When I get home after they clean, the sinks and floors are spotless, the smell is fantastic, they take out the garbage, there are fresh linens, and they kindly leave stickers and notes that brighten my home. Rhonda came over Monday morning and she was AMAZING! We had just decluttered all weekend and our house was filthy! We have a dog with a double coat so as you can imagine, there was a ton of hair everywhere. Long story short, our house is the cleanest it has ever been. Talking to Stephanie for our quote and setting the appointment was a smooth and easy process. I felt no judgment for my house s embarrassing state and I highly recommend these ladies to anyone that needs their home clean!

All of their staff members have handled themselves professionally and efficiently, and Monica and Brittany did not disappoint!! OMG! I decided to try Stress Free Cleaning Services, and if I could give Jennifer and Marian 10 stars I would! These ladies went beyond my expectations! My house looks amazing! I used this service for over a year. They would come once monthly. In the entire year I only had the same cleaner come twice. Ever time I would ask for the same cleaner each month but they couldn t help me. The last time I complained about wanting the same cleaner, they texted me and canceled my cleaning for the month. They said they had a callout whatever that means. They said they would call and reschedule but I haven t heard from them and it s been one week. This is not a good way to run a business and treat your customers. Very unprofessional.

I ve never used this service so I can t speak on how well they may clean houses. I m sure it s excellent. But I can speak on the person who did my interview. Stephanie I believe is her name. She was very condescending and very rude. Very eager to pry into your life and pass judgement. I spoke on something that made me feel uncomfortable and she belittled me for it. Overall not a very kind lady. Very hard on workers. Whom should be treated with kindness and respect as well. Edit: I am unsure how to contact you and do not wish to speak to you if you are the person who interviewed me. She literally told me we don t matter. All that matters is the customer.

Between work, meals, meds, and life, housework seemed to be last and therefore almost always a hit or miss (mostly miss). I called Stress Free Cleaners after given a healthy recommendation. The ladies do a wonderful job and even take the time to explain things to mom several times while they are there. The house is spotless, smells, good, and the beds are done. Where do I even begin. First off the owner Stefanie is absolutely wonderful. Her and her crew cleaned our townhome from top to bottom, we were so impressed with her services. Then we moved to a new house and wanted it cleaned top to bottom before we unpacked. The crew put their everything into the home and cleaning it, then one of the girls even went as far as putting our daughters bed together for her. This cleaning service comes every two weeks and I can t wait for them to get here. The ladies are always on time and get right to work. They clean everything, they even move my furniture to clean under it. They re also super nice & very professional.
