Rooms: Dead bugs across the floor and dust around the door, I had to get a broom and dustpan from the office. The towels were dingy and the room had a musty smell. Overpriced hotel!!! Location

What i like most is their strict no loud noise policy. The rooms i have stayed in have been clean. Bed sheets have some stains, bathrooms could use some tlc. For the price i wont complain to much!

Hey all! Spent nearly 2 months here! This location in the area is so perfect. Its central if youre a walker like me.... everything is close! 15 minutes from Dallas proper! Service is to be desired... I stayed extended, which, until 2 days ago, yes 56 days into staying- they changed policy. Im ok with that. Its not what they said, its how they said it. Which is my main gripe about this business. I conduct myself as a good consumer should- after 43 years of living on the planet- I feel I have some decent insight. Context: I would stay here again if the management and staff were more approachable! I know Im just some weary traveler, but in that, the people at businesses I frequent are mostly the people I see the most. So I attempt to connect. Here, my approach wasnt usable, so I adapted. There are some pics accompanying this post. They indicate some of the communication issues I have spoken of. The first day, I asked if they could put a door sweep on the door. There is a 3/4 gap under where people or things- specifically crickets and snakes could encroach- they never addressed it after multiple reminders. I bought a 5-dollar so at Walmart for the stay. The security chain is so worn that it just failed and popped apart where the chain meets the keeper on the door jamb. Again, I brought it to the office, signified it was broken, However, for today, I would be comfortable using the dead bolt. That was 6 days ago. The service is not on a schedule, They come at 11 through 5. Each day was different- I only asked for a 2-day-a-week cleaning and I would take the task of changing the linens in between. This wasnt always smooth because there is a lack of available clean linens. The wifi much be logged onto 4 times a day. 4 times!! 2 people work here who are particularly nice. 2 people. Overall, 2.5 stars. Nearby activities: Everything is close, good, fun, pampering, whatever you want. Walkability: Easy walk to anywhere you need, movies, haircut, waffles.

Housekeeper need to throw towels away if it got mold looking on it and also bedsheet. It is ok but I wouldn t come back again unless they improve the building as it don t look safe upstair on the catwalk and no pool either.

Noteworthy details: In the room was okay it was clean the vent in the bathroom didnt work and the toilet stool leaked when you flushed it so the floor got wet. The main thing is I got up to go to the restroom at around 2:00 a.m.. when I got back in the bed I felt something pinch my leg so as I turned over there was a bug crawling up near my face I grabbed it with the sheet to kill it and found out it was a bed bug. I called the office he finally came down and said he would put me in another room I didnt want to go into another room because I knew I wouldnt be able to sleep after seeing that. I checked out right then I couldnt get my deposit back until the next day and when I spoke with the manager she said she would investigate the situation they gave me half of my money back because they said there were no bed bugs in the room. I took a picture and left the bedbug on the end table by the bed

When we checked in the guy was nice but our remote didnt work. When the guy came to try and figure out the problem, he left multiple times and each time he left the door open and it was cold outside. They dont have breakfast although it was advertised that they do! Im disappointed I had to spend $40 just to get food delivered to the room, but as far as being clean, the room and beds were clean and had no bug problems.

Horrible place. Was in town for an orientation for a week from out of state. I am a father of 3 with oldest at 23. My orientation times was from 8am to 4pm while kids stayed in motel room to be in comfort. I paid 3 days in advance with anticipation of paying for an additional two more. Upon 3rd day they called me while at work for payment or they would put my children out in 100 degree plus weather at noon. I offered to pay by card over phone as I was at orientation that time or else I would pay in person after done with work day. They refused payment over the phone and threaten to put my family out if not arrived in 20 minutes. I was 30 minutes away in downtown plus traffic and had to leave my orientation to pick up my kids to make sure they were not thrown out there in the heat. I found it very odd that they could not just charge my card or accept payment over phone like other professional agencies can. At least an online payment system would have worked as well. I will never recommend this place. They never even gave us fresh towels or even came to collect the trash and change it during our 3 days present. They treated us like dogs. This treatment will be remembered and shared among my colleagues at work, friends, and family.

The power kept shutting off I think they have the room set up that way No TP? 2nd night no power Poor customer service dont recommend staying here 40 minute wait to get another room. The towels were dirty and we never had fresh linen. The sheets were never changed. Horrible family experience

This place was horrible. Started with had to pay outside at the window. Secondly walked in the room was a strong odor. Bed was hard as a rock. The tub had rust buildup. Asked for a second room. Walked in the second room the peep hole from the inside was filled with tissue. Frustrate has builded up demanded a refund which still waiting on and walked to the next hotel which I was more than welcome in paying more. This inn needs a serious facelift.

Was like a prison cell of some third world country.. stained walls, mold and several hair in the bath tub. Filthy walls, splashes of some sauce on all the walls, stained sofa, dirt and dusty appliances, broken rusty shower, rusty drain, and rusty toilet paper holder. We paid $84.00 for an emergency stay. Checked in and immediately left to run some errands. Returned late and couldnt stay an hour experiencing that nightmare and left. When showed the pictures to the front desk staff and asked him to come and see the room himself. He said, i cannot go see the room just email me the pictures my husband responded I just want you to see it yourself. I am not asking money back or anything but he refused to come out of the front desk. He didnt have the moral courage to even apologize for inconvenience..
