kept and the staff was kind. My third floor room suffered from challenges which included a television (which functioned for five minutes before the screen went black each time you turned it on); a telephone (which had no dial tone); tired over used furniture (which had all of the upholstery buttons missing); and a kitchen sink disposal with debris in it. I look forward to seeing what improvements will be made the next time we journey from Northern Virginia to the Dallas area.

I will never stay at this hotel again . RUN RUN RUN. I got charged a extra cleaning fee due to crumbs on the floor from my 1 year old - there wouldn t have been crumbs if the cleaning service came to vacuum my room mind you I stayed there for a total of 7 nights so of course a room will have crumbs on the floor if nobody vacuums for 7 days. Mallorie / Mallory the manager isn t helpful she s very unprofessional she stated I should have asked for a vacuum she s not a understanding person don t book here I will be calling corporate!

Stay away from this place. Booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was honestly the worst room ever, it s a good thing we only stayed one night. The appliances were sticky, and the table was not clean. The floor felt gross barefoot, it was sticky and just felt like it does not get clean. The pull out couch had dirty sheets on them, the sheets on the beds had stains. The bathroom faux wood tiles were literally coming off the floor. Do not waste your time or money here.

I just want to thank the staff here they made my stay very comfortable . I appreciate them my two favs are Chloe and Toya I hope I spelled that right . I been here for about 3 weeks an then two have made me forget about staying in a hotel the other staff as well amazing just a blessing an I thank them all .. very clean respond when needed hot breakfast an just over all they got me an I would love to come back under better circumstances of course but I m thankful

Worse experience we have had with a hotel. We stayed at this hotel with my sons baseball team. The team reserves 10 rooms for all the families. The hotel failed to give us the group rate for our room and charged us the normal rate (their mistake). I spoke to Ms. Godfrey the director of sales to fix the mistake they made and acknowledged the mistake but said the general manager did not approve to reimburse us the money. The room was not the cleanest. The doors were dirty. One room had a damaged door, the kitchen cabinet had a missing door knob. The pullout bed had existing dirty sheets. We had to request clean sheets. The sofa bed had stains all over. The drawers next to the bed would not stay closed, they were always open. The room was not the cleanest to say the least. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Staff is friendly. Room so - so. Missing tv controller - not that this is bad, just inconvenient, the receiver on the phone didnt work. Didnt have bed sheets for the sofa bed. Had to ask twice for pillows. One sofa chair had bleach stains - very dated and used. Bathroom door didnt shut all the way and my 10 month old was strong enough to open the door every time.

The facility is clean. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and always willing to help make your visit a great experience. Due to my home damage I worried about being in a hotel during COVID but the concern went away after a few days. My furr-baby and I are happy.

I end up getting the room closest to lobby. Room was still under construction which was odd they would rent it out. So much noise from lobby 10:30p and then the fire alarm went off 11pm. Wasnt allowed back in 30 mins later by fire dept. Breakfast is packaged. Worst breakfast ever and Ive stayed in hotels in Africa. Worst breakfast ever.

I enjoyed my stay. Shannon provided excellent service. She checked me in upon arrival. I witnessed her juggling several tasks at one time. Throughout my stay she was always very accommodating whenever I had room requests. Would definitely recommend this hotel for extended stays!

I thought this hotel was a nice place to stay due to me being displaced do to the winter storm and major damages to my apartment. But I woke up to bed bugs I took pictures called the front desk to be told that someone would be there shortly that was about 6:45 am I called back around 7:30 and was told it will be after 8: 00 at that point Im calling the ins company for help they finally got housekeeping to come to the room after me saying I was calling the news.They get to the room checked the bed and started speaking Spanish and called the maintenance guy he come in the room speaking Spanish I tell the speak so I can understand . So he stated let me see the picture I show him the picture he tells me how do I know this picture came from her if yo dont show the name of the mattress on the pillow. I went off on him and he started recording me no management staff ever contacted me until after it was almost 10 am Shannon the regional sales director call never came Apologizing Im thinking that she was getting ready to help me by placing me in another room but she did the told me they were going to heat treat my cloths for bed bugs so Im in the lobby waiting because I was uncomfortable in the room also we were waiting on the Exterminator to get there in waiting ask if she could place me in another room she knew I was sick with cancer and my husband was a dialysis patient she pretended there wasnt any rooms available this guy came in very handsome tell my son and I that he need a room badly and he hope he could get one and sure enough she gave hima room and he slide her a $100 for all her help but there wasnt any rooms available? So I brought it to her attention and she stated you would want that room it had water damage I needed somewhere to lay my head she didnt offer. So if I would have slide her money she would have made some thing happen for me. After me seeing that I told her I was checking out and she was like ok unconcerned not trying to fix the problem. I would never recommend any one to this place due to the way I was treated !!!

