My waitress was beyond amazing attentive this review is being left due to the manager and the bartender. As a former bartender myself I would prefer my waitress coming asking question Before ordering a customers drink so I would not have to remake the drink, I walked past the bar my waitress asking the bartender questions about my drink which I asked her to ask to hear the bartender being rude annoyed and just horrible customer service the food that is the next issue when should a salad come hot and cheese melted on it beyond ridiculous the manager needs to retrain his bartender because had my bartender acted like she did I would have let her go the back kitchen staff need to be retrained, this restraint was not busy the bartender was walking back and fourth tossing cherry in her mouth being bored wait staff standing around this place needs to be retrained or a new manager placed

I didn t eat very rude server was if I have any option to give no star I ll definitely give to that lady I asked a question and she you have to have full order to get your reward for child and salsa I told her I can t eat large ful entree so she was like no we can t do that I was like I go to other chili s they do but she was like no you have to get full entree so rude way to saying it was not that I was not ordering food but I ll tell friends not to go to this particular location :(

Prior to COVID, we used to order from this Chilis location at least once a month for a weekly staff meeting at our healthcare office. This is our first time to order since the pandemic subsided, and it was a pretty disappointing experience. We ordered platters online to serve 16 for an office meeting. We scheduled curbside pickup and no one came outside when I arrived for pick up even though the parking signs say Sit tight, someone will be out soon. I went into the restaurant to get our order and no one offered to help carry it out - there were two employees standing at the counter and no other customers but me. Got the food back to the office only to discover that our House Salad party platter bowl was filled halfway, and the two Triple Dipper party platters we ordered were definitely not as generous as they used to be. Previously we could order three party platters plus a house salad to feed 25-30 people and always had more than enough. The price has increased on these platters as well. Im not writing this to completely trash Chilis - the food is still great - but to warn anyone who is ordering party platters from this restaurant to be aware that youre not going to get the amount of food that you used to and youre definitely going to pay more for what you do get! We wont order again from this restaurant for our staff meetings.

Great food, great atmosphere, and theyre willing to work with my Gluten intolerance. Unfortunately their gluten friendly menu is very small. There is about 5 dishes total in their Guiltless Grill. However they have no issues with me bringing in a Gluten Free burger bun and I just order one of their burgers without a bun. So if youre gluten intolerant like me and you dont mind assembling your burger a bit, its a great place to eat at. Or if you get in before 4 PM you can indulge in the Bottomless Soup, Salad, and Chips. Just be sure to get the baked potato as its the only gluten free soup they got, and ask for no Croutons on your Salad. Another option if youre doing the thee 3 for me deal, and youre not in the mood for burgers, is to order the Quesadilla plate and ask to exchange the flour Tortillas with cornflour Tortilla chips. Heck Id recommend that even if youre not gluten intolerant. Seriously try it. Dietary restrictions: This location is willing to cater to those with Gluten intolerance and Celiac disease. Just remember to bring your own gluten free buns. Theyre willing to work with you.

My sister and I got there late around 10 pm. I just got of the hospital. I could barely walk my legs were very swollen and they hurt. We asked to be close to the bathroom because of the medicine I was taking I had to urinate a lot so they opened a table in a station that was closed. The waiter was awesome and the food was delicious. It was a great experience. I cant wait to go back again. Parking: Found a close spot by. Also the ribs quesadillas and chipotle chicken was awesome. When I walked into the restaurant Jacob made me feel warm and welcomed. I have never, even at a 5 star establishment, felt this way. It made me realize I had something missing in my life, and that missing something was seeing Jacob giving his all serving us. Never in my life have I seen such a beautiful, hard working person. Such outstanding work, words cannot explain how much I love Jacobs work at this establishment. I love Jacob, and this kid deserves the world, for his hospitality and hard work ethic, not just for us but for the people around us. We love Jacob.

I have visited this location several times prior to this review. My last experience is why I felt compelled to leave this review, with evidence. First and foremost, the food was hot and tasted great, also my drink was very delightful (hence the 3 stars). The negative and unfortunate thing is that, after asking for a side of lemons to put in my water, I found a piece of hair in the cup (see first picture). I informed the waitress and she looked at it and said oh I m sorry about that and walked away quickly, without taking the lemons away or offering to bring more. This is how I was able to capture the picture. I have no hair on my head thus I knew it was not mine. I d recommend just being observant of your food and drinks as this could happen to you. Not a bad location at all and things do happen. I get that. However, the response from the waiter was not up to par. I could have been offered more lemons for my water and the cup could have been taken away immediately instead, I had to look at it while consuming my food and beverage.

