If you use the bathroom, watch out !! Both gender bathroom commodes are Opposite the wall and when someone gets off on the others side your side goes down and you think your going to hit the floor ..!!! If someone gets on the other side you think you will hit the ceiling

Stopped by for bottled water and restroom but the restroom was closed. Unfortunately I decided not to make any purchases since I will have to stop elsewhere to use the restroom. Might as well make a purchase where the restroom are available to their customers

Nothing is more welcoming than pulling into a gas station after driving for hours and being told you cant use the bathroom because the employees dont feel like cleaning it.

Kav, Charles, The lady that does register in the mornings all of them I cant think of all there names right now. But they were always awesome to me and other in need of help around there. This area/neighborhood doesnt exactly REEK SAFETY (according to reviews) as there is business, traffic and the down and out. HOWEVER as absurd as THIS MAY ALL SOUND; I had to make good for an overnight in my ride in the parking lot. It was quaint and peaceful being there and somewhat rather adventurous as semi trucks drove in; delivery and fueling. I parked to the side. OUT OF THE WAY and was at PEACE Not a soul cared... Restrooms are reliable and yes; the hectic busy area can be quite sketchy. RACETRAC RACEWAY

Management, and employees do nothing about the dozens of homeless people in the back up their building creating trash and litter everywhere every single day. Polluting the environment furthermore. Went inside today to get a soda, as I was leaving I saw a homeless person peeing on the back of the building. And another littering on the ground. Discarding their signs and trash on the ground into the grass. It s a shame. They sit there all day creating trash and makes me feel uncomfortable every single time I go in. Staff does nothing about them. I will not be going to this gas station ever again. Mind you I have been coming to this station for years. Something needs to change. Racetrack needs to do better. Update: Still more and more homeless at racetrack. Peeing on the back of the building. When is anything going to change? This is disgraceful.

This racetrack is absolutely disgusting. First off, I ve been approached by 4 homeless people today while filling up gas. They all sit in the back of the station all day, drinking, peeing on the building. It s absolutely disgusting. Racetrack needs to have the police department come and CT all of them. They litter, completely disrespect the environment. I can not believe how bad it s getting in Denton. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE HOMELESS LIVING AT THE BACK OF YOUR BUSINESS. I will never come back to this station ever again.

Went into this gas station this morning to see 5 homeless people in the back of the store. Two approached me and asked for money. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention, I have brought this up to the employees multiple times, as they have not done anything to fix the problem. I have also seen them litter right on the ground, as they continue to disregard the environment. Racetrack needs to do something about the homeless staying at their business. I will not be coming back to this location ever again.

Looks like the employee just sits out in the parking lot in her car playing on her phone at 11:00 at night with a sign on the door saying closed. I sure hope they don t pay people a whole shift just to sit out in their car & watch people continuously walk up to the door & read her closed sign.

I work at this location. We are allowed by company policy to close the store down anytime that there is only one staff member per shift. We do our best but if there is a staffing shortage...this is beyond our control.

Great place friendly staff.. One thing i dont understand was at 11:30pm why there is a sign on the door that says closed for cleaning till 5:30am and one person in the store but she was on her phone.. And not a single person cleaning for our covid 19 saftey. Not exactly a big store so why does it take 6 hours to clean? One if you building front is see through, you should be doing as the sign said not on your phone. Two covid isnt a joke so take it seriously. And. Three s just seems like a loss of bussiness for 6 hours while employees get paid to be on social media

Unbelievable you go in for lotto tickets and tell the clerk you want 5 draws for powerball and 10 draws for Texas lotto. So what does she do she gives you the same numbers for the draw on Saturday for each one. Really!! Why on earth would I want the same Numbers 10 times for one draw and 5 times for the other?? And then they would not fix the problem!!

Will likely never go there again. I stopped for gas. The pump wouldnt read my card so I pushed the call button on the pump. I looked at the store and they were looking out at me but no response. I moved to another pump and again, the pump wouldnt read my card. I pushed the call button again for help. No response - again just looking out the window. I even had someone on the another pump try to help me while the staff inside the store watched. I finally went inside thinking it was a problem with my card. There were about 5 people who worked there standing around talking. There were only a few customers at the pump so certainly not busy. When I told the guy behind the counter what happened, he said Yeah...we should really put a sign out there. We have 3 pumps that are not working. You can pay inside if you want, WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.
