Thanks to some coupons, I went to Freddys in Wichita Falls, Texas. I was greeted with the nostalgic dining experience and friendly customer service. The ice cream and burger were well heated and tasted great. The seating area was really clean with the iconic bright red furniture and fixtures.

In Lawton I really like Freddys especially the Jalapeños steak burger w pepper jack cheese. Service is always great. My disappointment is the new prime beef sandwich. The display pic was an eye catcher but when you get the sandwich not even close. It was flat, had two grilled onion pieces, No mushrooms just a big disappointment! You can tell it was just thrown together. I will still eat at Freddys just wont order that particular sandwich. I recommend you look at before accepting.

The food was good and so was the ice cream. The restaurant however was filthy. Not on the surface level but as I started to look around there was dirt and food everywhere. We went before the lunch rush so it was not from a day of people eating. The other problem I had was that the lady making the ice cream handled peoples money and then touched the toppings to put on the ice cream, like the gummy worms. They need to either get tongs or teach them to change their gloves after handling money. Not sure if we will be back. I took a picture of the area under the booth and it was so gross!

I was a fan of Freddys for a few years before I started working for them and realized how toxic their General Manager Brandy is. She creates an extremely hostile environment and has the worst people skills. I quit because of her toxicity and then she told me Im banned because I quit when she told another manager she was going to fire me if I called in sick after I had already worked 3 days straight while ill and needed rest. I always came in to work when she needed someone to cover a shift and worked hard for this company. I saw her push a lot of people out the door with her toxic attitude. She would leave early and stay clocked in to look like she was still working. She threw objects at employees before. Truly just a terrible leader..

Everything one start, general manager could of made things better but she made it worse by saying I don t have right to my opinion and on another note her employees and staff there they can t do no wrong doing, no wonder why this place is always empty. Value of customer service is out the door like how I got treated. This was a simple order can not hear her from drive thru got my order wrong asked at the window if it can be fixed when I got my order still wasn t fixed then called store at 6:27 pm on Saturday 4/13/23 to inform management and she just wanted berated me on how I am wrong about my opinion and yes she offered to make and pay for my meal and make it the way i ordered but honestly I didn t know what she was going to do to my food after I was complaining and she just wanted to kill me it seemed like so I said no thanks. But here we are on google review just be warned don t speak out on ur experience to anyone or have them correct it because you will just be berated and look at as a low value person to be making judgements.

This was my first visit here & was a bit disappointed. We were bringing lunch to an ill friend who requested a cheeseburger. Typically I dont go to fast food places, but I came here thinking they might have a better product. The meat was very thin & cooked crisp so it tasted odd. I am used to the beef we use to raise so maybe Im just out of touch with what people eat as hamburgers nowadays.

Their food is soooooo good. Omg the hamburger patties are not thick at all but they definitely fill you up, and they are literally seasoned to perfection. The custards are amazing a well.. The place is very well kept and clean. The employees are friendly.. I really hope Freddys is here to stay for a very long time. 10/10 recommend!

Second time in a row that our order was messed up. This time they messed one ice cream and one meal and completely left out the other meal. I called up there to tell them that I was on my way to get our missing item and both the employee who answered and the manager had major attitude. They obviously don t know how to read an order. Maybe next time I ll draw them a picture so they can try to get it right. I m not holding my breath though. Make sure you check your entire order before driving off. And the employees need a lesson in customer service or need to just be let go for lack of competence.

