I can honestly say that I would recommend Mr. Cook to anybody in need of legal representation. I was scared and unsure about the outcome on a case that I was being accused of and had not heard the best feedback on court appointed attorneys, being innocent and not having the means to prove it due to lack of funds was very scary but Mr. Cook assured me he would fight for me I have to be honest I was not always sure but I had to trust in God first and foremost as well as in him as my attorney and I saw he did just that. The case went on for close to five years and in that time he was not only my attorney but also became like family.

I highly recommend John Cook. I got a DWI for the first time in April of 2022. I was scared and not knowing what to do. John Cook handled all my case needs with his expertise and knowledge. John got my case dismissed and I can t thank him enough. Definitely would recommend John to anyone.

Hi, Im Michael, this is my experience with John Cook , I was wrongfully arrested in galveston and charged with a DUI. I wont go into details but I hired Mr. Cook to represent me and without hesitation he accepted, even though Galveston County is 4 hrs away from his office, from day 1 Mr Cook tackled my case fiercely and professional I never had to worry about my freedom or my rights ,I went on with my normal life for 9 months until it was time to go to court which was only 2 times , he secured a complete dismissal for me and my happiness had been justified by not having to pay Galveston county one cent ! I would strongly refer him to any of my friends and family....thank you John

I highly recommend John Cook. He was very attentive during the whole process. He was able to work with the district attorneys and get one of my big charges dismissed and on the misdemeanor he was able to get the least probation. He guided me through the whole process and advice me on what classes to take to be pro active. Overall I m very satisfied with his work ethic and experience in the field. Thanks John.

I was arrested and charged with a DWI in Odessa tx , I hired an attorney out of midland tx with high reviews and the best deal he could get was 5yrs TDC . I fired him and hired Mr Cook and he got me an offer of 5yrs probation but because of my faith in him I turned it down while looking at 25 to life,everyone I knew said I was crazy, but Mr Cook gave me the confidence that I needed to roll the dice for my freedom, keep in mind I m 62yrs old and that was at best a life sentence for me. But between God and Mr Cook I was found not guilty by a jury of my peers. I owe my life to Mr Cook he s the best of the best.

Dont recommend this attorney at all PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HIRING HIM. We pay him alot of money and every time i ask the status of my husbands case the secretary always said everything was the same. All the courts we had the attorney never showed up always send someone else. Didnt try nothing at all to fight my husbands case. The last court we had i was told my the secretary that nothing was going to happen that it was going to be reschedule and send someone else. To our surprise the judge didnt reschedule nothing and 3 days later my husband didnt had another choice that to agree on the plea agreement and go to jail. All the money that we paid John for him not to bother in fighting his case didnt move a damn finger to our case.
