I give it a 1 star for their food delivery. I understand its not the drivers fault, but I ordered 3 pizzas on the 3rd of September. Only received 1. I then called to tell them hey wheres my other 2. I was told they would give me a complete refund. And nothing yet. Today is the 24th. And no refund yet. Just fair warning dont order delivery anymore. Now were on the 30th and no refund yet smh.

Kinda wild that my pizza was burned almost halfway to the center around the entire pizza and when I bring it back to ask for a new one the exact words words we were told was I assure, it is not burnt immediately followed by our oven has been running hot lately . No compensation was offered and essentially they said womp womp. All I wanted was not burned pizza. Will never go to this location again.

THIS WAS HORRIBLE!! Ive come here at least 10 times, but this time, there was a new man working. [Cashier] Thanks to that man with a beard and a ponytail, we waited for at least an hour when we were told 5-10 minutes. We had ordered two pizzas and two crazy breads. After waiting 15 minutes on its own, we noticed a man walk into the store. He ordered one pizza, walked out in less than 5 minutes, and left. We were absolutely astonished by this. We watched him order, and yet he got it faster?! Thats when we went up to the counter and asked about our order that we had been waiting on. The disrespectful employee said with an attitude, Well, SORRY. I called out your name, and that man came up. This really ticked us off, as that was a man, and we had put our name down as an obvious womans name. We even heard that mans name, and it was nothing close to ours. We asked if we could get two already-made pizzas, as we had waited for so long, and the man said, Sorry, but those are other peoples orders; youre going to have to wait. That mans pizza wasnt even done yet. Why do I care about that last part? If you know that, why did you give him our pizzas? We waited for another 15-20 minutes, didnt get any sort of compensation, and as we left the store with our order, that same man said, Just so you know. We dont give free food. What?! All we did was ask for it to be replaced! When did we ask for free food? Wasnt it YOU who gave away 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads to a man who ordered and paid for a single pizza?! The pizzas we got werent even good. For starters, the pizzas werent cut well. One super skinny piece, and then one HUGE piece. Dont get me started on the crazy bread. It was overcooked and had flour all over it. An excessive amount of it. A waste of an hour. Im not coming again. This happened 7/10/24 at around 6:00p.m.

Went inside to order a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread only to have two people come in behind me with similar orders and get them first. Had to approach the person at the counter to ask if my order was ready, and turns out it was and they had set to the side (not in the warmer) and it was already cold which means they had made it and just left it out without telling me anything.

Waited for over 30 minutes for our order which turned out to be WRONG! Called to let them know it was wrong. Their solution... bring it back. Seriously?! Why would we bring it back? To wait another half an hour and listen to the staff complain about customers? They could be overheard using profanity to describe their interaction with a customer AND said next time the customer they were disgruntled about had a complaint about bread they would tell them, bread makes you fat. Maybe thats what customer should expect when all the staff are teenagers and the manager has green hair... Would NEVER return to this place. The service is beyond HORRIBLE.

I scheduled a pickup earlier this week for 8 pizzas at 12:30pm today. I arrived at 12:30 to find one overworked and understaffed employee working as fast as they could to fulfill all the orders they had. There were multiple other customers with pickup orders even earlier than ours still waiting on their orders, and other customers hoping to place orders. We unfortunately had to cancel our order because of our timed event, but are reviewing because the one employee there was working so hard and as fast as they could. They were able to refund us in the middle of trying to complete the work of five employees. Shawn S. deserves to be paid the hourly rate for each missing employee, and also be given a raise. How such a huge corporate establishment could raise the price of their product & only have one person to work the entire establishment on a Saturday, of all days, is disgusting, corporate greed. If you paid your employees a living wage, maybe more people would apply, or maybe even show up for their shift.

I went to this store tonight and the customer(s) were being so rude to the employees about a hot and ready pizza that wasnt hot and ready. It is a Friday and the traffic to the store was crazy. My wait wasnt long and the staff was professional. I am leaving a good review because the older gentleman was giving the staff a hard time and I didnt think it was fair. If the gentleman were to have used the app, I am sure his pizzas would have been hot, and ready. He wanted respect, but gave none. You get what you give I guess. May God bless that man with patience or help him learn how to make his own pizza in future.

These people suck and when you try to help them and give them advice about moving the new person to the back to make pizzas instead of answering the phone ; having people repeat their order and information 3xs !& then asking the customer to be patient that hes brand new? Been waiting 30 minutes and our order wasnt even put in. Then when asked when our food will be ready they say its ready then another second its coming out of the oven 5 minutes later its coming . These people need to be trained first before getting on the phone to speak to customers.

