In the morning like to combine a scrambled eggs with Spanish at home. Then stop at Burger King to purchase a French toast with tater tot coins. Yumm! Y no puede faltar the orange juice. Thank you Burger King for your delicious French toast and syrup. I do recommend this meal.

Asked for cheese on my fish sandwich with extra mayo and extra pickles. I got 1 pickle, NO cheese and no dressing! Walked to the counter and lady was rude gave me a slice of cheese on a piece of paper, gave me mayo packets and still no pickles! I am not one to complain but come on restaurant was empty and drive thru was slow too. Theres no excuse for poor customer service!

The manager was so terrible very rude! I asked for fresh onions rings and she questioned me about them. I told her I wanted them fresh still questioned me about them. When I had originally ordered she took my order very rude a customer was waiting behind me she completely ignored them and walked to the back! Very very rude of her. As soon as me and my wife walked in to eat lunch, I heard the girl at the counter say we should just close the store today in Spanish. I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal with an extra whopper hamburger and my wife ordered a whopper hamburger meal. Spent over $30! All of our food was literally room temperature as if it had been sitting around not even under a heating lamp. I swear the food inspector should shut this place down for its bad service and disgusting food. Im so happy we didnt get sick or else there would be a lawsuit. Stay away from this place!!!

Hello owner of burger king this morning I stopped by for some croissants 2x4 I asked the manager for a glass of water and he told me Ill sell it to you oh I told him how hes going to sell it to me if a glass of water isnt sold its given to the thirsty and well if unfortunately he sold it to me for $2.79 almost 3 dlls I told him xk he is giving it to me so expensive he said where I go they sell me the food I told him he is a mean person and he said it is my job to be educated person does not get you closer like that with the clients and she said again, its my job, her job is not that or answer like that, I ask you in an attentive manner, talk to her, she is an unfortunate Hispanic woman, thats how the Mexican is after being in the United States, miserable and mean, was my word for She didnt care I wait for a response talk to her very rude in her profession

It amazes me that the rest of these reviews seem positive, great experience. Although mine was far from that. A simple mistake brought to the staffs attention (The white female manager on site) was met with rude attitude, unnecessary mean comments and not even apologizing. I ve worked in management for fast food for years but this experience makes me question why I give these kind of power hungry managers my kindness. I won t be coming back and I ll keep the message going to my friends and family to stay away from this location!

Their intercom at the drive thru has been broken for some time so you order and wait at the window. Inside you wait a bit most times one cashier is doing both the window and front lobby. To the store manager of the Burger King located on 1101 S 10th St in McAllen. I want to inform you that you have a Angel by the name of Rebecca working at your store . On May 22,2023 , My Mother and I approached the Driving windows and Order several food items for Supper. During the pickup at the window I became very I ll due that my Blood Sugar gone done . Your employee was quick to react and attended to me by offering me and Orange Juice and some Jelly Items to quickly bring my level up . She was very attentive and seriously concerned. She went as far to advice me to remain park until I felt better. She should be recognized not only for her professionalism but for being a Good Samaritan , she went the extra mile to attend a person not feeling well. I loved the attention, the nuggets for my baby were a little rough, and they dont have a changing station. I had to go out and change my boys diaper in the car. The machine didnt had ice. Love the burgers there but had to try the new Spicy ChKing sandwich combo- it was soooo GOOD! Freshly made delicious, not too spicy, just perfect. The employees also make it a very nice, comfortable visit. Walk in and get greeted by all employees (wearing facemasks), very clean, sanitized interior of restaurant. And leave feeling very full and satisfied and with a very friendly goodbye, and thank you from all the employees. Definitely recommend this Burger King! :)

Letting me stand until you finish whatever your doing to give me ice? The soft drinks were disgusting! They were all flat OR no soft drink. Unfortunately lack of service and cleaningless. Becky helped me placed order, no receipt given since she stated I need to walk all the way to the back, and besides you are the only order. Drink machine ice does not work, so I stand in front of counter and manager at the drive window just look at me and turn away as well as employee leaning on a cups and lids cart grabbing his hair to fix it under the hat. He did at least 3 times since I noticed. By this time I noticed thats was around what they look employees gathering around in a table next to the entrance. There were ANY clean table... I sat in the most decent. A family of 7 just came in, order and they are standing around looking for a clean place to eat from the 20 table sections. One of the girls of rhe family complaint that his drink takes bad ... just like mine. This location: S 10th street, McAllen TX is in a great location but there a lack of interest from management and employees to meet the minimum standards in a restaurants.
