If you are having a South Asian wedding, hiring Javier is an absolute MUST. It was incredibly easy to work with him and his team. He was aware of all of our events and traditions that took place and knew how capture specific moments in these events. He is one of the kindest people we have met and made everyone feel comfortable in the photo taking process. We cant wait to see our photos from him! We worked with Javier for our desi wedding! My now husband and I wanted to go our engagement pictures in Houston as the wedding was all in Dallas - Javier was gracious enough to accommodate it so we got some great pictures with the houston skyline as well! Our wedding pictures were even more amazing - we got sooo many great pictures of our family, us, and just random candids as well! The quality of the pictures are ABSOLUTELY amazing!

You MUST hire Javier for your wedding or event photography! Photography was important to us since it is one of the few things you get to keep after the wedding. He is extremely personable and easy to work with, and super experienced with Indian weddings which was helpful for us. Not to mention his photographs are AMAZING quality. He has a great eye and was able to capture the emotions from the ceremony that allowed us to relive all of the moments that we were not necessarily in the room for when we went through the albums. We are so excited to make a wedding album and develop our favorites for a gallery wall!

Hired Javier for our Indian wedding: Im the type to research a ton about vendors and schedule a bunch of vendor meetings and have a lot of data before making a final decision. I had met multiple photo/video vendors, including Javier, and all were very lovely people. But, Javier stood out for MANY reasons - he was organized, **flexible** (incredibly valuable for an Indian wedding), super enthusiastic, came with a solid experienced team, and was eager to know how I wanted to see my own photos. He has a huge range for photography, and I told him my style is light and bright and natural w/o too much of a cinematography-style, and he literally nailed it. The photos of the week and main day were so sincere and bright and colorful. The video- I actually didnt even think I wanted video phootage and only included that in the contract 2/2 parents request, but my god the video was literally an art piece. He captured the *absolute best* scenes and shots of the wedding and reception and spliced it together in such a thoughtful and honestly genius way. basically - you do NOT need to worry at all if you hire Javier. To be honest, he also stepped in and functioned REALLY strongly as a partial day-of-coordinator during parts of the chaotic morning wedding day and really took leadership in organizing people and timelines for photos. This guy is the best. i recd him to friends weddings already, and I will continue to rec him for anyone who asks.

Javier was nothing less than phenomenal throughout this process, when looking for our wedding photographer we wanted to find out perfect match and he was it! He had experience with Indian weddings but his origins from Mexico (my family and I are Mexican) made him a great fit in knowing how to manage the different cultures and customs. He was very flexible and checked up on my husband and I throughout the process as well as throughout the most important weekend of our lives. His attention to detail, kind demeanor, professionalism and working so well with our videographer. No one tells you but video and photo have to work well with one another so everyone gets their shots and no one is in the others way. I cannot brag about him enough! Javier did an AMAZING job on our wedding video and photos. He was super kind, and worked well with us and our family. The wedding photos and videos were BEAUTIFUL quality, he got the best shots and worked with our ideas. On top of that he didnt seem irritated or upset if family members were getting in the way at times, he was always in a good mood. I highly recommend him for your wedding or any other event!

Absolutely wonderful! Javier took graduation photos of our daughter. Since there was no formal ceremony due to Covid, he met us on the UNT campus on a Sunday morning, and took photos at dozens of locations. He set up great shots, knew how to make everyone (even me, the geezer dad) look our best, and the results are a portfolio of photos that exceeded our highest expectations. He is professional, a delight to work with, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Of course I would recommend Elizalde Photography! Javier is talented with a lot of personality! He took a lot more pictures then I expected!! He also worked together with my Videographer so they wouldnt the clashing. After recieving and viewing my wedding photos, I was wowed! He went over and beyond. He also told my husband and I to sit up straight so our posture wouldnt look bad and he helped me keep my eyes open in the sun! He has tricks up his sleeve! So you should go with him!

I can t say enough about what a positive experience we had with Elizalde Photography. If you re using them for your wedding, I would highly recommend doing an engagement session with them as well. We did, and it gave us the chance to get to know Javier one-on-one before the big weekend. We joked and laughed, which made the picture-taking process during our wedding weekend much more fun. You ll also get a peek into his creative process, and it ll make you even more excited to receive your wedding pictures from him. He even helped us pick out a picture from our engagement session to use for part of our wedding reception. Javier has a great personality and is easy to work with. He s funny, so your smiles in your pictures will be genuine. He s easy to get a hold of, is incredibly prompt in responding to emails, and is timely in meeting deadlines. When there was a few days delay in receiving our pictures, he kept us updated along the way. He dedicates himself to your events, ensuring he s the main photographer for the event. We needed a female photographer for one of our wedding events, and Javier made it a point to introduce her to me on the day of the event so both she and I were comfortable with each other. You can tell he takes pride in his work and has a lot of passion for his artistry. He gives it his all, and he ll ensure he captures your wedding in the best possible way. We re so grateful we chose him for our special weekend, and, thanks to him, we ll have wonderful memories to look back on for years to come.

We can t say enough great things about our experience with Javier and his team! We were planning our wedding in Dallas with us being in New York and Houston and from the start, Javier worked together with us and our planner to make sure everything went smoothly. He was very friendly and responsive to all the questions we had throughout the process and took time to get to know us on a personal level. He understood the type of photography we liked (a more natural feel) which led to him being a perfect match for us. We had a fun engagement shoot around Dallas. Javier made us feel comfortable and was always joking and allowing us to have a good time. We took a variety of shots and Javier had several creative shots that came out really well and ended up being some of our favorites. During our reception, Javier even surprised us with a slideshow album that allowed our guests to enjoy photos from the week s events. Recently, we also had our albums made for our parents and they absolutely loved all the pictures. They ve been so excited to share with our family and friends when they come over. Javier and his wife Michelle are both absolutely incredible to work with. Javier first did my sisters wedding two years ago and just shot my wedding in mid-June. He is very reasonably priced for a wedding photographer of his quality and he makes the day of so easy by being communicative throughout the whole process. He made my husband and I always feel at ease as he took his pictures. But the true payoff comes when he gives you his photos! They are stunning and he captures the feeling of the day so beautifully. I could write for pages and pages - I just cant recommend Elizalde Photography enough!

Where to begin...Javier has been there from the very beginning with us...from engagement to babies. It has never been awkward and always has patience with us when we arent always together. He is also the ONLY photographer that my husband will let me use without getting a bunch of complaining about getting pictures done because he knows with out fail Javier always gets it done right the first time. Elizalde photography is the story of my greatest loves, captured moments in time to be remembered and treasured. Javier has told the story of my engagement, my wedding, our love expanding into 1 and then 2 beautiful daughters. I am constantly amazed by his skill and dedication to getting the shot. Its in the moments that he captures when most would have their camera down. Its a silly face while talking, a giggle erupting from my toddler, the patience it takes for a newborn to settle. In every shoot, from our engagement party 5 years ago to trying to wrangle an active toddler and a screaming newborn, he is calm and patient and captures the perfect moment or expression. He is professional, and yet knows how to get even the most stiff person to relax (read my awkward husband).

Friendly, responsive, cost-efficient and above all accommodating to all my questions and concerns. The day of the wedding went perfect in every way.
