I had a great experience with the firm helping me after I got rear-ended March last year. The insurance companies both dismissed me, saying there s nothing they can do for me, despite the fact, that I was not at fault and got hit and had back pain/injury because of the uninsured motorist who hit me. (The car had been insured on his father s name) Gilbert with Cagle law firm picked up my case after all this mess. I only had to fill out some forms, we had some phone calls to clarify all that was happening and the case was on the go. It took about a year to close it and they successfully negotiated with Prgrssv insurance who was giving me a really hard time before the firm and Gilbert stepped in. He arranged me to get to the insurance covered injury doctor s as well as PT/chiropractic care and deep tissue massage that helped me to recover from my back injury. This took the better part of the year. We had phone calls on the regular on the updates on how the case is progressing and he really did a great job representing my case. Their fee is the regular 33%, which is absolutely fair for the job they do, especially regarding the insurance company didn t want to pay me a dime at first and sent me away. Highly recommend the firm to anyone who has been fighting with unfair vehicle insurance claims. Thank you Cagle Law Firm and Gilbert for your help!

I was in an auto accident where just the cost to repair my car was over 18k and my medical bills were over 40k. I called Cagle and Francisco came to my work place to discuss how to move forward with the insurance and treatment procedure that same day. I ve been working with Francisco for over a year and it has been so easy to work with him.( It s taken this much time because you can t finish the case until you re all healed from the accident and it didn t help that I was pregnant!) He gave me updates on the case and was always just a phone call away when I had questions. Very professional, prompt and most of all is very detailed and explained everything in a friendly matter. Gilberto Silva helped me after I was t-boned by an uninsured motorist. I suffered several compression fractures in my thoracic spine, a 10mm year in my rotator cuff, a concussion and plenty of bumps and bruises. Since the driver had no insurance, I had no choice but to sue my own insurance carrier (State Farm) to ensure medical needs were met. Gilberto handled my case with such patience and professionalism I would trust him again. Because of my concussion I had a difficult time remembering conversations and as such, changed my mind on multiple occasions. Gilberto was patient - explained over and over why we had decided on certain things. I simply couldn t remember from day to day why I had agreed to a course of action. But Gilberto did and was able to get me back on the right page. I was able to receive a settlement that payed my medical bills. State Farm pushed back again and again but Gilberto kept fighting for me. I am fully recovered now and am suing the woman who hit me in small claims court. I called Gilberto to request some documents and he remembered me and quickly found what I needed. I have a trial date set for this month and the documentation will be critical for my case. Gilberto was more then just my representative. He did an outstanding job with my case but also became a source of strength and help while I dealt with the cognitive deficits I was experiencing due to my concussion. Was involved in an accident with a commercial vehicle in Dec 2016. I had some injuries and knew I needed help as I had no health insurance of my own. I could have hired one of those late night TV commercial lawyers but I wanted someone that was local and would give my case the attention it deserved. The case was a bit tricky and took almost 3 years to resolve but that was due to the amount or medical procedures that I had to endure and a long rehab. In November of 2018, I was driving my modified and accessible van down the road when a guy pulled out in front of me and caused me to hit him. As a person with a physical disability, what seems like a simple fender bender can lead to months of heartache and complications because so often no one without a disability, especially an insurance company, can quite understand how losing your only means of accessible transportation feels. Since my vehicle is custom made and specialized, I couldnt use it for three months and in those three months I still had to go to work, to doctors appointments, and to live my life, but I couldnt just get a rental car or ask a friend for a ride to work. On top of that, I had some injuries from the accident that were not easily mended since I already use a wheelchair due to a neuromuscular disease that causes muscle wasting. A friend recommended that I call The Cagle Law Firm because I was going to need a lawyer who would fully comprehend and empathize with my unique situation. I knew that I would need an advocate to explain how this accident impacted my already complicated life. I had a car accident, and I broke my neck, they recommended another lawyer, but he was not helping me and I could never talk to the lawyer directly, but thank God I found Chris Cagle and I changed with him and he personally called me to know how my health felt and looked for the best treatments so that I could recover my health. I absolutely adore this place! In July of 2016, I was the victim of a t-bone accident by a drunk driver. They definitely make you feel more like family than just another customer. Theyre quick to update you on where you are, and are MUCH more concerned about your health than reaping the benefits of having you as a client. Shawntea and Chris are AWESOME. I have never had such horrible service before in my life. This law firm does a lot of fast talking and cannot be trusted. I was told one amount for my settlement, but when another attorney asked what the settlement amount was then all of a sudden its 2,000.00 more than what was told to me. After that came about, the out of pocket amount for Chris Cagle increased by over 500.00 the exact amount of a doctor bill that was settled in my bankruptcy. This firm had a staff member that laughed at me when I started to ask questions, which to me was very unprofessional. I still to this day do not know how a settlement check was sent to The Cagle Law Firm back in November 2016 and I had not signed a release until March 31,2017. The only answer that I received was maybe Geico is mistaking........ABSOLUTELY would not recommend!!

Last year, I was involved in an accident when a young man ran a red light. My van was totaled and I eventually needed to go to the emergency room. Afterwards, a friend recommended I contact Chris Cagle for help. What a blessing that became! After contacting the Mr. Cagle, I was given a clear course for medical treatment (pain care and p. t.) and, ultimately, received a handsome settlement.
