If you re a sexual assault victim, I would avoid using them. I called them, told my very long emotional story of being drugged and assaulted, and sent over private information. I was not contacted back after a few days. So I called them. When I did, I was told they couldn t take my case. Absolutely no explanation on what about my case made it not able to be taken. Then direct me to a law help site and didn t tell me exactly what I should be looking up on there. A simple explanation on why they couldn t take my case would have made all the difference to the 45 minutes on the phone I had reliving my assault.

Currently a very unsatisfied client. Had Mr. Lopez tell me he can t make the at fault parties claims agents do their job I m sorry but I thought that s what I hired him for. I had to make several phone calls and threats to find new representation ..just to have an initial conversation about what to expect as this is my first time going through such a traumatic experience. It will be a month next week and I still don t even have an estimate for my vehicle and apparently it s my job to hound the third party for answers while I work my 9-5 . Big regret hiring them no help just making the entire experience more painful and frustrating

I would like to say that Kevin Queenan and his staff are God fearing and very much there for their Clients. Always having a kind word They made a bad situation the best that anyone could. They worked harder for me than i could imagine. I believe they put my feelings and concerns above an beyond anything else They never stopped working for me. They never once seemed inconsiderate to my feeling for the loss of my husband. They treated me like family from day one. Everyone in the office from all the girls to Carlos to Kevin are the best. I hired queenan law firm to represent me through a child custody case. I wanted kevin as my attourney and ended up with carlos lopez. The communication with mr. Lopez was poor i spoke to him maybe 2-3 times and then he does not contact me til the night before court blowing my phone up to sign papers for him to withdraw from the case. I was told to drop my son off and then next thing you know carlos withdraws from my case. I find it odd how he goes to lunch with the other lawyer comes back and tells me and my witness not to worry about paying the rest of the money and i requested to speak to the judge multiple times and he or other lawyer kept trying to talk me out of speaking to judge or that i would go to jail or some type of trouble and refuse for me to talk to judge on my behalf.. Cause he was so worried about withdrawing from the case and his excuse was cause he got a rental car and needed to return it by a certain time. My witness even spoke to mr. Lopez and she also told him how wrong it to do that to a person and their child. I have all the proof in the world to show that the other party is not the best for my son well being and that i had my son all this time til i hired mr. Lopez and not letting me speak to the judge myself. I hired the lawfirm to defend me and my son and instead they got money out of my family and withdrew and without my son. So i had to get a new lawyer who actually cares for my son well being and is fighting for me and actually looks at the proof and hears me out. I hope noone else goes thru what i went thru cause its horrible to pay for ur son to be snatched and then be dropped. God bless everyone.

The Queenan Law Firm was excellent in dealing with our case. Not sure what to expect having never been in an accident before. However our Attorney Carlos at the Queenan Law firm handled our case from start to finish. We were able to recover our losses and our medical expenses. We were quite surprised with what we were able to recover, especially not knowing what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised with our settlement we thought it was more than fair. We were always kept well informed from our attorney and always felt he was fighting for everything we deserved. I spoke with Stephanie about a possible handling of my lawsuit. I furnished the requested police report to her back on 1/22/2018. Ive also called and left 2 messages for a call back and still to this day, nothing. Really? A return phone call would be nice. Just let me know if this firm will handle my request or not. Very bad business. Update: I did get an email response from Kevin Queenan which was sarcastic to say the least. He started it off by saying that I must not be aware of the flu epidemic because Stacey has a son with the flu that has kept her from the office. 3 things wrong with his statement, the first being, who is Stacey? My contact was Stephanie. Second, I guess in getting my flu shot, it has made me insensitive to the epidemic, and thirdly, 3 weeks is still too long to wait for some kind of response from this firm, epidemic or not. And yes, Kevin is an attorney. He did wish me luck though.
