A very selfish lawyer that indeed is all about getting paid but not earning it and taking advantage of young women that are already beat up but then he does far worse for them . I wished my daughter walked out of his office not hiring him that he would not of walked in the court room when she had not hired a lawyer yet because then she would of been given more time to find a decent human being for a lawyer. It s been almost 2 years and it s still costing her him being the one that represented her .

Save your hard-earned money and steer clear of this firm!! Lets be honest, you cant truly gauge an attorneys capabilities until youre in the courtroom with them. The staff, particularly two women, exude rudeness and an air of arrogance, mirroring Mr. Hill himself. Regrettably, Mr. Hill lacks the diligence required for proper case preparation; he adeptly convinces you that its unnecessary. Despite my case demanding thorough attention and meticulous preparation, he plowed forward recklessly. He possesses no aptitude for professionalism but has the audacity to demand exorbitant fees upfront, all the while keeping you in the dark about his competence. Mr. Hill employs condescending language, projecting an unwarranted sense of entitlement that he mistakes for confidence. I was unable to provide input for my case, such as suggesting preparations or discussing my side of the story. His retorts to my suggestions were consistently dismissive, emphasizing his disinterest in entertaining my thoughts. Id liken his business practices to those of a used car salesman at a buy here, pay here lot. He remains oblivious to modern technologys potential impact, neglecting emails, cell phones, and other tools vital to his profession. Astonishingly, Mr. Hill never inquired about my version of events in my case; when I endeavored to share, he shut me down with a rehearsed spiel, reiterating his lack of interest. After years of working with numerous attorneys, each conveyed the same sentiment, You were seriously mishandled, subsequently offering insights that couldve positively influenced my case. In retrospect, they affirmed that Mr. Hill did more harm than good. Imagine how disheartening it is to have four attorneys voice that opinion. The trinkets on his desk may be deceiving, as I am convinced I could have represented myself more effectively. I provided upfront payment just before my case, which consumed his focus more than my actual needs. Despite his alleged experience, Mr. Hill faltered repeatedly during my case, his silence reminiscent of a deer caught in headlights, all the while eyeing the clock and his wristwatch eagerly in anticipation of his next engagement. Adding insult to injury, I did not receive the outcome my case warranted, underscoring his blatant disregard. His unapologetic exit and evasive avoidance of eye contact further demonstrated his lack of accountability. The only remark he offered while departing was a hurried assertion of his need to attend his next case, leaving me abandoned and bewildered. In hindsight, his departure from my life proved fortuitous. For those considering where to invest their funds, if you seek a professional who genuinely cares, possesses a proven track record through preparedness, and exudes passion for their work, Id recommend conversing with the singing greeter at the Little Elm Walmart. Youll find the practical wisdom that eludes this establishment. Best regards,

Very shady. Biased and not worth a dime to use for any services. Utilized for mediation and he was very biased and pulled some very shady tactics along with be called out in 2 untruthful situations. Wasted many hours of our time and still charged for them. Beware! And to think this individual is running for judge. Completely laughable. No one needs a judge you can t trust or have faith in ruling a fair decision.

Attorney Brent Hill is like that one friend you have, who instead of telling you what you want to hear, tells you what you need to hear. If you are lucky, you understand exactly what I am talking about. This is a well-known quality of Mr. Hill within the Courts in which he practices, and when you walk into that Courtroom with Brent Hill by your side, your representation by him immediately carries that credibility, whether it be criminal or civil, which I can attest to, because I have had to experience both. My representation by Attorney Brent Hill hasn t always been easy. Because of his strong demeanor and directness, I even considered seeking out other council at times; but through it all, I came to understand and appreciate how lucky I was that I hadn t been let go by him. I m now glad neither happened, because I currently retain the attorney I believe to be the absolute best legal representation a person can possess. Brent Hill forced me to become a better client, and in doing so he made me a better person, which ultimately led to better outcomes in both the Courtroom and in my life. Brent Hill doesn t sugar coat things, and you won t always like what he tells you, but if you are willing to set aside your ego and listen to what he says to you, then I can personally attest to you that you are in the hands of the absolute best legal representation attainable.

This man was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. His secretary told me one thing on the phone for me to come in and be able to do and when I got there he said that nobody had told me that. He also didn t take me back to meet with him he made me sit on the couch in the waiting room the entire time why he attended to other people. I have a terminally ill child and was just trying to ask questions about being able to stay in contact with his father who is his client. He then told me he was getting frustrated and needed to go to attend to another client. Never have I been treated so unprofessionally, or this rude by anyone in my life. I do not suggest going to him if you want somebody who would be understanding kind and helpful he told me I was asking 5000 questions and he had another client to go to. What kind of lawyer or defense attorney acts like this?

Brent is an very good attorney. He takes the time to understand what it taking place with your case and then develops a strategy to overcome each hurtle a client faces. Secretary has no compassion for clients. Shes completely rude. Just leads you on lie after lie. Something always comes up with this guy. Hes not serious about keeping you out of jail. Very unsatisfied. Im in law school so please run from this office.

3 years later and I am still paying for the costly errors made by this firm. I went with Brent because he was cheaper, and I should have known better. Several other lawyers have looked over my decree and almost laughed. Save your money and get someone who will aggressively fight for fathers rights. That is NOT this law firm.