By far one of the weirdest, unprofessional and flat out rude encounters I have had staying at Marriott property. I booked a room (King) and upon arrival to the room I realized it wouldnt accommodate me and my family( 2 adults and 4 kids). I didnt think the room would be so small based off previous stays at other locations. Also, checking into the room we notice the phone didnt work (because I attempted to call front desk to ask to be moved to a different room). So my husband calls down(from his cell phone) to the front desk to ask if we could be moved and to let them know the phone doesnt work. The lady answering took the phone away from her ear to ask the assist manager on duty about our request. They DID NOT place the phone on hold and husband heard other lady say didnt they just check in, Oh they not moving to another room AND they staying on explore rate. Then related to phone not working in room she said dont they have a cell phone and they laughed? He said hello and I think they notice the phone wasnt on hold then the phone was placed on hold. Once she return to line she said they are all sold out and there were no upgrades/ rooms available. My husband then said well I can see online that there are rooms available, if I book it through there can we change rooms? Her response was no if you do that, it will over sale the hotel then I would have to send you to another hotel. And she was about close the house down to not allow anymore reservations. My husband then hung up and we were like we will make it work since we were only going to be there for the night. We went to grab something to eat and return back to hotel around 6:30pm. Getting kids in shower and was attempting to figure out how we would make it work with small space. I had my oldest child run to front desk to grab towels and some another blanket for kids. My daughter returned with towels but was told they dont have one extra blanket in the hotel. So at this point my husband goes to front desk because we going to checkout to go stay somewhere else. Also, I want to point out that online it is still showing option to book room with 2 beds but rate had change from $40ish bucks to $90. At check-in she notice our status and said thank you for your platinum elite status. So during the interaction of us requesting to check-out, my husband made a statement Like is this how platinum members get treated? Her response was well I am titanium. My husband responded with what does that have to do with anything? So my husband was still wanting to checkout because there is no blankets and no bigger space for us to move even though it keep showing that rooms is available. She was like well that room is available but now yall are going to cost me money because that room is now considered dirty. As if I wasnt paying to stay there in the first damn place. At the time, she proceed to give us a bigger room and switch the rate to $89 a night. We moved to the new room(rm328 to rm317) its exactly what we needed to accommodate us during our stay. If she wouldve just allowed us to change after we immediately called down and realized the room was to small, the hotel couldve avoided room listed as dirty. It wouldve saved yall money and left a room open for someone else. Also, the second room had oreos in the pullout, Christmas ornaments and stuff all under the bed. ( I have pictures) But at this point, I wouldnt expect greatness. Also, as I was leaving Sunday, I get on the elevator with the assist manager and a family member of hers(her sister). The assist manager ask me was that a better room and I replied yes. She made the comment that I know my manager going to be mad but oh well. I laughed and said Yeah he will be okay. I made the comment oh it looks like yall are moving out? The assist manager said yeah my sister has been staying her for a month or so I am almost positive she sister had a better experience then me.

I requested services at this facility. I mediate in the morning. There was a white receptionist during my stay here and she referred to open a window she even took a tip gave me a Danish from the breakfast buffet at 3am thought I was being accommodated little did I know as we were smoking in the smoking section she used my stay and complained on another tenants dogs I had never complained about any dogs. Then when the general manager came in that morning he used my stay against another guest I never said anything about dogs. Leaving the facility the next morning the lady see me in the smoking area and days she apologized for her dogs I say I never complained she says the receptionist said I complained I then had to lyft myself and my boyfriend home prior to check out. 2 lyfts rides and my 142.00 which was advertised at 76.00. I want my refund

Hard working peoples hotel. Do not expect a lot of good details or good looking room. It is convenient located near a highway. Friendly front desk will provide some kitchen stuff like rice cookers and crock pots. No hot breakfast.

First they just canceled my reservation without calling me are asking if I was coming. Tell me that if I wasn t there at 6:00 they automatically cancel it. How can you put a time on my arrival time. The lady Natalie at the front is very rude she yells at me that they can t honor my rate because the hotel is full lol so now y all go up on the price cause your almost full worst ever I will never stay here ever

The room had an odd odor to it and the floor had an obvious hole in it that they didnt fix properly under the carpet. While we were placed on the top floor because it was quieter the group they put in the room next to us played their music loud enough for us to hear all night long. Its a sub par building with a serious lack of management oversight. I was grateful for the windo that I was able to open to air the room out a bit.

The general manager, Brandon Mills, is very rude and not hospitable. I drove 8 hours to Dallas with my 6 month old and 9 year for a family emergency. In a rush to book my associate discount I didnt realize that I had my old card attached to the reservation. Brandon decided to just cancel my reservation without so much as a courtesy call or a cancellation email (check MARSHA history and youll see a cancellation email was never sent). Upon arrival the front desk associate kept saying she could not find my reservation. Shortly afterwards Brandon comes out with nothing but attitude, yelling and being rude to me claiming Im not an associate of Marriott. I have worked for this company for the past 7 years. Why even make such an accusation without so much as verifying my associate card? I do not take kindly to having my reservation cancelled without warning and being thrown out of the hotel at 11pm at night with my 2 children. That was a very heartless move and Brandon should not be a General Manager or any type of employee in the hospitality industry. He did all of this behind a $44 rate. Do not stay here.

The best thing about this hotel is housekeeping. The location was convenient being close to a camp my child was attending, right off of the interstate in south Dallas. I learned once I got there the hotel hosts homeless families and insurance families so theyre put on the upper floors and paying guest get put on the first floor. There were people hanging outside my window drinking. Im not even sure if they were guest or not. The entire 3 nights stay children in the room above were jumping and running and I had a bug problem. Front desk and management is worthless and non responsive. The breakfast consisted of milk and cereal put in ziplock bags. And they charge premium prices. One of the worst Marriott brands Ive ever stayed in.
