Very friendly, excellent food creations, great drinks. Has an upstairs open air bar area if you want to check it out. Stairs to go up if you want up there. I didnt see an elevator but I wasnt looking. Nice view from the upstairs bar. Definitely recommend going

My family and I went here for my daughters 9th birthday last weekend. The food was great, but this one employee really just pushed the limits with our seating. We asked to be upstairs, which we were able to. We got upstairs and wanted to enjoy the beautiful view of the square, and you know where she put us? INSIDE. We then asked to be outside, and she said there wasnt a table available. My husband then glanced over and found an empty table as the employee rolled her eyes. Apart from that, the food was great!

The food is always good but DO NOT BRING your infant as they make a stink over even SMALL strollers to which stuck out FAR LESS than their unsafe infant seating and make you leave it elsewhere. Baby items are too expensive to just leave willy nilly about. Not sorry.

Possibly the best burgers in Denton. They have live music/bands on certain dates. (Check online for band specifics) The inside is decorated with celebrity photos and art. I suggest upstairs seating for a slightly different perspective than ordinary ground floor view. The menu will surely have something for everyone. Not a low cost option however and it can get crowded. Be prepared for a bit of a wait on Friday, Saturday nights and holidays. I do recommend this place for special occasions mostly (unless you are independently wealthy - in which case can you make me a loan?) Parking: This restaurant is right in the middle of the South side of Denton Town Square. Street parking gets filled quickly and often. Free parking just two blocks east past the Wells Fargo bank.

Ordered the Psychedelic an asked for grilled onions,got jalapeños instead,my husband asked for a Waylon double and was charged $8 for extra patty an 3 for extra cheese to make a double burger. That is ridiculous price for those things. The atmosphere wasnt good either. Play heavy metal music which made hard to try an have a conversation. Will never go back,over priced an staff needs improvement

I love this place. It has the best burgers, but my favorite is their handmade turkey burgers!! They have always given the best service. However, the day we went, our waitress was not doing her best. Had to wait a good 5 mins before we got our drink order. Had to keep asking for refills at one point, I had to go to the bar for refills. She only came to take our order, brought our food, and checked us out. I was not happy with her service. When we got our food, it looked like we got the end of the fries. Lots of small pieces. I dont complain about the food bc it is really amazing. I guess that day was their off day.

First visit here since our son goes to college there. Welcomed at the door and everything was perfect from that moment on! Eric was our server and he was so friendly and even told us about some local attractions and gave some advice. He was great! Refills on drinks, quick to check on us! The food was incredible. Burgers were superb and the Parmesan herb fries were so good! We also tried the brisket queso and chips. The vibe was fun. We sat indoors in a booth upstairs. When its cooler we will try the outdoor upstairs. We will be back for sure!

To be honest I was surprised by the taste of the place. I dont know what they do to the meat but it has a very good texture and flavor I really liked the dishes, I was pleasantly surprised by the ipa beer on tap, the cocktails were acceptable, the desserts are not bad at all, the portions are generous and enough for an average appetite The only thing that bothered me is that the noise level is incredibly high, after a while it makes you dizzy and prevents you from talking.

I just went today,8/18/24, as we were helping my daughter move into UNT. Extremely hungry and thirsty after a long weekend. My burger was luke warm. Other food, fries and chicken strips, the same. Beer was not cold at all. I ate my burger as not to cause a seen while visiting with my daughter. I told our waiter about my burger and she said she would tell the manager. No other response and no word from the manager. I told another waiter while leaving I would not be back. He didn t care either. There is plenty of of places to visit, just not here.

This burger bar scores with a cool rock atmosphere and creative burger creations. The American Hero Burger offers a typically American experience with mac and cheese and good meat - even if the meat was a bit dry, the overall taste was convincing. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent and attentive service. However, the prices are quite high, perhaps a bit too high for what is on offer.

I used to love this place, but unfortunately I went to eat here yesterday around 3:30pm and the server who was working our table stole an additional $12 from an apple pay tip. I gave the server $10 in cash instead on a $40 bill. A damn good tip, I paid with apple pay because I am concerned about card fraud in general, and when I initiated the apple pay from my phone, I forgot to tap no tip since I gave the server cash instead. Knowing this instantly, I got up from the table and told the server directly to make sure that no tip was applied on the apple pay device and we left assuming the server did that. Found out later last night that there was an additional $12 charge ($52 total). The $52 posted to my account that the server initiated, and an additional $12 tip on top of the $10 in cash that I already gave him. I called management and they re in the process of refunding me the difference, however the manager was nonchalantly going to have a talk with him. Are you going to fire him?! You re lucky I don t file a complaint with the BBB. The server didn t think I was going to notice an additional $12 charge from my account, you re mistaken!!! I will never come back to this location again and the one in the Colony, I will also tell all of my friends and colleagues to not ever come back here! Because you all handle fraud so poorly!!!