Went for lunch with my father and sister, told cashier thats was it for now, however Id be back to order togo food 2 shakes and onion rings, she said she could take the order, and put a hold on those 3. Well the 2 shakes were ready before our meals, but remember I needed those to go since I was taking 1 to mom who was in hospital, the onion rings also for. So we all order the same thing. Instead of all three meals getting frys one of the orders had onion rings (which was to be on hold and to go), so we had to take one order back, Explained, the onion rings ( which cost $3.xx), so the guy put the onion rings in a bag, cooked fresh frys for the hamburger meal. By the time we were leaving and arrived at the hospital and got up to moms room, the onion rings cold, extremely cold, the milk shakes have already started to melt, especially the whipped cream topping. This visit was horrible because I listened to the cashier instead of doing it the way I had planned to. Onion rings wouldnt have been totally cold and we wouldnt have had milk shakes and cream dripping all over the place. It wasnt that hot out side the Sunday after Thanksgiving

Update: back again. It was so delicious. Jalapeño peppers jack cheese. We were greeted, checked on, it was a busy night but food came in a timely manner. Good job. 5 stars First time at Freddys. Ordered jalapeño cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. The jalapeño cheeseburger was moist, spicy and delicious. The seasoning on the meat made it taste so good. Bacon cheeseburger had onions and jalapeños added on. It was also moist and seasoned nicely. We made it a meal on both orders and had shoestring french fries and onion rings on the other. Was a little disappointed with only 5 onion rings but had plenty of fries. Definitely will go back again. Customer service gets a 5 also. Helpful, friendly, and made sure our order was to our satisfaction.

In Wichita Falls, TX, this is the only Freddys Frozen Custard location. This facility was clean and inviting. Their menu board is quite busy and takes while to decide what to order. We had an Original Double combo (fries) with a chocolate shake, a Bacon & Cheese Double combo (onion rings ) and a Signature Turtle sundae. The burgers are delicious, made hot and fresh. The onion rings are cripsy and fried just right. (I wish the serving of onion rings was bigger). The fries are shoestring style, salty, crispy, and yummy. The shake was extra chocolatey. The turtle sundae with caramel and hot fudge is scrumptious. The drink area is self service, stocked, and clean. One minor issue was the regular drink cups didnt have the right sized lids. The dining area has plenty of seating. Theres an outdoor, covered patio, with two tables. Unfortunately, its too hot to eat out there, right now. Hopefully, this autumn we will. The bathrooms were clean. They have baskets on the back of the toilets with a variety of feminine products. Im sure this is not typical of all locations. Whomever the manager or franchise owner is of this location, has done this as a small act of kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience! Thank you Freddys Frozen Custard of Wichita Falls. Parking: Large parking lot at this stand-alone restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp available. Handicap parking spots near the door. I have to say Freddys is my favorite hamburger franchise in town. The food is very good. The custard is quite a treat - kids 2 to 92 should love it. The lady that took our order was top-notch. I really like Freddys. The burgers are always good. I have to eat gluten-free, and Freddys makes it easy with their lettuce wraps. The fries are usually amazing, though occasionally they can be too salty...sometimes way too salty. The custard is really good, and they have tons of different toppings to choose from. If you eat at Freddys a lot, you should definitely use the app. The rewards program is very generous.

We visited them when they first opened up. Havent been back till Tuesday, 11th. Walked in and there was Tommy he greeted me, asked what I wanted, and processed the order. This individual is customer orientated. Later he would walk around to ensure all was fine while cleaning tables. Again taking care of his customers. Along with him the food was properly prepared, burgers cooked right, fries cook tender on the inside crispy on the outside, fry sauce yummy. With the meal finish I ordered a Turtle, as he went through the process he would show a few of the steps as he went. The Turtle tasted great. Impressed with Tommy and the tasty food. Well be back.

I worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years and never seen a manager as worse as the one here in Wichita falls. She doesnt care about the employees or the customers. She all about herself and not the restaurant. Would love to come in more often with more friends. But I cant sit and watch employees get treated like they dont matter. Tommy came to our table to make sure we were satisfied.., asked if we d ever tried the cheese curds with caramel.., we had not so he went to get us some to try right away.. wow.. delicious!! They were super nice and the food was tasty! I always ask for extra crispy on the fries... but this time I got Onion rings and they were worth it! They can make any double patty burger with a Single patty for you-just ask.
