First time coming here. I have jaw pain today which is unusual and it s preventing me from chewing so I was looking for a smoothie and this place was the closest to my house. The person that helped me was very helpful. He helped me by suggesting certain add-ins and it was absolutely delicious. I ll definitely be coming back!

Ive become somewhat of a regularly recently. I personally really like their Flatbreads and Smoothies! I also love that you can get either an apple or a banana as a side, however, the past few times that I have gone my order has been slightly off. One time they forgot my fruit, and another time they forgot my Bacon in my Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread. Sometimes the smoothies can be poorly blended or just taste off. I would be more than happy to give 5 stars if the consistency could be better.

I ve came here about three times and each time I ve loved the smoothies I ve gotten. I recommend the kiwi quencher. I came in later this Sunday and the service this time was really nice. My smoothie was better than usual. Props to the guy who made it.

Smoothies are either great, or not. Never really know which I m gonna get. Half of the time it tastes like straight ice and sweetener and barely looks like a smoothie. Other times it s fine. Got a chia banana boost and there wasn t chia seeds and it looked like a snow cone instead of a smoothie

Terrible service to begin with, extremely rude, no one says good morning, you say good morning, no one answers you. Secondly, I am a consumer. I am a customer there and I am also an Uber worker and I think it is in very bad taste that I am going to pick up the order that my client placed, And when I tried to pick up my customers order, they threw the bag back and grabbed it from me. Until I gave confirmation to the order, I had already given it confirmation, it is in three parts that confirmation is given to Uber orders and I had already given confirmation on two occasions, I was missing the last part and the worker at the place told me She snatches the bag and throws it behind her until I confirm it in her eyes. They are disrespectful.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! I usually come to this location since it s close home I ve never had an issue here but today this lady with glasses around 1:30 pm had a really bad attitude and was rude. ( I ve been to other locations and they re always so nice and friendly.) I was polite to her and said thank you! No response at all it wasn t even busy to be in a hurry, she just slammed the window without even saying anything. I get it we all have bad days but she was clearly not having it.

Had a terrible drive through experience. The person taking the order was the same at the window. Had the worst attitude was so rude. Typically I ll give people grace as everyone has bad days, but this was different. We tried to be so nice at the window and nothing but rudeness. There were more cars in the parking lot so I m assuming other individuals working and hearing her exchanges with customers. We had zero issues with our order, so no complaints on our end to cause her any frustration. She may be a hard worker but, I would not have her doing anything with customers.

Used to be really worth the money since it was about $5.30 and the taste was amazing but now it s gone up to $7.19 for most smoothies AND the smoothies are mostly ice now so NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! This smoothie store offers much more than just smoothies. Firstly their smoothies are EXCELLENT, using actual fruit (several options) and/or veggies, which are delivered in high quality styro-cups by mostly young and friendly humans. Additionally the food offerings are very tasty, fresh and at a decent value. The inside of the store is ordinarily clean, including the restrooms, which makes it more inviting to hang out awhile. I suggest you go get your cold and delicious smoothies here and try a bite to eat when hungry for a lighter lunch.

It s a hit or miss with tropical smoothie. Just sad that most of the time the drinks taste like water. I ordered my usual and I won t finish it as it just taste like mushed water. I wish I could get a refund or a remake along my avocado toast that barely had avocado. For $31 dollars I could ve had a better meal elsewhere.

Visited on a couple occasions to find slow service each time. The workers were very friendly, but the manager was all business. The entire crew seemed to be focused on a catering order rather than working on individual orders. I can relate to the priority struggle. Side note the catering van was in the mobile order parking spot. The food was good and the smoothie was worth the wait. Yummmm!!! Definitely potential here!

Tried the flatbreads and was pleasantly surprised with the flavor. We had the Chicken Pesto Flatbread and the Chipotle Chicken Club. Both had great flavor. Wished the flatbread was filled more with the toppings though as we had more bread ratio to toppings. The location was currently out of bacon so we didn t get the full flavor profile of the Chipotle Chicken Club.

I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie Cafe and the staff. Everyone s so friendly and welcoming. I go there everyday for my Lean Machine Smoothie and I m obsessed with it. I ve also eaten the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread and the Snickerdoodle cookies and you won t be disappointed. Because I go daily they ve gotten to know what I want when I drive up and that starts my day off great. I ve also ordered it on their app and we always get it when promised. Normally I would 5 stars but Not on this visit. I ordered through the app, but mistake . The restaurant opens up at 8AM but I couldnt pickup my order until 8:20. When I walked in no one welcomed me, it took several minutes before any knew I was even there. It was like they were still opening up. None of the computers screen were turned on. And eventually an employee asked, Can I help you? I told them I was there to pick-up an order. It wasnt even ready, so I had to wait for an 5 more minutes. It makes no sense if your restaurant opens up at 8AM , why wouldnt you be prepared for your customers? I ordered the Southwest Wrap. It was Absolutely Nasty. It was a ton a spinach just thrown in the wrap, the chicken didnt taste done and was hard to chew. The whole experience was Terrible.

Im all-over the place on this one but I havent had their food but have bought at least 20 smoothies there for myself and family members. The majority of their smoothies are honestly lacking in taste. Our families favorite the MangoBerry cosmo which was my families favorite is now gone. The consistency of the smoothies is a little more icy than say Smoothie King but this is not a bad thing- now they need to try Smoothie Kings smoothies and duplicate their tastes. In my opinion when someone orders a Smoothie they may want to provide a small sample of another type of Smoothie at the window to try to entice customers back. Their food reviews appear to be fairly solid so I will check out their grub in due time.

I have sat at this drive through for an HOUR. I am still in it. I ordered ahead. Please just know if you have low gas your car might die here. On a side note they screwed up both of the sandwiches but I felt it better to leave at that point.

I really like most tropical smoothie locations, but the denton off of university drive has pretty bad service. The last 3 times I went there, they messed up my avocolada smoothie (adding banana which is not one of the ingredients). When asked about it, the employees acted as though bananas were part of the ingredients but clearly are not. Also, when I got the pesto chicken flatbread, the chicken was still cold. I also had the thai chicken wrap and was charged for a thai chicken salad. The wrap was also like 80% lettuce and a little chicken. Overall, not impressed with location. I plan on going to the other locations instead.

Today, was my first visit to the Cafe. The staff were warm and welcoming and the menu was amazing. The Avocolada Smoothie was sensational, as was the Hummus Veggie Wrap. Yum! The Cafe is meticulously clean with ample indoor/outdoor seating. And, you cant help but notice that they are busy, busy, busy with a line of cars wrapped around the building. ordered the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap as a first-time customer. the food was delicious and the employees were polite, which is why i gave 3 stars. my primary complaint isnt necessarily with this location or its employees, but its with the menu length (so more of a corporate issue). for a fast food restaurant, the menu is ginormous, and when youre sitting there with so many options, it can be very overwhelming and time-consuming for customers, especially when theyre new. its called Tropical Smoothie Cafe after all, so why are the smoothies overshadowed by the gargantuan list of sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, salads, etc.? they could remove half of the items and there would still be a variety of options to choose from. also you can barely read the menu at the drive thru because the print is so small from cramming all these options onto the board. id suggest looking up their menu prior to going there to save yourself the headache from squinting lol also (this is probably because this is a new location), but the line was very slow and there were only a few cars. im sure this will improve, but that also was a little aggravating.

Ordered a beach bum with white chocolate and a chicken pesto flatbread (no parm or tomato/ add lettuce) and a side of the jalapeño corn! It s all amazingly delicious and wasn t expensive either!
