My referral to Ben came through an acquaintance that had his help on a previous charge. I did not understand the enormity of my situation and its a rather delicate intricate one that required tricky navigation each step of the process. Ben not only provided me expert advice and guidance--but followed up with me each step of the way. He documented and pursued to document details that would have made my situation precarious. With his help and legal assistance-- I was able to get through one of the scariest legal battles of my life. Always there to lend an ear, available to answer questions via email or phone. What really makes the whole experience even more memorable is that even a year later--he still provided excellent follow up service when I called with a benign question. After leaving Denton in 2004 somehow with a degree, I was hoping to not have to employ Bens services ever again. Unfortunately that was not the case. A run in with Little Elms finest left me in need once again. Ben remembered me after almost 15 years and worked out a great deal for me and even kept me from missing a court date as my Bails Bondsmen had mis entered the date. I cant see there being a better choice for Legal Defense in Denton County.

What can I say about Ben Hunsucker, Well for my first experience with a lawyer that wasnt court ordered I couldnt have been any more blessed then to land in the hands of Ben. I had such a good experience with Hunsacker legal group. My arrest was due to driving while having an adverse reaction to prescription drugs, a first offense. My attorney was Doug Baxter. I had to pay a small fee and the court costs, and I was assigned probation for a year and because of deferred adjudication, I was not convicted. As soon as I took the drug and alcohol classes and paid the fines, I had no more obligations to the court. This was a hassle-free experience since Doug took care of everything. Hello. My name is Tiffany and Mr. Hunsucker handled my case in Denton, Tx. He was excellent! I couldnt get my time sheet from Dallas county so I could get credit for that time put towards my case in Denton. I called Mr. Hunsucker on the day before my court date, mind you, which was on a Sunday. When I got to court and spoke with Mr. Hunsucker, he had my time sheet and everything! He called Dallas county on a Sunday and got my time sheet and it wasnt an easy task either but, he got it done. In the end, the judge granted me time served and because I had some extra days from the time I served, my court cost were covered. Mr. Hunsucker was such a blessing! Now, I can put all that behind me, move on with my life, and pursue my career. Thank you so much Mr. Hunsucker, from the bottom of my heart!! I would definitely recommend this attorney. He is great!

3 years ago when I got into some trouble, my family and I googled best attorney in Denton County and we found Mr. Hunsucker. He kept me out of jail and even got my probation sentence reduced. Well connected attorney, and I would definitely use him again, although I dont plan on getting into anymore trouble.