On November 4th I placed an online order under my name Christian G for pickup, I ordered 4 pizzas and a 2 liter Pepsi. I arrive to the location expecting to pick up my dinner I type in my pizza portal code but my pizzas were missing, I ask a employee about the situation and they said someone else had picked up my order, I tell them how is this possible? Apparently the person who picked up my order was a Dasher that somehow got my order, I ask the employees if I they could at least remake my order or issue a refund, they said the can t do nothing they will have to contact corporate on what they can do. Then they tell me I can come later before 10:30 pm for an update I head to the location and still no update. I lost both my dinner and 48.12$ and I m currently waiting on an answer regarding my issue. UPDATE/ Nov 7th still no help neither from the restaurant or corporate, they never get back to you. The employees on this location lie about helping their customers. I m taking further action about this.

Extremely disorganized My pizza was given away when I ordered online to avoid the EXTREMELY LONG WAIT! They do not serve hot and ready pizzas anymore. Thats why Im assuming my food was given away moments after I received the notification that it was ready to pick up. For some ungodly reason this is the only pizza my girlfriend likes. If you arent obligated to get Little Caesars, do yourself a favor and go to the Dominos across the street where they have large pizzas for $7.99 carry out special and you get a $3 tip to be used on your purchase next week. I have wasted 40 minutes of my life trying to get the correct order. I have taken the time to write this review in hopes of saving 40 minutes of your time in your future.

I havent gone to this location in a while because of poor service. This time it looked like there was only or 2 associates working. The guy who took our order was very polite. Placed an order online for delivery at 8:17. Checked the box for Hand it to me, and left a delivery note asking if they had change for a $20 bill so I could give a cash tip to their driver. Received a text message at 8:25 that said theyd be using Door Dash instead to deliver my order. Clicked on the tracking link, its set up as a No Contact delivery (the opposite of what I selected) and due to be delivered at 9:07. ETA kept changing within the tracking link, driver was driving all over the place, didnt receive pizza until 9:32. No knock, just a text saying it was in front of my door. Cant tip anybody now. Food was no longer hot, just a little warmer than room temp. Crazy Bread was white and doughy and barely had any Parmesan, just slathered with butter and way undercooked. Also, they forgot my garlic butter dip. Pizza was pretty good, so not a total waste I guess.

Called in an order an hour an hour and half in advance for a specific time...which I restated 3 times and they said yes no problem. I told them that I had a specific event that this was for and I would not be able to wait so I really needed it to be ready on time. I arrive early and the person but my order time down wrong. Significantly wrong. They were then saying I would have to wait an hour for the food. Im like NO, I called way early and the guy messed up but I need my order. I said I would wait but I need the order asap because its for an event and Im going to be late. I had to wait 40 minutes. I did not get an apology for the mistake either. While I was in store, I saw people with online orders with email confirmations saying the order was ready when it was not. And they had to wait 30 mins or so. So no matter if you order online or call expect to wait longer than the time you wanted to pickup the food. Very bad organization.

I asked for my cheese bread to be cut with tla clean cutter as my family an myself do not eat pork. I watched as they cut a pepperoni then they cut my cheese bread. Worst little Caesar s I have ever encountered. And you cannot even call to talk to someone about your order. Then partner with door dash and it s a recipe for not so hot and kinda ready disaster. Order was supposed to be delivered at one time. Then the updated time had 30 minutes later. We tracked the driver and he was driving all over. Pizza arrived barely warm and the boxes were all warped from being in the box so long. The only thing that came how it is supposed to be is the sauce because that s usually cold. Save your money and go elsewhere. We learned our lesson after giving a second and third chance. Edit: bit into our deep dish. It was deep dough pizza. Totally lost my appetite after that. What a bad experience!! Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and for not checking the pizzas when I picked them up, once I got home noticed I only had gotten one stuffed crust and the other regular crust. Called the store to get a refund for the difference in price and the employee said they could not do it, he claimed people lie. I said I could send photos with photo of receipt but he said to talk to manager. Manager said he could not do it, asked me to come to the store. I told the manager if I have to go to the store, I would keep the the pizza that was not stuffed crust for the inconvenience of driving to the store since it is 30 mins away, manager agreed. I get to the store and speak to Gabriel the manager, if that was his name. He made a new stuffed pizza, kept me waiting for 30 mins to give me the pizza. But before giving me the pizza, a black gentleman said he wanted the old pizza and told him the manager already had approved for me to keep it, I even said you will just throw it in the trash and he said that is the policy, seemed like the black gentleman was the boss of the store and not Gabriel. Gabriel the manager was hiding in the back. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he already had talked to his manager. I asked for his name written down and he declined to identify himself. I think the manager does not manage well to let his employee take control of a situation that could have easily been resolved. The manager finally came out and said give it to him and he finally gave me the pizza without requesting the non stuffed pizza, at that point I was already upset and I decided to give the black gentleman the non stuffed pizza and he got it and the first thing he did was dump it in the trash, as I had predicted he would do. I waisted an hour to go back to the store and let little Caesars employees treat me with no respect. I am a repetitive client but I guarantee you that this will be the last time I spend money with little Caesars. I almost felt like the black gentleman wanted to attack me based on the way he was behaving.