Way overpriced for what you get but the real reason I give them a 1 star is because the waitress brings the check over and breaths down your neck when they hand you the little computer to decide what to tip them. How about pay your waitstaff a decent wage so they aren t forced to pressure your customers into tipping before they have a chance to think about the amount. If you want an excellent burger go here! And if you would like to brush up on your music intelligence go into their bathroom for a unique learning experience in music ! Fitting since UNT offers one of the best music schools in the country and is very close by. There s an upstairs seating area with a second bar including elevator towards the back for easy access for those who might need. The staff are attentive and friendly. But best of all is the food. I ve been here several times and the food is consistently delicious! Why I keep coming back. Can t decide which of their extensive beer offerings to try? Get a flight! Reasonable prices on food and beverages. Great location on the square. Fantastic uplifting atmosphere. Good for lunch or dinner. There were two of us eating and we split a flight. Vegetarian options: Meat free burger available. Sounded like a really good option. And now I m hungry thinking about that offering! Parking: Handicap parking close to front of LSA. Since parking is available on the street and on the square depending on what time you stop by depends on how difficult parking can be. We ve never had an issue. Perhaps went around the block once. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. There s an elevator if you choose to be seated up stairs and the restrooms (upstairs too) are space accommodating. Perhaps more room for wheelchair upstairs when busy. Ive been going here since the doors opened, and before when it was Denton Co. Hamburgers.... I havent been back in about 8 years it seems? Massive improvements!!!! Very happy with how they did the roof top..... You know, the years it opened I used to know a guy who ran it ... And way back we were drinking on the roof and talking about pretty much what you have done. Its amazing Lexi is a great waitress, her skills stood out to me, I never sat dumbfounded wondering where she was, or waiting for another beer in other words. My wife and I had a great date night, we got todo the sunset cheers and watched the sunset over Downtown Denton.... Its a beautiful thing We ate burgers and those awesome garlic Parm fries!!! This is 5 star burgers and fries.... I ate the Los Lonely, which I expected to be more spicy... But wasnt mad cause of the combined flavor. My wife ate the Waylon w/Havarti, and we were both happy campers looking at the beautiful sunset.....

We have an odd diet as a family because some of our littles have food allergies and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was ok - down to whether their chips were made from flour or corn (their corn tortilla chips) and GF bun options etc. We appreciate management there hiring guys like him who, in his words, love his job. We can tell, and greatly appreciate his service. Vegetarian options: Have a few vegetarian plates but we only get their black bean burger because the recipe is so delicious we never want to try anything else. We have been to LSA many times, but this time was exceptional. Our server, Cole, was fantastic. Very friendly, answered every question with enthusiasm, and just great to chat with. Also gave my husband chicken tenders on his burger (you won t regret it)! Will definitely be coming back and asking for him by name.

Burgers, fries, sandwiches, and salads. They do have alcohol menu as well. We were on the 1st floor there is a stair that you can go to the outdoor seating area. Nice place to catch up with friends. Parking: If you come in during lunch hour, it will be difficult to find parking. You have to park a couple of blocks away and walk to this restaurant.

The staff here is always so lovely, but I was already worried about the owners treatment of them after what Ive heard. Now theyve removed the large fry order which means the wait staff will have to carry multiple small trays which just seems cumbersome. Personally disappointed the Nora is gone from the menu and I wish theyd join some other food and drink businesses on the square and have the discount for those who work on the square with them but thats just a request. The food is fine, burgers are nice but a little overpriced, the fries and other appetizers are amazing though! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns will absolutely fall apart but the they have them. Id recommend the lettuce wrap but its about as hard to eat, it doesnt cost extra. Its nice there are options though! Kid-friendliness: The staff has been so nice to me when Ive brought in the kids and they really enjoy the food.

Would have given 5 stars for Great customer service and the most outstanding burger I have ever tasted, very juicy and fresh but the seating and roominess is lacking very much. Very compact,, dude sitting behind me shoved me into the table twice. Would definitely recommend just be careful how youre seated.

Burgers and garlic parmesan fries were so good. Burger patties thick and juicy. Vegetarian options: They have vegan food options. Parking: Historical downtown area in Denton. Parking was limited, but there are lots of parking spots in the area. Kid-friendliness: Upper deck patio with murals on the outer walls. Spacious for kids. Atmosphere really nice.
