A burger place with workers that are just there because it is their job. They arent in a hurry. They arent fast. They arent organized on how the orders will finish out. You order, they cook. They dont care that hot dogs finish faster than burgers do. They just wrap it and pack it and let the food sit until the rest of the order is done. Looks like it takes a couple of people to make sure orders are correct before they call your name. Patty melt is a cheeseburger with an upside down bun-very disappointing!

Would ve loved to try this place but they refused to let us stay and eat 20 mins before closing. 5 hungry kids had to wait. Then they turned off the sign 12 mins before they are supposed to close. I thought places were open till the closing time. Guess not anymore. Losing their owner money. Sad.

First time at Mooyah. 10/10 sweet potato fries and my lettuce wrapped double diablo was the best burger Ive bought in quite awhile, which was definitely a treat these days where quality is lacking and prices are rising. Ordered two burgers with gluten free buns via Ubereats and unfortunately I took a bite only to find that both of our gf buns had mold on them! I was super disappointed- I called the restaurant to speak with a manager about my experience and to explain that the buns were moldy- before even mentioning that the buns were gluten free, he asked me if they were gluten free as if this is may be a common occurrence? They were unable to process a refund for me nor did they offer anything else. Not sure how they store their gluten free buns but it caused enough concern that I m worried to go back

The manager who is the cook is incompetent. Called and informed her when I got home that the burger had cheese when I specifically ordered a burger with no cheese. Instead it turns into an argument because she DID NOT want to apologize. Then I have to drive to the restaurant the same day because she wouldn t write my name down just so I could get the correct burger made. I drove there and the actual manager was nice and apologized because he knows the customer is right. Then the skinny black girl just threw my food on the counter to me. It s sad that you treat another black woman myself that way. I was never disrespectful to anyone in the store before or after or during that phone call. I hope the manager sees this and has a blessed week.

Clean, and usually always have room for us to sit. Never been there when its completely packed. My boyfriend and I usually share a small frie with our burger because its enough to share for two people. Great food. Almost always tasty. Once in a while you get an issue. Maybe the food might be too cold, slightly soggy buns, but that may be due to the fact that I take my order to go and by the time I get to my destination, the greasy flavors of the dish have soaked into the meal. We patronize this establishment at least twice a month. Never had an issue with the food service until today. I ordered 3 build your own burgers and 2 fr. Fries and a soda. The cashier who took my order and on the receipt it states 3 burgers with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onion string and American cheese. It was a takeout order. When we got home the burgers were burnt and had no lettuce, no tomatoes and maybe a 1/2 teaspoon of mayo on the top bun. The fries were cold and some were so hard we couldn t even chew them. And on top of all that I left a $10 tip because the food is usually great. So I visited this location on Sunday 3/31/2024 @ 11:43a. Order #AAA87L6AACAJ. Tonigh I experienced my first issue with this restaurant. I am an Uber driver and went in to retrieve an order when I was told that it wasn t in the system. I relayed the message to my customer whom asked if someone else had picked it up, and the slim black girl with an afro very passive aggressively told me it had never been in the system and that s why the other driver dropped the order. Her attitude was very poor even though she tried to hide it behind a fake smile it was obvious she was irritated. The short, Hispanic girl who was cleaning the dining area immediately stopped cleaning just to come stare in my face as if waiting for a problem. When i left out I saw the black girl pointing towards my vehicle and talking to the Hispanic girl while rolling her neck and other obvious attitude like gestures. I then went back in to retrieve another order when the Hispanic girl called out to her while I waited and they gave each other a look. If there had been any altercation I would be able to understand the attitude but to automatically have an attitude over something out of my knowledge was completely unprofessional.

12/18/23 update: 5 stars!! Full staff working, all very nice & professional. Excellent food as always. Restrooms were clean and smelled great! Keep it up yall! LOVE LOVE LOVE these burgers and fries!!! The service at this location is always good, sometimes slow as there can be only 1 person working, but they have always be polite, helpful and eager to get orders done right.

Had the wonderful opportunity to meet the owner today. We had a brief conversation and he shared how some people wrote unkind reviews and that he read ALL reviews both good and bad. I commented that they (the negative reviewers)had probably never worked in a customer service position. He didn t share that he was the owner and the only way I know he was the owner was by asking a staff member. When I saw him a second time he was wiping down tables. I can t recommend Moo-Yah burgers highly enough. This gentleman truly has a servant heart . I did notice they were seeking additional staff, I suspect that it would be a great opportunity for anyone that is willing to learn and to work. Great food and great service !!!

Ordered pick up. The burgers are great. They re smash burgers, which I prefer anyway. Fries were also good. Parking: Plenty of free spots to park.