NEW UPDATE MAY 2022: This store seems to be under new management. Food is back to a quality I expect. Wait times are still longer than necessary, but happy to have correctly cooked pizza with actual toppings and regular sized, soft, breadsticks with good flavor. Giving them another chance. Been to this location many times over the past 8 or 9 months and although I have never successfully gotten a hot and redy pizza, the food was usually good even after sometimes waiting 20 or 25 minutes to get it. However today, that was not the case. The food was pretty horrible. The pizza crust was flat, the breadsticks were flat and had no topping, everything was overcooked, the cheese was chewy and tough... I have read other reviews and I have seen some questionable employees in there, but I cant say Ive actually ever had anyone be flat out rude to me. However, I was not thrilled with the young men blaring music in the back a few months ago and today the girl that was running the register went back to help with breadsticks and I saw her handling them with her bare hands. It is clear that this store needs some appropriate management and some employees that actually care about quality. I am glad this particular store is no longer on my route home. 2021 UPDATE: This place has not gotten any better in the past 2 years. We went a few weeks ago and we waited OVER AN HOUR for 2 simple pizzas and 2 breadsticks. OVER AN HOUR!! No joke. Today i ordered ahead. It was supposed to be ready at 8:14. We got there at 8:30 and only one pizza was in our oven slot. Why would they email me and say my order was ready in slot 3 if not even half of it was ready?? So i talked to someone and he said it was in the oven. Fine. I waited outside. I watched 3 employees assembling pizzas and pressing crusts bare-handed. Yuck! On the door was taped a pizza box that said no walk in orders temporarily. And on the window was a sign that said no sauce cups until Tuesday, so we can not hand out sauce. Nice. So i was obligated to order online and pay for sauce that you cant give me. When we got home and looked at the order i was dumbfounded. The breadsticks were thinner than my finger. And the pretzel crust was a total joke!! All it was is a sloppy regular crust with some pretzel salt sprinkled on it. Disappointed AGAIN.

Do not order here. Pizzas are usually under cooked of they are not there generic hot and ready pepperoni. Also the manager refused to give me a refund on my order after charging me for the wrong product and was very rude and one of his employees yelled called me a liar!!! What the heck?! There was no need for that. The manager is just very rude and condescending with every customer when I have been there.

This was a good and bad experience. First time I went I ordered two 5.99 already made pizzas but they didnt have any ready. Instead they had 2 extra pep and chz ones for $1.00 more each. But as I made my way down 35e I noticed that the pepperoni was a bit over done and old looking. I immediately called and spoke to the manager who said he would replace the pizza next time I came in with my receipt. It so happened that I was up there again on Sat 2/19 and sure enough I got two fresh new pizzas from the manager. Good job and good customer service.

Used to love this place until recently. The other day on either the 3rd or 4th i went and got two pizzas. When i got home I gave one to my roommate and I ate the other. The next day we both had coughs and a sore throat. I have social anxiety and dont go out often so nothing else couldve caused us both having the same symptoms at the same time. Our 3rd roommate has none and seems to be fine. I called them today (the 7th) to inform them the Assistant Manager was very nice and seems like they will figure out what to do but definitely dont eat here until they get everything figured out just as a saftey precaution.

Ok so its lil Caesars but this particular store I stop coming to shortly after I moved to denton in 2018. Late last year I decided to try again since its literally a few mins away from me. It was so good and yes I choose it over dominos and pizza hut. Not to saucy and loaded w pepperoni. However, the reason i gave it 4 stars is because lately its too saucy. Actually ill give it 5 because The new manager has a great memory. I once asked for easy sauce and the next time I came in a week later and surely many customers in between he remembered my request of easy sauce. I met the owner a while back and my hats off to him who often worked alone until he could get some real help. The pizzas were always good it was worth the wait. Not all lil Caesars are equal. The incompetence of the manager is beyond belief. They had 9 hot and ready pizzas but he refused to take my order because they were behind. One worker just standing in the back. The owner was working the front counter. He was extremely rude and arrogant. I asked how long it ll be to make 2 cheese pizzas fresh. He pointed to the ones in his warmer oven behind him and said What s wrong with these? He then said I offended him by think his store doesn t have fresh pizza He gave me the two pizza from the warmer oven and I took his word for them being fresh. I literally went into the my truck outside and took a bite and the pizza was not fresh. You can tell its been sitting around for like an hour. The Cheese Pizza is not $5 anymore. Its like $8.00 but it tastes much better than before. I generally order Pizza from Dominos but If I just want a Cheese pizza then I will go here because they have them cooked already. I thought it was very good. Thanks Little Caesars.
