I have ordered Door Dash from this location three times, and twice they forgot something. I am always willing to give people a chance, or three, because I have worked with the public before and I know how hectic it can be, but, come on! Forgetting an item every single time? And they cant blame the dasher, either, because the bag is always sealed up when we receive it, so they cant say it was stolen. Do better, Taco Bell!

Please do NOT go to this location. Everything is horrible, the customer service wait there is none! Some of the employees are just bullies. Really disturbing. It does not matter your job, if you are not happy, do your mental health a favor and leave! Getting an attitude or messing up an order is not needed. Please try another location. I am not asking for 5 star treatment. However, I would like my order correct and little customer service. I am always trying to be nice and give grace because I know retail and food service is not easy. But it is only so much grace to give.

So- been here a few times, 3 to be exact. Every single time Ive gone, the food has more sauce or tortilla than what you expect to actually eat. E.g. I had a steak grilled cheese burrito I couldnt eat because there were 4 peices of meat on one end with a very small amount of rice and a very large amount of sauce every where else. Literally spat out 6 bites of tongue burning wet tortilla. Id rather scarf down 6 one dollar bills w/o water than pay for that again.

Employees probably hate their jobs bc customer service is either nonexistent or terrible. I always dread having to talk to the employees. Im not exaggerating when I say that theyre consistently depressing to talk to. Either Taco Bell isnt paying their employees enough or the management doesnt care about who they hire. Probs a mixture of both. Besides that, the order was right. Just goes to show that the energy these people give is enough to be a headache & mess with my meal. We have been going to this Taco Bell for the past two years and its truly going down hill. Breakfast is a nightmare, with a 50% chance of completely getting my order wrong. (Example, this morning where we had 2 grand toasted bacon burritos, L DP, hash brown, and sausage quesadilla with sour cream. Quesadilla and hash brown were in the bag, a burrito that I thought was the grande toasted, and that was it. Asked for my DP, then asked for my second grande toasted burrito and they gave me both. When I got home, it was two regular sausage burritos they had given me.) And this is just one of many instances where they very much miss the mark. They tend to have some ruder staff at night, but at least give accurate food. Shout out to my late night workers, the only highlight of this mess. Yall the real ones. Will not be coming back to this Taco Bell unless Im in a massive pinch.

3 workers standing around talking about opening up a relationship to spice it up some 4 customers and drive thru wait for one person to make everyones order. Idk how yall stay in business paying people who dont work. As of now this video was taken after 8 minutes of sitting here 15 minutes after we walked in. If your in a rush avoid this place at all cost. If you want to witness a live Jerry springer episode or Howard stern podcast then make sure you leave your kids home and enjoy the show. I always have a terrible experience here. What broke the mold was when the employee asked me if I was having a bad day after asking her if she was having one when she tossed my food to me and slammed the window. I spoke with management (kind lady who tried) and she couldnt even get the girl to fix it! These kids have no good home training or people skills. I tried to give them another chance and went inside the next time, we had 6 people, walked in, waited... Waited.. waited.. they were talking amongst each other, looked at me nothing, so finally I said, is there someone to help me and a young man came and said, oh, did you pay yet, i said I had not even ordered. He said, you have to order online or through the kiosk, and pointed to the kiosk behind me. I said how come no one told me , he said oh, I thought you knew .. I mean its not that hard to say welcome, order at kiosk or online when youre ready.. so we not be visiting this location for a long time.. we go 5 miles out the way which is sad because they are less then a mile from home. Im really big on customer service and the way those girls are in drive through is embarrassing and terrible EDIT: Ok so I went today and I dont know what changes but Kayla rocks! I said Im hungry and wanted food and did not feel like driving out the way. I order at drive thru, WHAT!! She was polite, wasnt cut short, started off with How are you doing, CLARIFIED my order before proceeding, I get to the window and she was overall very friendly. I told her about my bad experiences at that location, she apologized even though it wasnt her, BUT THE COMPANY (which she represents) and said to please continue coming back! As I will. Its bad that just 1 or 2 people will mess it up for all, but sometimes it can take that 1 PERSON to make a difference, and today... That was Kayla!!! Thank you (she also saved me from keeping to drive out the way so a big plus)

I went to this location on 9/5/2023 right before 11pm. I attempted to order the dipping taco box, but the associate said that they dont sell that box anymore, but the it was advertised on the Taco Bell website and at the stores drive-thru menu. So, I ordered the gordita box. When I got home, I noticed that both tacos had less than an ounce of meat, cheese, and lettuce each! The only item that was prepared correctly was my drink and my nacho chips. I didnt even open the burrito because the two tacos were prepared incorrectly, so there was no telling what was in there. It appears that the associates were rationing out small portions of food to avoid cooking more food before they close at 1 am. So, I pretty much didnt get what I paid for. To Chanel A and the other associates working with her that evening, you have to be careful preparing peoples food and dealing with peoples money. I felt taken advantage of. Luckily for you all, Im not irrational or violent, but the next customer you take advantage of just might be. Good luck to you all.

I only went to that location while shopping at walmart. Every location isnt like this one. No wonder there was no cars in the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon. On July 24, 2023 ( approx 8pm )I stopped at Taco Bell to get something to eat after work. First the young lady at the drive thru sounded as though she did not want to be at work. When I got to the window to pay she opened the window, took my payment and gave me my order with the same attitude she had at the drive thru. Visited this location a couple weeks ago and was really disappointed. Normally I choose this taco bell of the one Im lancaster thats actually closer house but now Ill have to go to cedar hill. When I visited this location, I ordered on the app and when I arrived I realized the location was still selling the cantina chicken tacos which you cant order on the app so I asked if I could place an additional order for two. The young man said yes and I went to the window, he took my payment and didnt give me a receipt. When he handed me the bag, I asked if it also contained the two additional tacos and he said yes so I went home. When I got home I realized the tacos were missing and I called the location to see if they would give them to me since I didnt have a receipt. The lady got rude and said yeh whatever and hung up on me. Ive worked food service for 12 years and I have never acted like that to a customer. This was just a very disappointing experience. Thankfully the young man at the window was nice and the food was good but idk if thats enough to keep coming to this location when the management staff clearly has issues.

My order was completely wrong and I did not realize it until I got home. Like a normal person I brought it back to the store. I politely mentioned that I was just here and my food is incorrect. A girl responded by yelling you can just pull around . When I got to the window there were three girls standing around looking as though they re annoyed/laughing. Upon seeing this I pulled around to come in the store to get a refund. I just don t understand how someone can politely tell you that you messed up and you respond by having a nasty attitude about it. Corporate was called and notified. Do better.

This restaurant never ever never has anything I have come on two other occasions and they were not selling food either they were out or the truck was not here I called today to ask where they selling food and did they have supplies I was told yes when I got here and asked for a Mexican pizza they told me they were out I left work for nothing I promise horrible horrible customer service for this area unacceptable and no one seems to care

The chalupas were great as usually. I was disappointed in the Mexican pizza. It seemed thrown together. I did get one the first day using the app and probably should have tried again during the official kickoff.

Service is terrible here, waited an hour for drive through order and it ended up being wrong. Couldn t do anything about it either because they closed and the lobby was closed. Do not recommend anyone going here. Need better management.
