They missed the burgers in the burger combo. Can t make this up. Do not support JIB in this area, they re all very slow and get every order wrong. It took 30 minutes to get my order at a fast food restaurant. The food was all sloppy and fries weren t even filled full. If you respect your hard earned money, go someplace you will actually get your dollars worth. Food is disgusting. Edit - The generic contact us at our generic help line . Hilarious. If you re reading this review it s about time you start looking for another place unless you re trying to be disappointed for your next meal.

Yup, that will probably be my last trip to JiB. The drive-thru wasnt busy, but it was slow. I ordered a Sourdough Jack sandwich and was fairly disappointed. The price for JUST the sandwich was $7.32. No fries, no drink. Just the sandwich. The bun looked and tasted like basic white sandwich bread. Barely toasted, like the might have walked by the toaster to make the sandwich. The meat and dressing were on point for the sandwich itself. But that is about the only positive I have to say about it. Its really depressing how far down our fast food chains have slid over that last several years. The quality has really bombed out. And where some companies made up for quality with quantity have fallen short of that mark as well..

This isnt even about the food that comes out of here. They have the lobby locked from the front and for good reason. We were able to get in from the side entrance and did so because our 9 month old doesnt sit well in long drive thru lines. Inside is....bad, every single ceiling tile looks bloated and like its about to fall. The drink machine didnt work and the vents all have suspicious black spots on them. After this visit we can tell money hasnt been out into the upkeep which concerns us about the quality of the food coming out and we will not be eating here again. Also our order came out wrong

Food was cold and the establishment was pretty poor. Felt bad having to keep going and asking employees for little things that were forgotten on their behalf like ketchup, lids, and the little Deadpool head promo but because there was none of these items up in front. I can understand the little promo item as that s one per customer but it was still inconvenient to ask them about it after they had forgotten it when we had purchased the snack box.

What can I say about this place , the service is horrible the wait time is worse the customer service is nonexistent i waited at the menu and intercom for 15min no one said hello or ill be right with you, no other cars where there i drive up and 2 employees just stare at me through the window I honk my horn and they ask can they help me and I said ofcourse I was waiting patiently at the menu no one greeted me or told me anything and then she seems to cut me off to start taking my order as if she is training someone new walks off and leaves them to finish taking my order, i ask the young lady to repeat the order back to make sure it was correct and it was then she proceeded to tell me to pull up when there are clearly no other cars. and to top it off my order was wrong... worst jack n the box ever, the only reason we go here is bc its the only one smh...idk who owns this place but they need to clean house immediately including management and this is coming from someone who worked at jack n the box in San Antonio for years also in management this place is a fast food joke no kidding jack would not be happy the owner needs to do a secret shopper in drive thru and improve his restaurant and reputation period.

This place is disgusting. Don t even bother. I ve given this place 3 chances and they have absolutely failed miserably. Definitely will not return. So this is the second time with the same results with visits a month apart. I thought they might have improved a bit, guess I was wrong. Super long wait in the drive through with only 3 other cars in front of us. Took over 30 min for us to even be able to order and then another 15 min to get our food. In a drive through that s not good. Of I could ve gotten pt of line to leave I would have, but I was blocked from existing by a line of cars. The food was cold by the time we were served in the drive through, not even lukewarm. Sodas were flat . We had to stop at the gas station to get some drinks to replace the ones that came with our order. To top it all off, it didn t even taste very good after reheating it in the microwave. Just not what it used to be. Especially for $12 a person. They used to be an excellent place to eat, gone down hill tremendously. We will definitely not be back. Vegetarian options: Other than salad there is none that I could see. What isnt great about that? The menu covers burgers Fries, onion rings and my favorite tacos. Sodas to shakes, cheesecake and egg rolls and just about everything in between. Service is. . Well, good. I decided to try the 3-piece egg rolls. I was expecting small (in length and width) egg rolls, but was surprised how large, crispy, hot, and full of cabbage, carrots and another vegetable they were filled with! Definitely rivals local Chinese restaurant egg rolls. JIBs Sweet and Sour Sauce was very good as well. A nice alternative to a hamburger or chicken burger; I will buy this appetizer again in the future. Total price of $5.73 was not bad.
