Niki helped me with the sale of my house in Denton, and Im incredibly grateful for all her work! It was my first time selling a home, and I was nervous about the process, but I couldnt be happier with how everything went. She came in with a detailed comparable market analysis, explained the selling process, and patiently answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few, haha). She guided me through the process at every step, gave great advice along the way that ensured a smooth sale, and was always very responsive, keeping me updated regularly and always getting back to me quickly anytime I had more questions. Everything was handled so professionally, from our initial meeting, photos, listing and marketing the house, showings, an open house, fielding offers, negotiations, coordinating repairs, and a quick, smooth closing. So much effort, care, and attention went into it, and Im very grateful to Niki and the REBD team for all their hard work. I look forward to working with them again in the future. I had the fortune of having Hank Trimble as my real estate agent. He was extremely knowledgeable and proficient. Communication was stellar. We appreciated the small things such as having the roof checked after a hail storm without prompting on our end. We used multiple services on their preferred vendor list without issue. Hank Trimble is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He listened carefully to our needs and showed us homes that were close to our choices. He is very thorough in paperwork as well. We just bought a home in Lewisville and worked with Myra. She is wonderful! We sold our home much quicker than we had anticipated and had to find one to buy rather quickly. Myra went above and beyond to help us in our search; even looking at houses for us when we had to go out of town. She kept us involved and up to date with all the purchase processes. Moreover, Niki is very reliable and was always available. She promptly responded to our questions through telephone calls, texts, and emails. By the way, her emails were always very detailed, organized, and well written. Niki is the BEST realtor we have ever worked with!! We were relocating from Tennessee to Texas for work in what had previously been an extremely stressful situation.