Where has the customer service industry gone? Big chain restaurants treat you like youre a burden if youre a big party. They give you a completely over exaggerated wait time in hopes youll just leave. The service is never good, constantly forgetting things and sometimes your wait staff is gone for long periods of time nowhere to be found. Big parties are exactly that, a big party. Theyre usually out celebrating and will tip big if you take care of them but Chilis for some reason doesnt seem to understand that concept.

The food is usually pretty good here, but this last time my partner went and ate here, the food was just alright. Everything was way too over-seasoned (fries, chicken, quesadillas, corn), and it felt heavy. The desert was delicious. The service was mediocre. It was just overall okay. Cant expect too much for a Chilis, though, I guess. Ill probably eat here again for the chicken quesadillas. Just hope they arent so overly seasoned next time.

I will say when you go in person, it s amazing. But when you order online from either their app or from DoorDash, They always get my order wrong. The integrity of their staff is concerning low. It shouldn t be on DoorDash that my order is wrong, It should be on the person who packed my order . It doesn t matter if I get reimbursed or not what matters is the principle of me spending $80 for two meals and them getting the order wrong every time. And every time I call the Store for the manager, they put me on a ridiculously long hold (even when its not busy) . I ordered to go and went inside to get my food and 3 managers surrounded me and attempted to intimidate me while telling me that I was permanently banned from the establishment because apparently my ex girlfriend saw me and she works there and she is uncomfortable with me being there. Keep in mind I m married now and we dated in high school so no reason to be uncomfortable with me but I also found out she has lied to her high ups and told them I have been harassing and stalking her. So my husband and I love chilis wings, and this chilis is right down the road , and it just so happens that his ex gf he dated when he was 16 which he s almost 20 mind you, works there and she s so beyond immature that she literally got my husband surrounded by the managers to get him banned because she s uncomfortable by him? While 1 star reviews are generally over exaggerated complaints, mine is a built up accumulation of mediocre and bad experiences. The to-go service is horrible, my food has been cold upon receipt more often than not and I do not have to travel far to reach this location. Service inside the restaurant has dwindled, you have limited interaction with the servers/waitstaff and are expected/encouraged to leave an 18% or more tip on the automated payment machines. Pretty soon I imagine theyll have us placing our orders on there as well while still expecting a generous tip. To be clear, I have no problem tipping for good service but I do when all you do is the equivalent of a sonic car hop.

Eventually my order came out & waitress brought me no utensils or napkins. When I asked for some steak sauce I was given a nearly an empty bottle of it. At that point I simply just paid my bill as it was under $20 & went to eat at high dollar Mexican restaurant down the street & was given much better quality of service for my money. If you want mediocre service go here but if you value the services for your money I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

This is a solid Chilis. Always clean with plenty of TVs to watch whatever game is on. Queso was spot on as always but REALLY hate that they got rid of their original chicken crispers. Burger was average and have never been a fan of their fries. Also, this location will not toss your wings in certain sauces. Manager said they are too busy. I call it laziness!

Great all around. It was new years and a Sunday, still top notch service. I think the only thing missing were the lids for the to-go bowls. But the server brought us cup lids, a roll of tape and offered up advice on transport of the iffy configuration. I wish I could remember the girls name that took care of us, she really was great.

If you know me, you know Chilis is a lifestyle more than just a restaurant. Since moving to the DFW area I have been looking for my home base Chilis and this one takes the cake! My food has always hit! Soda is always carbonated and perfect. I always sit in the bar area and Maddy and Davena have always taken care of me. My drinks are always full, the queso is always out quick. Best service I ve ever had a chilis.

The food was great, as usual. Our server wasn t as attentive as I would have preferred, but he was ok. The chicken bacon avocado lunch special sandwich was more than sufficient to satisfy an appetite, but it came with fries, and an order of soup- I selected Tortilla Soup. My lunch partner ordered the triple appetizer and had about half of hers leftover to go. Always a pleasure to eat at Chili s Parking: Plenty of open parking. Went to Chili s last night for dinner about 7 PM. It wasn t too packed. Food was trash! My southwest rolls tasted almost frozen. What happened to the avocado ranch they served with it before? My waitress was brook , she was very nice and attentive to not only me , but all the tables I saw her working . The chicken was not cooked properly and I informed her she wanted to discount my meal because I couldn t eat the chicken honey barbecue krispers .. but I told her no thank you. Overall if it wasn t for the food being half done I would have given 5 stars around the board . I said no thanks , and still ..I left a nice testy tip!
