Called to get a permission form notarized and her response was you should go to the bank, I dont understand what you want after I literally told her that I was taking my son out of the country and need my husbands permission. Waste of time!

This lady just called my house, Im assuming because our loan company set up the appt and she was calling to confirm. She spoke too fast, didnt explain who she was and was very short and rude. Im sorry, someone I dont know coming to my house to sign documents with private information needs to sound a little more professional. I was confused by the whole Dr. and appt thing and when I said Im sorry, did you say doctor? she was very rude with her response, just doesnt make any sense as a notary so she could have explained that better. Then said Monday and I said no the 25th and she said whatever, I dont have a calendar, Im like well thats in just like 2 days, its not that hard to figure out, she said, yeah again I said I dont have a calendar. Okay....still...its in 2 days lol. Wish I could give less stars.

This lady is super rude and hangs up in your face. I will definitely not recommend anyone to her. She treated me as though I called her personal phone to intentionally disturbed her knowing she was closed. Before you treat people unkind you should definitely update your website hours because according to your site you are open today until 8pm. If I could rate her professionalism negative 5 stars I definitely would

Its Sunday afternoon, and I have to get a Power of Attorney signed before Monday. Dr. J met us a a location at 6pm on Sunday and told me what to bring to the meeting so that there wouldnt be any delay. At the location she verified my document and corrected a few errors. She performed her work with complete professionalism and a smile. Would definitely recommend for future. Thank you.

If you ever need any type of notary in the Dallas area, I recommend going to Dr. J. She has extensive experience (over 20 years) and is very professional. She was able to answer all of my questions pertaining to what sort of identification I need and what steps I need to follow in order to ensure I receive an accurate notary. She is easy to get in contact with and is very flexible and prompt. I would recommend Dr. J to anyone needing a notary and the best thing is that she will come to you!
